技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种除草设备, 具体的说是一种旋转式剪除杂草的设备, 可有效去除草根。
背景技术
目前的除草设备, 已经公开的的除草设备, 如中国实用新型专利
ZL200520019132.5公开的滚切式除草轮, 采用滚切的结构, 将土壤翻动, 进而 将土壤中的杂草除掉, 其设计的主要思路是采用滚切轮上沿切向安装的扁铲刀 进行挑土, 把草根翻到地面上来。 这样的除草设备一般只适用于大面积的杂草, 不能适用于单个或者几颗的杂草。
中国专利文献 CN101095388公开的滚切圆盘式行间除草机,主要采用机架、 凹形圆盘、 固定架和悬挂臂组成, 在机架上前后交错安装两排除草装置, 每个 除草装置都是由两个 EJ形圆盘组成, 每个圆盘均与前进方向成 25。 -30° 夹角, 两圆盘前后错开呈人字分布。 该文献公开的设备在工作中, 不需要动力驱动, 只需要圆盘与土壤间的摩擦力带动旋转, 从而达到除草的目的。 这样的设备只 是用于田间除杂草, 不能适用于去除绿化草地里的杂草。
绿化草地里的杂草, 在现实中大都是用人手工进行操作拔出的, 一方面由 于手工操作效率低, 另一方面, 手工除草的质量也不能完全保证, 尤其是不能 保证有效的除根。
而针对有些绿地会有土质生硬的情况, 普通的手工除杂草就变得非常困难 了, 即使使用一些筒单的机械也会很不方便。
发明内容
本发明专利设计的是一种去除绿化草地里杂草的设备, 填补该项领域的空 白。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
旋转式杂草除根器, 包括筒形的壳体, 在壳体内设置有电机和与电机连接 的变速器, 变速器的头部驱动一个刀杆, 刀杆的头部安装组合刀具, 用直流电 池或交流电进行供电驱动电机带动变速器, 进而通过刀杆带动组合刀具旋转; 在壳体的尾部安装一连接杆, 在连接杆的末端安装控制手柄, 直流电池的电源 线从连接杆内穿过, 并在手柄上设置有调速开关和充电插座。
在筒形壳体的前端设置有三角支架, 三角支架与壳体铰接, 并在铰轴上安 装有复位弹簧, 三角支架的末端安装有滚轮。
所述手柄上设置的充电插座可通过充电器进行充电, 手柄前端的连接杆可 制作成可伸缩结构, 这样可以减少旋转式杂草除根器整体体积。
所述组合刀具包括固定刀具和旋转刀具, 旋转刀具与刀杆相连, 安装在固 定刀具的前端, 在刀杆的带动下旋转; 固定刀具套装于刀杆上, 两刀具相邻面 形成剪切配合, 通过相对转动完成剪切, 使得杂草不致于缠绕于刀杆之上, 从 而降低除草的效率。
所述旋转刀具的中心具有一锥形的尖端, 并且旋转刀具的边缘具有向下延 伸的切面。 这样可以保证旋转刀具在向下旋转的过程中, 旋转刀具的中心将土 壤翻向四周, 而旋转刀具边缘的切面可以保证刀具旋转钻孔的外径, 最终达到 将杂草根部搅碎的目的。
使用的时候, 用控制手柄扶住壳体保证壳体直立, 并把组合刀具对准杂草 根部所在的位置, 打开调速开关并向下按压控制手柄, 组合刀具即可旋转并将 杂草位置的土壤翻动, 把杂草从叶到根一起搅碎, 达到斩草除根的目的。 在控 制手柄向下按压的过程中, 三角支架也会向外舒展开, 并且由于滚轮的存在, 三角支架不会伤害到附近的绿地; 当完成一个除草环节之后, 扶住控制手柄将 刀具从土壤中拔出, 三角支架在重力以及弹簧恢复力的作用下向下收紧; 而在 复位弹簧恢复力足够大的情况下, 可以通过复位弹簧的恢复力直接将刀具从土 壤中拔出。
本发明提供的技术方案, 不同于以往的除杂草设备, 采用旋转钻削的方式 将单个杂草的草叶连同草根一起搅碎, 并且由于刀具本身较小, 除杂草的过程 中, 不会对附近的绿地造成严重伤害。
与手工去除杂草相比, 本发明提供的除草设备除草效率更高, 并且除草效 果也更好。
特别指出的是, 相对于一般的除草设备对硬地草皮的除草效果, 本专利所 提供的设备可以更好的除掉硬地草皮内的杂草。 雨水过后、 阳光暴晒的草地, 很容易结起硬壳, 本专利提供的设备对这样的硬地除草效果也非常好。

具体实施方式
如图 1至 3所示, 旋转式杂草除根器, 包括筒形的壳体 1 , 在壳体 1 内设 置有电机 2和与电机 2连接的变速器 3 , 变速器 3的头部驱动一个刀杆 4, 刀杆 4的头部安装组合刀具, 所述组合刀具包括固定刀具 5和旋转刀具 15 , 旋转刀 具 15与刀杆 4相连, 安装在固定刀具的前端, 在刀杆 4的带动下旋转; 固定刀 具 5套装于刀杆 4上, 两刀具相邻面形成剪切配合, 通过相对转动完成剪切, 使得杂草不致于缠绕于刀杆 4之上, 从而降低除草的效率。
用直流电池 10或交流电进行供电驱动电机 2带动变速器 3 , 进而通过刀杆 4带动组合刀具的旋转刀具 15旋转。
在壳体 1的尾部安装一连接杆 6, 在连接杆 6的末端安装控制手柄 7, 直流 电池 10的电源线从连接杆 6内穿过, 并在手柄 7上设置有调速开关 11和充电 插座 12。
在筒形壳体 1的前端设置有三角支架 8 , 三角支架 8与壳体 1铰接, 并在 铰轴上安装有复位弹簧 9, 三角支架 8的末端安装有滚轮 13。

本发明提供的技术方案, 不同于以往的除杂草设备, 采用旋转钻削的方式 将单个杂草的草叶连同草根一起搅碎, 并且由于刀具本身较小, 除杂草的过程 中, 不会对附近的绿地造成严重伤害。
与手工去除杂草相比, 本发明提供的除草设备除草效率更高, 并且除草效 果也更好。
特别指出的是, 相对于一般的除草设备对硬地草皮的除草效果, 本专利所 提供的设备可以更好的除掉硬地草皮内的杂草。 雨水过后、 阳光暴晒的草地, 很容易结起硬壳, 本专利提供的设备对这样的硬地除草效果也非常好。

Claims
