Hearing aids are portable hearing aids that are used to care for the hearing impaired. In order to meet the numerous individual needs, different types of hearing aids are used, such as behind-the-ear hearing aids, hearing aids with external earphones and in-the-ear hearing aids, e.g. Concha hearing aids or canal hearing aids, provided. The hearing aids listed by way of example are worn on the outer ear or in the ear canal. In addition, bone conduction hearing aids, implantable or vibrotactile hearing aids are also available on the market. The stimulation of the damaged hearing takes place either mechanically or electrically.
DerHearing aids have in principle as essential components an input transducer, an amplifier and an output transducer. The input transducer is usually a sound receiver, for example a microphone, and / or an electromagnetic receiver, for example an induction coil. Of the
Output transducer is usually realized as an electroacoustic transducer, for example as a miniature loudspeaker, or as an electromechanical transducer, for example as a bone conduction receiver. The amplifier is usually integrated in a signal processing unit. This basic structure is Darge ¬ provides in Figure 1 using the example of a behind-the-ear hearing aid. In a hearing aid housing 1 for carrying behind the ear, one or more microphones 2 for receiving the sound from the environment are installed. A signal processing unit 3, which is also integrated in the hearing aid housing 1, processes the microphone signals and amplifies them. From the ¬ output signal of the signal processing unit 3 is transmitted to a loudspeaker or earpiece 4 which an acoustic Signal outputs. The sound is optionally transmitted via a sound tube, which is fixed with an earmold in the ear canal, to the eardrum of the device carrier. Batteries of a behind-the-ear hearing device or of an in-the-ear hearing device are usually held in the hearing aid with the aid of a battery compartment, also referred to as a battery charger. As a rule, this battery compartment is pivotally mounted. DE 10 2006 029 815 A1 specifies such a pivotable battery compartment of a behind-the-ear hearing device. In the swung-in state, the battery is in an operating position, while it can be removed from the hearing aid in a swung-out state of the battery compartment.
Instead of a battery can be used to power a hearing aid and a rechargeable battery (battery).
