(第一实施方式) 改变不同的扫描阶段, 并通过各用户界面中的引导条 10来表示操作者目前 所在的扫描阶段(以下将本发明的 X射线 CT系统的模式称为"简易模式")。
具体地讲, 图 3是表示本发明的 X射线 CT系统中的患者信息登记界 面的图, 操作者可以使用硬件键盘或者触摸屏等输出设备来登记患者检查 号、 姓名、 性别、 年龄等患者信息。
图 4是表示本发明的 X射线 CT系统中的扫描计划选择界面的图。 该 扫描计划选择界面中示出了多个扫描计划, 这些扫描计划包括了按不同的 部位或病因而分别设计的扫描计划, 还可以包括医生针对个别的患者而预 先制定的个人扫描计划。
图 5~图7示出了整体 (Scano) 扫描的过程。
图 5 是表示进行整体扫描时的扫描准备界面的图。 该扫描准备界面中 示出了扫描方向、 扫描范围、 管电压以及管电流等信息。 另外, 若操作者 按下该扫描准备界面中的 "详细扫描信息"按钮, 则会弹出扫描位置及条 件的设定界面, 操作者可以对各个扫描位置及条件进行设定。 例如, 操作 者可以通过提高管电压和 /或管电流的数值来提高画面的清晰度。
图 6是表示进行整体扫描时的扫描等待界面的图。 该扫描等待界面中 示出了扫描的基准位置以及表示扫描方向的箭头。 而且在该扫描等待界面 的右侧显示了键盘的动画, 该键盘的动画中的扫描按钮 40' 和倾斜 /移动按 钮 50' 均处于点亮状态。 关于该键盘的动画显示的内容及操作将在后面进 行详细说明。
图 7是表示进行整体扫描时的扫描中界面的图。 该扫描中界面的右上 方的方框表示扫描所形成的图像, 该图像的下方是扫描进度显示区域。 关 于该扫描进度显示区域的内容将在后面进行详细说明。
图 8~图 10示出了在进行了整体扫描后再执行详细扫描的过程。
图 8是表示进行详细扫描时的扫描条件确认界面的图。 在该扫描条件 确认界面中, 操作者根据整体扫描后获得的扫描结果, 对详细扫描的扫描 方向、扫描范围、管电压、 CT剂量指数(CTDI)以及剂量一强度乘积(DLP) 等扫描条件进行设定或确认。
图 9是表示进行详细扫描时的扫描等待界面的图。 该详细扫描的扫描 等待界面与整体扫描时的扫描等待界面的内容大致相同, 在此省略重复的 说明。 另外, 当操作者按下扫描按钮 40后, 该界面中还会显示 X射线放射 开始的倒计时, 图中示出的例子是在 7秒后开始 X射线放射。
图 10是表示进行详细扫描时的扫描中界面的图。 与整体扫描时的扫描 中界面相比, 图 10中的详细扫描时的扫描中界面中还增加了实时的切面图 像的显示。
图 11是表示本发明的 X射线 CT系统中的扫描结束界面的图。 在扫描 结束后, 操作者可以根据需要选择增加扫描、 增强扫描或其他扫描计划。 也可以通过按下左下方的下个患者按钮, 结束对该患者的检查而开始执行 对下一个患者的检查。
操作者通过操作上述各界面中的 "上一步"或 "下一步" 的按钮, 进 行切换各界面之间的切换, 从而对各扫描阶段进行显示。
在各用户界面的左侧显示了引导条 10,引导条 10中包括表示各个扫描 阶段的指示文字 11。例如图 3中的引导条 10中示出了包括了患者登记、扫 描计划选择、 扫描准备、 扫描中、 胶片打印 /图像传输在内的五个扫描阶段 的指示文字 11。
当界面切换时, 引导信息以指示文字 11渐显渐隐 (fadein fadeout) 的 动画方式来显示, 前一扫描阶段的指示文字 11渐渐变暗, 下一扫描阶段的 指示文字 11渐渐变亮。
例如, 在从图 3所示的患者信息登记界面向图 4所示的扫描计划选择 界面切换时, 引导条 10中与该患者信息登记界面对应的指示文字 "患者登 记"从原来的高亮显示渐渐变暗, 与该扫描计划选择界面对应的下一扫描 阶段的指示文字 "扫描计划选择"渐渐变亮。
