- Figure 3 shows a sectional view of a device 3' illustrating an exemplifying embodiment where smooth contact surface between the device 3' and the contact pin 1 1 is provided by giving tabs 34a', 34x' on the device 3' a raised shape so that each tab 34a', 34x' is flexible in a radial direction, where the inner tab surfaces forms the opening 32' of the device 3, which thus formed opening 32' has a diameter 32a' in relation to the diameter 1 1a of the contact pin 11 that will provide the radial contact force between the tabs 34a', 34x' and the contact pin 11 required to provide the electrical and mechanical contact between the device 3' and the contact pin 1 1.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (3) destiné à établir un raccordement mécanique et électrique entre un filtre radiofréquence (filtre RF) (1) à l'aide d'une broche de contact radiofréquence (11), et une carte de circuit imprimé (PCB, Printed Circuit Board) (2), la broche de contact (11) étant apte à être insérée à travers un trou préalablement créé (21) dans la carte PCB (2) et le dispositif (3) étant conçu pour éviter que la broche de contact (11) ne sorte du trou (21) ménagé dans la carte PCB, pour ainsi établir le raccordement mécanique et électrique. Le dispositif (3) est réalisé à partir d'un morceau de feuille (31) qui présente une ouverture (32) comportant un certain nombre de découpures radiales (33a, 33b,..., 33n) formant un certain nombre de pattes de contact (34a, 34b,..., 34n). Le dispositif (3) est apte à être enfoncé sur la broche de contact (11). Le diamètre (32a) de l'orifice (32) est inférieur au diamètre de la broche de contact (11) afin qu'une force de contact radiale soit créée lorsque les pattes (34a, 34b,..., 34n) sont rabattues par la broche (11) lorsque le dispositif (3) est réalisé à partir d'un matériau électriquement conducteur (36), apte à créer un raccordement électrique entre la broche de contact (11) et la carte PCB (2). L'orifice (32) présente un diamètre lié au diamètre de la broche de contact (11) qui produira une force de contact suffisamment intense pour créer une force de contact suffisante et créer le raccordement mécanique.
