Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung befasst sich mit einem Stützmieder (1) zur Umschließung eines Bauch- und Rückenbereichs eines menschlichen Körpers, der zumindest zeitweise eine Unterstützung benötigt. Das Stützmieder (1) besteht im Wesentlichen aus drei unabhängigen Einzelteilen (2, 3, 4), die mittels zweier Klettverschlüsse (5, 5'; 6, 6') miteinander verbunden werden. Infolge der drei unabhängigen Formteile (2, 3, 4) wird ein variabler und flexibler Gebrauch des Stützmieders gewährleistet. Da die beiden Endbereiche der beiden Formteile (3, 4) flach ausgebildet sind, wird infolge des flachen, im Wesentlichen festen Teils des vorderen Verschlusses eine Bauchpelotte gebildet, die einen vorbestimmten Druck auf die Bauchdecke ausübt.