此外, 在某一个扫描阶段中包括多个步骤的情况下, 以指示文字 11附 近的多个方块记号的依次点亮来表示当前处于该扫描阶段中的哪一个步 例如, 在图 5的引导条 10中, 指示文字 "扫描准备"下方的三个方块 中仅第一个方块点亮, 表示当前正处于扫描准备阶段中的 "请确认扫描床 位置和扫描条" 的步骤; 在图 6的引导条 10中, 指示文字 "扫描准备"下 方的三个方块中的第一个方块和第二个方块点亮, 表示当前正处于扫描准 备阶段中的"请按开始按钮"的步骤;在图 8的引导条 10中,指示文字"扫 描准备"下方的三个方块全部点亮,表示当前正处于扫描准备阶段中的 "请 设置扫描位置和范围" 的步骤。
与以往的 "传统模式"相比, 本发明的 "简易模式"使操作者能够明 确地知道目前操作所处的扫描阶段, 从而提高了操作的便利性。
(第二实施方式)
本发明的 X射线 CT系统可以既具有 "简易模式" , 又具有 "传统模 式" , 也可以只具有传统模式、.
图 12是示出了系统具有 "简易模式"和 "传统模式"情况下的模式选 择界面, 界面中显示有 "传统模式(Normal Mode) "和 "简易模式(Simple Mode) "的按钮。 若操作者按下 "传统模式" 的按钮 20, 则进入图 1所示 的传统模式的第一个界面。 若操作者按下 "简易模式" 的按钮 30, 则进入 图 3所示的简易模式的第一个界面。
在本发明的 X射线 CT系统具有模式选择界面的情况下, 操作者可以 根据经验、 喜好等来选择传统模式或简易模式, 进一步提高了操作的便利 性。 例如, 对于已经积累了很多关于传统模式的操作经验的操作者而言, 可能希望使用传统模式, 对于希望能够简单明确地把握目前所处的扫描阶 段的使用者而言, 可能更希望使用简易模式。 (第三实施方式)
如图 13所示, 在现有的 X射线 CT系统控制台的硬件键盘上设置有扫 描按钮 40和倾斜 /移动按钮 50。 在现有的 X射线 CT系统中, 仅靠硬件键 盘上的扫描按钮 40或倾斜 /移动按钮 50的点亮来提示接下来的操作。 如图 14所示, 在需要进行 X射线照射时, 硬件键盘上的扫描按钮 40自动点亮, 提示已经可以实施 X射线照射的动作。如图 15所示, 在需要移动架台或诊 视床时, 硬件键盘上的倾斜 /移动按钮 50自动点亮, 提示已经可以实施移动 架台或诊视床的动作。
但是, 在该情况下, 如果操作者一直盯着控制台的显示器或者操作者 的业务不太熟练, 则有可能忽略硬件键盘上的点亮提示, 从而可能影响检 查效率。 针对上述问题, 本发明的 X射线 CT系统中, 在与上述按钮操作相对 应的界面上增加了用于提示操作者进行按钮操作的动画显示 (如图 6所示), 从而提醒操作者及时地按下实际的硬件键盘上的按钮。
下面,参照图 16和图 17,具体说明本发明的第三实施方式的动作。即, 通过扫描等待界面中的动画显示进行操作提示的动作。
如图 16所示, 在进入开始扫描阶段之前扫描准备完成 (S11 ) 之后, 在显示器上显示扫描等待界面 (如图 6或图 9所示) 。 在该扫描等待界面 的右侧显示了硬件键盘的动画, 该动画中的扫描按钮 40' 为点亮状态, 而 且, 在 X射线 CT系统的硬件键盘上的扫描按钮 40点亮的同时, 用户界面 上的动画显示中的扫描按钮 40, 也同时点亮(S12) 。 若操作者按照用户界 面上的动画提示, 按下了硬件键盘上的实际扫描按钮 40 (S13 ) , 则硬件键 盘上的实际的扫描按钮 40将熄灭, 用户界面上的动画扫描按钮 40' 也同时 熄灭 (S14) 。
