Abstract

본 발명은 선박의 정박이나 계류, 예인 등에 사용되는 고강력 고신율의 폴리에스테르 섬유에 관한 것으로, 특히 상온에서 측정된 최대 하중의 10% 변형에서의 탄성 회복률이 70% 이상이고, 상기 최대 하중의 20% 변형에서의 탄성 회복를이 50% 이상이고, 상기 최대 하중의 30% 변형에서의 탄성 회복률이 40% 이상인 폴리에스테르 섬유 및 그의 제조 방법, 이를 포함하는 폴리에스테르 섬유 로프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리에스테르 섬유는 고강력, 고신율, 고탄성회복률의 필라멘트를 포함하여 층분한 강신도를 갖고 우수한 기계적 물성을 확보함에따라, 해양이 거칠어지며 선박 등이 심하게 를링하는 등의 외부환경 변화에서도 사 절단을 최소화하고 층격 흡수 성능을 현저히 향상시키며 우수한 로프 수명과 함께 충분한 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 섬유 로프를 제조할 수 있다.
