Abstract

The present invention relates to a hanger (1) comprising a first part (10), called the supporting part, comprising two lateral arms (11, 12) intended to support an article of clothing, and a second part (20), called the hooking part, comprising a base (21) connecting it to the first, supporting part (10) by a region (13) located between the free ends (14, 15) of the two lateral arms (11, 12), and a hooking means (22), in particular a hook, which is centred with respect to the free ends (14, 15) of the two lateral arms (11, 12) and is intended to hook the hanger (1) on a support, such as a rail, the hanger (1) being characterized in that the base (21) of the hooking part (20) is off-centre with respect to the free ends (14, 15) of the two lateral arms (11, 12) of the supporting part (10) so as to form a passage cutout (30), for example for a shirt neck to pass through, comprising two edges (31, 32) formed respectively by the supporting part (10) and the hooking part (20), and in that the hooking part (20) comprises at least one gripping means (40).

Description

Hanger with notch and handle

The present invention relates to a garment hanger with a collar comprising a first so-called support part comprising two lateral branches intended to support a garment, and a second so-called attachment part comprising a base connecting it to the first support part by an area situated between the free ends of the two lateral branches, and a hooking means, in particular a hook, centered with respect to the free ends of the two lateral branches and intended to hang the hanger on a support, such as a rod.

A hanger is a practical clothing utensil for hanging a garment for example the rod of a door or a cabinet to store it by avoiding crumpling.

To put on a shirt or a T-shirt and in general any garment with a collar, it is necessary to pass the hanger through the opening located in the lower part of the garment or to undo one or more buttons or to stretch the col at the risk of distorting it.

Undoing one or more buttons can become tedious when several folders are involved.

In addition, this requires manipulation of the shirt which in addition to the additional risk of dirt of the garment it generates, can lead to the tearing of a button.

Indeed, undo a button on a shirt not worn is more difficult than to undo a button on a worn shirt.

In addition, for certain delicate garments, the handling of these must be avoided to the maximum in order to limit the risk of soiling including fingerprints.

Similarly, when the clothes are arranged on a rod, it is appropriate for the same reasons to avoid grabbing it directly.

For this, some people grab the garment by the hanger hook.

However, this is impractical and often requires in advance a good identification of the hanger on its rod.

In addition, the side-by-side arrangement of clothing on a beadboard sometimes compresses the clothes against each other so that when a garment is removed from its rod, the upward movement of the rod can pick up other clothes placed nearby, causing them to fall to the ground and thus a risk of soiling.

In other words, the shapes and dimensions of the garments are not uniform, it may be necessary to have a hanger that can adapt to different clothes and facilitate their identification.

The present invention aims to solve all or part of the disadvantages mentioned above.

For this purpose, the subject of the present invention is a hanger comprising a first so-called support part comprising two lateral branches intended to support a garment, and a second so-called hooking part comprising a base connecting it to the first support part by a zone situated between the free ends of the two lateral branches, and a hooking means, in particular a hook, centered with respect to the free ends of the two lateral branches and intended to hang the hanger on a support, such as a rod, the hanger being characterized in that the base of the hooking part is eccentric with respect to the free ends of the two lateral branches of the support part so as to form a notch for passage, for example for the passage of a shirt collar, comprising two edges formed respectively by the support portion and the attachment portion, and in that the attachment portion comprises at least one means for gripping.

This arrangement allows easier insertion of the hanger through the neck of a garment and a good handling of the hanger while limiting the handling of the garment.

According to one embodiment, the notch of passage comprises an opening through which it can be inserted a part of a garment, for example the neck of a shirt and a bottom on which can abut said part of the garment, such as a shirt collar at the end of its stroke as it passes through the notch passage, the opening comprising a clearance sufficient to that of the bottom.

This arrangement facilitates the insertion of the garment in the notch passage.

According to one embodiment, the at least one gripping means has an orientation different from that of one of the two edges of the passage notch. According to one embodiment, the at least one gripping means extends from an area between the base and the attachment means of the attachment portion.