如图 17所示, 在进入开始扫描阶段之前扫描准备完成 (S21 ) 之后, 在显示器上显示扫描等待界面 (如图 6或图 9所示) 。 在该扫描等待界面 的右侧显示了硬件键盘的动画, 若所选的扫描计划中需要使架台倾斜或使 诊视床移动, 则该动画中的倾斜 /移动按钮 50' 为点亮状态, 而且, 在 X射 线 CT系统的硬件键盘上的倾斜 /移动按钮 50点亮的同时, 用户界面上的动 画显示中的倾斜 /移动按钮 50' 也同时点亮 (S22 ) 。 接下来, 由操作者根 据具体的需要来判断是否需要使架台倾斜或使诊视床移动 (S23 ) 。 例如, 在扫描等待界面中显示一个询问操作者是否进行架台的倾斜或使诊视床移 动的对话框(参照图 6) 。在判断为需要进行架台倾斜或使诊视床移动的情 况下, 则操作者按照用户界面上的动画提示, 按下了硬件键盘上的实际的 倾斜 /移动按钮 50 (S24 ), 然后硬件键盘上的实际的倾斜 /移动按钮 50将熄 灭, 用户界面上的动画的倾斜 /移动按钮 50 ' 也同时熄灭 (S25 ) 。 另一方 面, 在判断为不需要进行架台倾斜和 /或诊视床移动的情况下, 可以放弃倾 斜和 /或移动操作 (例如, 按下图 6中的上述对话框内的 "退出"按钮) , 则硬件键盘上的实际的倾斜 /移动按钮 50和用户界面上的动画的倾斜 /移动 按钮 50, 熄灭 (S26) , 硬件键盘上的实际的扫描按钮 40和用户界面上的 动画扫描按钮 40' 点亮 (S27 ) , 从而用户选择直接进行扫描。 图 6或图 9示出了扫描按钮 40' 和倾斜 /移动按钮 50' 都点亮的状态, 一般来讲, 如果需要使架台倾斜和 /或使诊视床移动, 则操作者先执行图 17 所示的步骤, 然后再执行图 16所示的步骤; 如果操作者认为不需要使架台 倾斜和 /或使诊视床移动, 则直接执行图 16所示的步骤。
通过在与上述按钮操作相对应的用户界面上增加提示按钮操作的动画 显示, 从而进一步提高了操作的便利性。
上述实施方式说明了对键盘上的按钮进行操作时的动画显示的例子, 但本发明也不仅限于对键盘上的按钮进行操作的情况, 也可以应用于对 X 射线 CT装置的其他输入设备进行操作的情况,例如对鼠标、触摸屏等操作 进行动画显示。
(第四实施方式)
在现有的 X射线 CT系统进行扫描时, 如图 18所示, 被选择的扫描项 目会变为灰色, 由此可以知道已经执行到哪项扫描。 可是, 如图 18所示, 在这种通常模式中, 只表示了被扫描的当前项, 而没有详细地表示每个项 目扫描的总切片数以及扫描的进度。
在本发明的 X射线 CT系统中, 通过不同形状的进度条显示本次的扫 描计划的几个扫描项目, 不同形状的进度条分别代表不同的扫描项目。 而 且, 分别以不同的颜色来区别显示扫描前、 扫描中和扫描后的进度条。 例 如, 可以将扫描前的进度条显示为蓝色, 将扫描中的进度条显示为黄色, 将扫描后的进度条显示为灰色。 另外, 在进行切片扫描时还能够用倒计数 的形式来显示未完成的切片数。
下面, 以图 19所示的用户界面为例, 详细说明本发明的扫描进度的显 示方法。
如图 19所示, 图 19的用户界面的左侧为引导条 10, 右上方的方框表 示正在扫描中产生的图像 60, 该图像 60的下方是扫描进度显示区域 70。 扫描进度显示区域 70显示有 4个进度条, 包括左侧的 1个长条 80和右侧 的 3个短条 90,在扫描进度显示区域 70的右下方还可以显示倒计数切片数 100。该长条 80代表整体扫描或螺旋(Helical)扫描等扫描时间较长的项目, 短条代表切片扫描等扫描时间较短的其他项目。 当扫描项目过多, 加载的 动画超出屏幕时, 也可以通过设置左右拖动条来检查全部的扫描项目, 或 者使屏幕自动滚动, 使当前扫描的项目始终居中显示, 扫描完成后的项目 往左侧移动位置。 当进行切片扫描时, 可以在倒计数切片数 100 中显示数 字, 该数字以倒计数的方式表示未完成的切片数。 倒计数切片数一般根据 扫描范围参数设定的不同而显示不同的值。
此外, 进度条的显示颜色也随着扫描进度而发生变化。 在图 19所示的 实施例中, 长条 80显示为黄色, 表示该项目的扫描正在进行中。 此外, 若 该黄色的长条一边闪烁一边旋转, 表示正在进行的是螺旋扫描。 图 19中的 3个短条 90均显示为蓝色, 而且进行亮灭闪烁显示, 表示该项目的扫描还 未进行 (即处于扫描前的状态) 。 在长条 80所代表的螺旋扫描结束后, 该 长条的显示变为灰色, 表示该项目的扫描已经结束, 然后进入下一个切片 扫描, 左边的第一个短条 90的显示变为黄色, 并在倒计数切片数 100中显 示与该切片扫描相对应的倒计数切片数。 以此类推, 进行完所有的扫描。
