Abstract

본 발명은 (할로)금속실리콘산질화물 형광체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+ 형광체에 다양한 형태의 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속, 전이금속 등을 치환 또는 첨가한 (할로)금속실리콘산질화물 형광체 및 이를 상압에서 고상법에 의해 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 (할로)금속실리콘산질화물 형광체는 자외선 또는 청색의 여기원에 의해 황색계 영역에서 발광피크를 가지며, 발광 휘도 및 열적 안정성이 우수하므로 발광다이오드, 레이저다이오드, 면발광 레이저다이오드, 무기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자, 또는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자와 같은 발광 소자에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.