According to one embodiment, the at least one gripping means forms an extension of the passage notch.

According to one embodiment, the projection of the at least one gripping means on a plane composed of two half-planes defined on either side of a first straight line perpendicular to a second line joining the ends of the two branches and passing through the base of the attachment part, is located on the same half-plane of this plane as the projection on the same plane of the lateral branch of the support part whose end is closest to the base of the hanging part.

According to one embodiment, the attachment portion comprises a fastening means for a marking ring.

This arrangement allows the use of standard marking rings.

According to one embodiment, the attachment means comprises a notch defining a support for the marking ring.

According to a mode of realization, the support comprises several sections of different thicknesses.

According to one embodiment, the attachment means comprises a suport in the form of "U" whose branches are connected to the attachment portion and whose base is intended to support the marking ring.

According to one embodiment, the hanger comprises retaining means distributed on one of its lateral flanks or distributed on the two lateral flanks of the hanger.

Advantageously, the retaining means are formed by pins protruding from the surface of one or more sides of the hanger, or recesses dug in the surface of one or more sides of the hanger.

According to one embodiment, the support portion comprises a support bar for supporting a garment, such as pants or a skirt, said support bar substantially joining the two lateral branches.

Advantageously, the support bar is removable and retained against the lateral branches by holding means such as notches of determined dimensions arranged on the lateral branches. In addition, according to one embodiment, this bar comprises clips for supporting a garment.

The present invention also relates to a kit comprising a hanger as described above and at least one flexible part comprising retaining means complementary to those of the hanger.

According to one embodiment, the at least one flexible part has the same profile as the hanger.

According to one embodiment, the at least one flexible part is another hanger.

In any case, the invention will be better understood from the description which follows, with reference to the appended schematic drawing showing, by way of non-limiting example, a hanger and the kit according to the invention.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 4, a hanger 1 according to the invention comprises a first so-called support portion 10 comprising two lateral branches 1 1, 1 2 intended to support a garment, and a second hooking portion 20 comprising a base 21 connecting it to the first support portion 10 by a zone 13 located between the free ends 14, 15 of the two lateral branches 1 1, 1 2, and a hooking means, in particular a hook 22, centered with respect to the ends free 14, 15 of the two lateral branches 1 1, 12 and for hanging the hanger 1 on a support, such as a rod. According to the invention, the base 21 of the fastening portion 20 is eccentric with respect to the free ends 14, 15 of the two lateral branches 1 1, 12 of the support part 10 so as to form a notch for passage 30, by example for the passage of a shirt collar, having two edges 31, 32 respectively formed by the support portion 1 0 and by the attachment portion 20.

This notch 30 includes a first edge 31 formed by an edge of the support portion 10 and a second edge 32 formed by an edge of the hooking portion 20.

According to the proposed embodiment, this notch 30 has an opening 33 through which part of a garment may be inserted, for example the neck of a shirt and a bottom 34 on which may come abutting said part of the garment, such as a shirt collar at the end of its stroke as it passes through the notch of passage 30, the opening 33 comprising a sufficient clearance with respect to that of the bottom, for example a clearance of the perieu r to the bottom, to facilitate the insertion of the garment part in the notch passage 30.

In addition, the attachment portion 20 comprises at least one gripping means such as a handle 40, extending from a zone 41 located between the base 21 and the hook 22 of the attachment portion 20.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, this handle 40 forms an extension of the edge 32 of the notch 30 and the projection of this handle 40 on a plane composed of two half-planes defined by other a first straight line D1 perpendicular to a second straight line D2 joining the ends 14, 15 of the two branches 1 1, 12 and passing through the base 21 of the attachment portion 20, is located on the same half-plane of this plan that the projection on the same plane of the lateral branch 1 1 of the support portion 10 whose end 14 is furthest from the base 21 of the attachment portion 20.

In addition, the handle 40 has an orientation different from that of one of the two edges 32, 33 of the passage notch 30 to further facilitate insertion of the garment portion into the passage notch 30.

