Abstract

A shielded reducer actuated by means of a crown wheel and pinion and controlled by an electric/hydraulic motor with pneutorque assistance comprises a main body formed by a box which houses a crown wheel moved by a pinion attached to a control shaft of the reducer, which is actuated by an electric/hydraulic motor, a control wheel or pneutorque device, and has a support integrated into the front section thereof. The crown wheel is supported on a conical adjustment bearing, while the top section thereof is provided with a locking nut attached by means of screws that allow adjusting the centring bushing centrally coupled to the crown and externally provided, on the bottom section thereof, with a conical adjustment bearing; the central bushing is further coupled to the longitudinal grinding shaft, the end of which receives a control wheel, below which a locking nut is arranged. The control shaft of the reducer is provided on the internal face of the box with a locking nut and is supported on horizontal adjustment bearings sealed by a bearing cover held in place by means of a locking nut and counter-locking nut. A locking rod and a sealing cover are located on the box and the control shaft of the reducer is flanked by holes for coupling to the support attached by means of a chain to the locking rod.

"REDUTOR BLINDADO ACIONADO ATRAVÉS DE COROA E PINHÃO COMANDADO POR MOTOR ELÉTRICO/HIDRÁULICO COM SUPORTE PARA SUSTENTAÇÃO DE PNEUTORQUE".  "SHIELD REDUCER DRIVEN THROUGH CROWN AND PINION CONTROLLED BY ELECTRIC / HYDRAULIC MOTOR WITH SUPPORT FOR PNEUTORQUE SUPPORT".
