1- "VÁLVULA ANGULAR A 45° COM FECHAMENTO INTER_NO/EXTERNO ACIONADA MANUALMENTE" caracterizado por um corpo principal ( 1 ) formado a partir de uma. válvula (2). esta constituída por uni corpo receptor (3) único, fundido; que projeta internamente uma câmara comunicante (4) com saída (5) a 45° em relação ao centro e entrada: (6) alinhada ao centro, onde externamente acopla.-se uma sede (7) de cromo, enquanto internamente é provida de uma contra sede (8) de fechamento e esmerilhamento de cromo, esta fixada a um eixo longitudinal de esmerilhamento (9) que desliza através do furo de ligação ( 10) disposto no extremo oposto da saída (6). sendo que o furo de ligação (10) externamente tem seu diâmetro abruptamente aumentado formando uma cavidade acondicionadora (11 ) para acondicionamento de um anel de borracha quadrado (12). acima do qual verificam-se gaxetas (13) comprimidas através de una preme gaxeta (14), esta acondicionada no interior de um castelo (15) que é acoplado no colarinho ( 16) do corpo receptor (3) e fixado através de parafusos (17), sendo o castelo (15) provido externamente de uma escala numérica (18) com ponteiro marcador ( 19) abaixo do qua! verifica-se uma porta basculante de inspeção (20), esta alinhada a um retentor (21 ) disposto internamente no dito castelo (15) cujo extremo oposto a válvula (2) incorpora uma bucha (22) que acondiciona o referido eixo de comando longitudinal de esmerilhamento (9), este fixado a uma manopla de acionamento (23) formada por bastes dc condução (24) dispostas equidistantemente a 120°, que incorpora dc topo uma porca de proteção (25) fixada através de parafusos (26% sendo a manopla de acionamento (23) travada através de uma trava porca (27), enquanto o eixo de comando longitudinal de esmerilhamento (9) no extremo opostos à contra sede (8)
