本发明的较佳实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明, 下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步 地描述。
图 1为本发明的移动增值业务策略制定装置的示意图, 本发明提供的移 动增值业务策略制定装置作为增值业务支撑网络的网元, 釆用并联方式接入 移动承载网络, 为移动承载网络控制用户业务访问提供策略支撑。 本发明提 供的移动增值业务综合支撑系统能够从移动网络(包括移动运营网络和移动 承载网络)各相关节点釆集数据, 进行分析, 形成用户视图, 为制定访问控 制策略提供数据依据。
如图 1所示, 本发明的移动增值业务策略制定装置可以包括数据单元、 分析单元和策略制定单元。
数据单元负责从移动网络中釆集用户移动增值业务相关的数据, 釆集的 数据包括: 用户特征信息、 用户基本信息、 用户业务信息、 用户业务使用信 息、 用户帐务信息、 和业务运营信息等基础原子数据。 进一步地, 可以对釆 集的数据进行过滤、 清洗、 转换和存储。
用户特征信息可以包括:用户 MSISDN( Mobile Station International ISDN Number,移动台国际 ISDN号码)、 用户 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscribe Identity, 国际移动用户识别码)号码、开通业务类型、 业务状态、用户年龄、 工作性质、 消费能力、 行为偏好、 业务偏好、 以及使用终端信息等。
分析单元设置成从数据单元提取数据, 对所述数据进行挖掘和分析, 形 成以用户为中心, 关联移动增值业务相关信息的用户数据视图, 例如, 关联 业务、 服务提供商 (SP ) /内容提供商 (CP ) 、 时间、 和地域等的多维信息。
策略制定单元设置成根据所述用户数据视图和预设的业务运营策略制定 用户的业务访问控制策略。 本实施例中业务访问控制策略的制定可以有两种制定方式, 一种是预先 制定, 一种是实时制定, 预先制定是针对共性的特征进行策略定制, 如针对 某一个业务进行访问策略定制; 实时制定是在收到用户业务请求后, 根据用 户号码和请求中的实时信息, 如请求时间等, 根据实时信息和预先制定的业 务运营策略(例如, 某个业务禁止访问、 业务访问优先级别等) 实时定制出 当前用户请求的业务访问控制策略。
优选地, 策略制定单元设置成: 接收到移动承载网络执行网元发来的策 略请求后, 从分析单元获取该策略请求相对应的用户数据视图, 基于所述策 略请求携带的用户业务请求信息、所述用户数据视图和预设的业务运营策略, 制定出针对该用户的业务访问控制策略, 然后将制定出的业务访问控制策略 下发给移动承载网络执行网元。
具体地, 策略制定单元将制定出的业务访问控制策略下发给移动承载网 络执行网元, 例如 WAP ( Wireless Application Protocol , 无线应用协议 ) 网关 或 WEB (万维网)网关, 由移动承载网络中的执行网元执行该业务访问控制 策略, 完成对用户业务访问的控制和管理。
其中, 所述业务运营策略可以是事先配置的, 也可以根据实时业务运营 情况不断调整。 进一步地, 所述策略制定单元还设置成根据所述釆集的移动增值业务相 关的数据制定业务计费策略。
图 2是本发明的制定移动增值业务访问控制策略的方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 本发明的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 10、 从移动网络中釆集用户移动增值业务相关的数据; 数据单元从移动网络(包括移动运营网络和移动承载网络) 中釆集与移 动增值业务相关的数据, 对釆集到的数据进行过滤、 清洗、 转换和存储。
步骤 20、 分析所述数据, 形成用户数据视图;
分析单元对数据单元中的釆集的原子数据进行关联、 整合、 挖掘、 统计 等处理,形成以用户为中心关联与移动增值业务相关的信息的用户数据视图, 例如, 关联业务、 服务提供商(SP ) /内容提供商(CP ) 、 时间、 地域等多维 信息的数据视图;
步骤 30、 根据所述用户数据视图和预设的业务运营策略制定用户的业务 访问控制策略。
本发明中可以根据所述用户数据视图和预设的业务运营策略针对共性的 特征进行策略定制, 如针对某一个业务进行访问策略定制; 也可以在接收到 移动承载网络侧发来的策略请求后, 基于所述策略请求携带的用户业务请求 信息、 该用户的用户数据视图和预设的业务运营策略制定该用户的业务访问 控制策略。
具体地, 当用户发起业务请求时, 移动承载网络的策略执行网元, 例如
WAP/WEB 网关, 收到用户业务请求后, 向策略制定单元发起策略请求, 将 策略控制所需的用户业务请求信息, 如用户号码、 用户 IP地址、 业务类型、 访问时间、 用户位置信息等, 转发给策略制定单元; 策略制定单元根据承载 网络的策略执行网元上报的用户业务请求信息, 例如用户号码、 请求业务类 型等信息、从分析单元查找提取的用户数据视图, 结合预设的业务运营策略, 制定出针对用户的业务访问控制策略, 如是否允许访问业务、 插入哪些广告 内容、 是否提供内容过滤、 基于内容的病毒扫描、 页面翻译等增值业务的业 务访问控制策略,然后将业务访问控制策略下发给承载网络的策略执行网元。