According to a variant illustrated in Figure 4, the projection of the handle 40 on a plane composed of two half-planes defined on either side of a first straight line D1 perpendicular to a second straight line D2 joining the ends 14, 15 of the two branches 1 1, 12 and passing through the base 21 of the part of attachment 20, is located on the same half-plane of this plane as the projection on the same plane of the lateral branch 1 1 of the support portion 10 whose end 14 is the most proch edela base 21 of the attachment part 20.

The hangers 1 illustrated in Figures 1 and 4 may be part of a kit further comprising adjustable parts 50.

In the examples shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, these adjustable parts 50 have a substantially identical profile to that of the hanger 1.

Nevertheless, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, these adjustable portions 50 are nevertheless thinner than the hanger 1 and comprise rounded edges 53.

The kit may for example comprise a left adjustable portion 50G d isposée su r the left flank F1 of the hanger 1 and a straight adjustable portion 50D disposed on the right flank F2 of the hanger 1.

In order to maintain durably these adjustable parts 50 against flanks F1, F2 of the hanger 1, the hanger 1 and the adjustable parts 50 comprise retaining means 50, in particular pins 51a, distributed over the two lateral flanks F1, F2 of the hanger 1 of complementary shape to recesses 52b in the form of blind holes distributed in the same way on the right flank of the 50G left modular part and on the left flank of the right modular part 50D.

The nipples 51a and the recesses 51b have substantially the same cylindrical shape and the same playful dimensions, the nipples 51a being inserted into force by clipping inside the recesses 51b.

Of course, the invention is in no way limited to the shape and number of these retaining means 50 given here by way of example.

The studs 51a may be directly derived from the molding of the hanger 1 thus constituting a monobloc element or may be inserted a posteriori into recesses formed on the flanks F1, F2 of the hanger 1 identical to those on the adjustable parts 50.

Of course u, the adjustable parts 50 do not necessarily occupy the entire surface of the flanks F1, F2 of the hanger 1 and may use depending on it to occupy only a part.

Similarly, the retaining means 51 can be arranged in various ways, for example by having the pins 51 only on a flank of the hanger 1 and recesses 51b on the other side or evenly distribute nipples and recesses on the same side of the hanger 1.

Several hangers 1 can also be leaning against each other to expand the support portion 10 to fit a particular garment, such as a coat generally heavier than a shirt.

Thus, the hanger 1 or the backed hangers form a central part for the modular parts 50.

The central and modular portions 50 can be made of different widths, colors, shapes, with ghp, or inlays of metal, glass, wood, diamond, strip or liquid phosphorescent or fluorescent, or magnet to hold small metal objects such as needles, staples, small tools, and other inlays of any materials, this for decoration, visual cueing, utility to professionals and users in general.

According to one embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the hanger 1 comprises on its attachment portion 20 an attachment means 60 for a marking ring 70.

Such marking rings 70 generally have an inductive cylindrical shape and comprise an axial cylindrical axial passage 71 with a determined diameter and a radial slot 72 of smaller width than the diameter of the passage 71 and blocking the passage 71 on the periphery. erection of the marking ring 70.

In this embodiment, this attachment means comprises a notch 61 dug in the outer side of the attachment portion 20 of the hanger 1 and defining a support 62 for clipping the marking ring 70.

As shown particularly in all of the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 6 and 7, the support 62 has several ends of sections 62A, 62B, 62C of different thicknesses for facilitating the insertion of the marking ring 70 into the groove. inserting as illustrated in FIG. 7 according to a first translational movement M1 through section 62A of constant thickness and sliding it in a second translational movement M2 towards section 62C of constant thickness, passing through section 62B of variable thickness providing a continuous connection between sections 62A and 62C.

Thus, the section 62A has a thickness equal to or less than the width of the radial slot 72 of the marking ring 70, and the section 62C has a thickness equal to or slightly greater than the diameter of the axial cylindrical passage 71 of the marking ring 70.

According to another embodiment, the attachment means 60 comprises a U-shaped support 63 whose branches are connected to the attachment part 20 of the hanger 1 and whose base of circular section of equal or slight diameter greater than the diameter of the axial cylindrical passage 71 of the marking ring 70, is intended for clipping of the marking ring 70.