通过上述扫描进度显示, 能够非常直观地显示出本次的扫描计划所包 括的扫描项目, 以及当前所执行的项目的扫描进度, 因此操作者能够容易 地把握扫描的内容和进度, 从而大大提高了操作者的操作效率。
此外, 上述进度条的形状、 颜色仅是一个例子, 当然也可以对进度条 的具体显示形态进行适当的变更。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种 X射线 CT系统, 在 X射线 CT装置中被使用, 其特征在于, 上述 X射线 CT系统中包括有多个与不同的扫描阶段相对应的用户界 面, 并按照扫描的进程在多个上述用户界面之间进行切换,
各个上述用户界面中具有引导条, 该引导条中包括多个扫描阶段指示 文字, 并使当前的扫描阶段所对应的扫描阶段指示文字突出显示。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
上述用户界面中包括模式选择界面, 该模式选择界面用于对包括了传 统模式和简易模式在内的系统引导模式进行选择。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
上述用户界面中包括扫描计划选择界面, 该扫描计划选择界面中示出 了按不同的部位或病因而设计的多个扫描计划。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
上述用户界面中包括扫描计划选择界面, 该扫描计划选择界面中示出 了医生针对个别的患者而预先制定的个人扫描计划。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
使上述扫描阶段指示文字突出显示的方式是使该扫描阶段指示文字变 亮。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
当用户界面切换时, 上述引导条中的指示文字以渐显渐隐的动画方式 来显示, 前一扫描阶段的指示文字渐渐变暗, 下一扫描阶段的指示文字渐 渐变亮。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于, 在一个扫描阶段中包括多个步骤的情况下, 以位于各扫描阶段的指示 文字附近的多个方块记号的依次点亮来表示处于该扫描阶段中的哪一个步 骤。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
在需要操作者对 X射线 CT装置的输入设备进行操作的情况下, 在相 应的用户界面上显示该输入设备。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
在需要操作者对 X射线 CT装置的硬件键盘上的按钮进行操作的情况 下, 在相应的用户界面上显示键盘的动画, 并使上述动画中的按钮显示为 点亮状态。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
在使上述动画中的按钮显示为点亮状态的同时, 使上述硬件键盘上的 对应的按钮为点亮状态。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
在扫描进行中的界面中, 显示不同形状的进度条来代表不同的扫描项 巨。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
在扫描进行中的界面中, 以不同的颜色来区别显示扫描前、 扫描中和 扫描后的进度条。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的 X射线 CT系统, 其特征在于,
在进行切片扫描时, 在扫描进行中的界面中以倒计数的方式显示未完 成的倒计数切片数。