与现有技术相比较, 本发明引入了 ( 1 )移动承载网络与增值业务策略支 撑网络分离 (现有技术中这两个网络未分离, 网络承载和策略制定都在承载 网络相关网元完成, 如 WAP/Web 网关) , 将访问控制和策略制定分离, 使 网络结构更清晰, 各网元功能划分更明确; (2 )本发明的移动增值业务策略 制定装置釆用并联方式接入承载网络, 不改变移动承载网络串行架构, 不影 响承载网络的稳定性, 不成为承载网络故障点; ( 3 )本发明的移动增值业务 策略制定装置釆用开放接口和承载网络接口,使网络的开放性得以保证; ( 4 ) 将用户特征信息、 时间、 地域等因素直接应用到业务策略制定中, 提供更切 合用户的个性化业务, 改善、 提升用户体验; (5 ) 以用户为中心, 建立用户 基本信息、 用户业务信息、 业务运营信息等的用户数据视图, 为策略制定提 供数据支撑。
图 3为本发明实施例的移动增值业务运行的系统的示意图, 图 3中, 本 实施例的移动增值业务策略制定装置 200 包括: 策略制定单元 201、 分析单 元 202和数据单元 203。
数据单元 203设置成: 通过数据釆集接口从移动运营网络的数据釆集点 207 釆集用户基本信息、 用户业务信息、 用户帐务信息等数据, 以及其他所 需的数据信息;通过数据釆集接口从承载网络接入网 209和核心交换网络 210 釆集业务运营数据信息。 数据单元 203对釆集的数据进行加工处理, 存储在 系统内部的存储单元中。
分析单元 202设置成通过数据获取接口从数据单元 203中查询数据, 形 成用户数据视图 (如图 4所示) , 为策略制定单元 201制定用户访问控制策 略提供数据依据。
当用户 208发起业务请求时, 业务请求经过承载网络的执行网元 211 , 执行网元 211通过策略请求接口向移动增值业务策略制定装置 200的策略制 定单元 201请求访问控制策略。
策略制定单元 201可以根据从分析单元 202获取的用户数据视图和预设 的业务运营策略预先制定出用户的业务访问控制策略; 也可以在接收到执行 网元 211的策略请求后, 通过数据查询接口向分析单元 202查询用户数据视 图, 根据查询到的用户数据视图和预设的业务运营策略, 制定出针对该用户 的业务访问控制策略; 也可以根据所述釆集的移动增值业务相关的数据制定 业务计费策略。 然后通过策略下发接口下发给执行网元 211。 执行网元 211接收到业务访问控制策略后, 根据所述访问控制策略对该 用户的访问实施控制。
例如, 根据用户号码、 用户访问的 SP (服务提供商) 、 用户访问时间等 判断是否禁止用户业务访问, 是否为用户提供广告插入、插入的广告内容等。
如果用户业务请求被允许, 请求被转发到因特网或企业内部网
( Internet/Intranet ) 214 中的服务提供商, 服务提供商返回响应给执行网元 211 ,执行网元 211根据用户业务访问控制策略判断是否需要对该响应进行再 处理, 如果需要进行再处理, 则通过数据接口将该响应转发给应用服务实体 AE 216。
执行网元 211执行完对该用户业务访问控制后, 可以根据业务计费策略 获取控制业务访问过程中的业务计费信息发送给计费系统进行计费。
图 4为本发明实施例形成的用户数据视图构成的示意图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例的分析单元形成以用户为中心的用户数据视图, 将用户信息分为 3 个大类:
用户个人基本信息, 包含: 用户基本信息、 社会身份、 消费能力、 和行 为偏好等信息;
用户业务信息, 包含: 用户状态信息、 语音业务特征、 短信业务特征、 数据业务特征、 和其它业务特征等业务信息; 以及
通信总体特征信息, 包含: 终端信息、 业务偏好、 用户财务价值、 用户 位置信息、 用户通信生命周期、 和影响力价值等信息。
图 5为本发明实施例的增加访问控制策略制定装置后移动增值业务运行 的流程图, 如图 5所示, 本实施例的方法可以包括下面步骤:
步骤 501: 用户终端 MS208发起业务请求;
步骤 502: 承载网络的执行网元 211 收到用户业务请求, 向策略制定装 置 200发起策略请求;
具体地, 向策略制定装置 200的策略制定单元 201发起策略请求。 步骤 503: 策略制定装置 200接收到策略请求后, 制定出针对用户的业 务访问控制策略, 然后将制定出的业务访问控制策略下发给移动承载网络的 执行网元 211 ;
具体地, 策略制定单元 201收到策略请求后, 根据所述策略请求携带的 用户业务请求信息向分析单元 202发起查询用户数据视图的请求;
策略制定单元 201根据查询结果和预设的业务运营策略制定用户访问控 制策略, 然后向执行网元 211下发所述用户访问控制策略。
步骤 504: 承载网络的执行网元 211根据所述用户访问控制策略对用户 访问请求实施访问控制, 如果用户业务访问请求被允许, 则承载网络的执行 网元 211向用户请求的目的地址发起业务请求, 若用户业务访问请求未被允 许, 则返回拒绝服务响应给用户;
步骤 505: 用户请求的目的地址向执行网元 211返回业务响应; 步骤 506: 承载网络的执行网元 211接收到业务响应后, 根据所述用户 访问控制策略判断是否需要对该业务响应进行再加工, 如果需要对该业务响 应进行再加工, 则执行步骤 507 , 若不需要再加工, 则转向步骤 509;

所述执行网元还设置成在对所述用户的业务请求实施访问控制后, 根据 所述计费策略将实施访问控制的过程中与所述业务请求相关的业务计费信息 发送给计费系统进行计费。