Thus, a user wishing to hang a shirt on a rod using a hanger according to the invention will first identify a suitable hanger 1 with the adjustable parts 50 and marking rings 70 arranged on the means of 60 of the hanger 1, then seize it with one hand by its handle 40.

The user then grasps with his other hand the shirt by his collar.

It then introduces the branch 12 of the hanger 1 whose end 15 is furthest from the base 21 of the attachment portion 20 of the hanger 1 and slides this branch 12 inside the liner.

Rapidly, the neck of the shirt enters the notch passage 30 through its opening 33 and abuts against its bottom 34.

In this position, the maximum width offered by the liner collar is greater than the distance separating the bottom 34 from the notch 30 of the end 14 of the leg 1 1 of the hanger 1.

By a n rotational movement, the user then passes the branch 14 of the hanger 1 whose end is closest to the base 21 of the attachment portion 20 of the hanger 1 through the neck of the shirt.

The user can then manipulate the shirt to present it or to store it by hanging the hanger 1 on a rod with its hook 22.

Although the invention has been described in connection with particular embodiments, it is obvious that it is not limited thereto and that it includes all the technical equivalents of the means described and their combinations.

Claims

1. Hanger (1) comprising:

a first support portion (10) comprising:

two lateral branches (1 1, 1 2) intended to support a garment, and

- a second part (20) said hooking comprising:

a base (21) connecting it to the first support part (10) by a zone (13) situated between the free ends (14, 15) of the two lateral branches (1 1, 12), and

- A hooking means (22), in particular a hook, centered with respect to the free ends (14, 15) of the two lateral branches (1 1, 1 2) and intended to hang the hanger (1) on a support, such as a rod,

the hanger (1) being characterized in that

the base (21) of the hooking part (20) is eccentric with respect to the free ends (14, 15) of the two lateral branches (1 1, 12) of the support part (10) so as to form a notch passageway (30), for example for the passage of a liner neck, having two edges (31, 32) formed respectively by the support portion (10) and the fastening portion (20), and in that than

the hooking portion (20) comprises at least one gripping means (40).

Hanger (1) according to claim 1, wherein the notch passage (30) comprises an opening (33) through which it can be inserted a portion of a garment, for example the collar of a shirt and a bottom (34) on which said portion of the garment can abut, such as a shirt collar at the end of its stroke as it passes through the notch (30), the opening (33) comprising a sufficient clearance compared to that of the bottom (34).

3. Hanger (1) according to one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the at least one gripping means (40) has an orientation different from that of one of the two edges (31, 32) of the notch of passage (30).

4. Hanger (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the at least one gripping means (40) extends from a zone (41) locle base (21) and the means nd ' a ccroch ag e (22) of the attachment portion (20).

Hanger (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the projection of the at least one gripping means (40) on a plane composed of two half-planes defines is on either side of a first straight line (D1) perpendicular to a second straight line (D2) joining the ends (14, 15) of the two branches (1 1, 12) and passing through the base (21) of the attachment part (20) , is located on the same half-plane of this pl an as the projection on the same plane of the lateral branch (1 1) of the support part (10) whose end (14) is closest to the base (21) of the attachment part (20).

6. Hanger (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the attachment portion (20) comprises an attachment means (60) for a marking ring (70).

7. Hanger (1) according to claim 6, wherein the fastening means (60) comprises a notch (61) defining a support (62) for the marking ring (70).

8. Hanger (1) according to claim 7, wherein the support (62) comprises a plurality of sections (62A, 62B, 62C) of different thicknesses.

9. Hanger (1) according to claim 8, wherein the attachment means (60) comprises a support (63) in the form of a "U" whose branches are connected to the attachment portion (20) and whose the base is for supporting the marking ring (70).

10. Hanger (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, comprising retaining means (51) distributed on one of its side flanks (F1, F2) or distributed on both side flanks (F1, F2). of the hanger (1).
