Abstract

L'invention concerne une chaudière pour un balai à vapeur comportant : un corps de chaudière (1) ayant une admission d'eau et une sortie de vapeur à une extrémité ; à l'intérieur du corps de chaudière (1), un passage pour fluide (11, 13) en une configuration en boucle et un dispositif de chauffage (3) servant à chauffer et à convertir l'eau se trouvant à l'intérieur du passage (11, 13) en vapeur ; un tuyau d'admission d'eau (2) raccordé à l'admission d'eau du corps de chaudière (1) par le biais d'un premier raccord de tuyauterie (7) ; un tuyau à vapeur (4) raccordé à la sortie de vapeur du corps de chaudière (1) par le biais d'un second raccord de tuyauterie (6) ; un éjecteur de vapeur (5) raccordé à l'autre extrémité du tuyau à vapeur (4). Le passage pour fluide (11, 13) ayant adopté la configuration d'une boucle dans la chaudière, l'eau se trouvant dans le passage (11, 13) subit de longues périodes de chauffage alors qu'elle s'écoule, ceci améliorant l'efficacité de la gazéification et empêchant l'égouttement. La buse (51) de l'éjecteur de vapeur (5) est une structure conique, assurant une éjection de la vapeur avec suffisamment de pression. Tous les composants sont raccordés de manière démontable, ceci facilitant le nettoyage et permettant une longue durée de vie.
