语音组呼业务( Voice Group Call Service, 简称为 VGCS )和语音广播业 务( Voice Broadcast Service, 简称为 VBS )都是一种点对多点的通信方式, 突破了点对点通信的局限性, 能够快速建立呼叫。 移动台发起 VGCS/VBS呼 叫,网络侧受理本次呼叫。在呼叫处理过程中, MSC( Mobile Switching Center, 移动交换中心)为组呼区域内的每个小区都进行 VGCS/VBS指配操作, 分配 呼叫所需的地面电路资源和空口无线资源, BSS ( Base Station Subsystem, 基 站子系统)收到 VGCS/VBS指配命令后, 分配组呼信道, 建立组呼业务。
在组呼进行过程中, 某小区的组呼信道建立后, 在不支持 A口组呼重建 和 A口链路共享的前提下, 由于 BSS故障或者 A口资源被抢占等原因,可能 会造成小区的组呼信道被释放, 即释放掉本小区的地面电路资源和空口无线 资源, 且本小区的通知消息也会停发。
在本小区的地面电路资源和空口无线资源由于某种异常原因被全部释放 掉后, 这时, 当用户重新进入本小区, 发起相同组 ID建立业务时, 现有技术 的用户发起已存在的组呼处理流程如图 1所示, 该处理流程包括:
步骤 101 : MS (移动台)发起建立相同组 ID的组呼业务, 向 BSS子系 统发送信道请求消息 ( CHANNEL REQ ) ;

通过上述流程, 由于 BSS故障或者 A口资源被抢占等原因导致某小区的 无线信道资源和 A接口资源全部释放掉后, 这时如果有签约终端用户进入此 小区, 发起相同组 ID的组呼业务时, MSC查询此组 ID已经建立且处于激活 态后,会直接向 BSS发送清除命令, 阻止此小区的用户发起且加入到此组 ID 业务中。 直到该组呼业务被结束后, 本小区的用户才能够重新建立组呼。
综上所述, 现有技术中, 在组呼信道被异常原因清除后, 直到该组呼被 结束这段时间内, 对于想加入该组呼的用户, 将无法正常建立或者加入到该 组呼, 这大大降低了组呼的服务质量。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种组呼信道建立方法、 系统及移动交换中心, 使 得在不支持 A口组呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提下, 当签约用户在一个全部 资源被释放的小区下重新建立组 ID的组呼时, MSC能够进行重新处理, 分 配资源, 建立组呼。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种组呼信道建立方法, 所述方法 包括:
在不支持 A口组呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提下,用户在当前小区发起 组 ID的组呼业务时, 移动交换中心 ( MSC )查询所述组 ID的状态, 当查询 到所述组 ID的组呼业务已经建立且处于激活态时,对所述小区及所述用户进 行校验, 如果校验通过则为所述小区重新分配资源建立组呼。
优选地, 所述组 ID的组呼业务已经建立且处于激活态的情形包括: 所述 小区的组呼信道建立后, 该组呼信道所占的资源因异常原因被全部释放。
优选地,如果校验通过则为所述小区重新分配资源建立组呼的步骤包括: 如果所述小区合法且所述用户为签约合法用户, 则向基站子系统(BSS )发 送指派请求消息; 以及, 所述 BSS收到所述指派请求消息后, 进行组呼信道 资源分配, 建立组呼信道。
优选地,向 BSS发送指派请求消息的步骤中,所述 MSC通过与所述 BSS 间已建立的信令连接控制部分( SCCP )链路, 向所述 BSS发送所述指派请求 消息。
优选地, 所述方法还包括:
所述用户发起所述组 ID的组呼业务时, 所述 BSS根据所述用户发送的 组呼建立消息, 向所述 MSC发送连接管理业务请求(CR )层 3建链请求消 息; 以及
所述 MSC根据所述 CR层 3建链请求消息, 建立与所述 BSS间的所述
SCCP链路;
MSC查询所述组 ID的状态的步骤中, 所述 MSC根据所述 CR层 3建链 请求消息查询所述组 ID的状态。 优选地, 所述方法还包括:
所述 BSS建立组呼信道后, 向所述 MSC回复指派完成消息, 并向所述 用户发送带组呼信道描述的信道释放消息, 通知所述用户加入到所建立的组 呼信道。
本发明还提供了一种移动交换中心, 包括:
状态查询单元, 其设置成当用户在当前小区发起组 ID的组呼业务时, 查 询所述组 ID的状态;
校验单元, 其设置成: 在所述状态查询单元通过查询获知所述组 ID的组 呼业务已经建立且处于激活态时, 对所述小区及所述用户进行校验; 以及 资源分配单元, 其设置成在所述校验单元对所述小区及所述用户校验通 过后, 为所述小区重新分配资源以建立组呼。
优选地, 所述校验单元是设置成通过如下方式对所述小区及所述用户进 行校验: 如果所述小区合法且所述用户为签约合法用户时, 则所述小区及所 述用户校验通过;
所述资源分配单元是设置成通过如下方式为所述小区重新分配资源以建 立组呼: 通过所述移动交换中心与基站子系统 BSS间已建立的信令连接控制 部分链路, 向所述 BSS发送指派请求消息, 以为所述小区重新分配资源来建 立组呼。
本发明还提供一种基站子系统, 包括组呼建立单元, 所述组呼建立单元 设置成:
收到移动交换中心发送的指派请求消息后, 建立组呼信道, 以及, 在组 呼信道建立完成后, 向所述移动交换中心回复指派完成消息, 并向用户发送 带组呼信道描述的信道释放消息, 通知所述用户加入到所建立的组呼信道。
本发明还提供了一种组呼信道建立系统, 用于在不支持 A口组呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提下建立组呼信道, 该系统包括 MSC中的状态查询单元、 校验单元和资源分配单元, 以及 BSS中的组呼建立单元, 其中:
所述状态查询单元设置成当用户在本小区发起相同组 ID的组呼业务时, 查询所述组 ID的状态; 所述校验单元设置成:在所述状态查询单元通过查询获知所述组 ID的组 呼业务已经建立且处于激活态时, 对所述小区及所述用户进行校验;
所述资源分配单元设置成: 在所述校验单元对所述小区及所述用户校验 通过后, 通过向 BSS发送指派请求消息, 为所述小区重新分配资源以建立组 呼;
所述组呼建立单元设置成收到所述指派请求消息后, 建立组呼信道。 优选地, 所述校验单元是设置成通过如下方式进行校验: 如果所述小区 合法且所述用户为签约合法用户时, 则所述小区及所述用户校验通过;
所述资源分配单元是设置成通过如下方式发送指派请求消息: 在所述小 区及所述用户校验通过后, 通过 MSC与所述 BSS间已建立的 SCCP链路, 向所述 BSS发送所述指派请求消息。
优选地, 所述组呼建立单元还设置成: 建立组呼信道后, 向所述资源分 配单元回复指派完成消息, 并向所述用户发送带组呼信道描述的信道释放消 息, 通知所述用户加入到所述组呼信道。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出, 本发明实现了在不支持 A口组 呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提下,某个小区由于 BSS故障或者 A口资源被抢 占等原因导致组 ID的组呼信道资被源释放,此后本小区签约用户发起相同组 ID的组呼后, MSC进行查询和校验后下发 VGCS/VBS指派请求消息, 重新 分配资源建立组呼, 使小区内的用户重新加入组呼, 而不必等到组呼结束再 重新发起后才加入组呼, 减少了组呼信道被释放后带来的影响, 保证组呼的 服务质量。 附图概述

本发明的核心思想是提供一种组呼信道建立方法, 使得在不支持 A口组 呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提下,小区中由于 BSS故障或者 A口资源被抢占 等原因导致组 ID的组呼资源全部被释放后, 用户在该小区发起相同组 ID的 组呼业务时, MSC能够进行查询和校验处理,并在校验通过后能够为该组 ID 分配该小区的组呼资源以建立业务, 从而保证组呼的服务质量。
基于上述思想, 本发明提供了一种组呼信道的建立方法, 具体釆用如下 技术方案:
步骤 A, 签约用户在当前小区重新发起组 ID的组呼业务;
步骤 B, MSC判断出此组 ID的组呼业务已经建立且处于激活态, 对所 述用户及所述小区进行校验, 校验通过后, 则为所述小区分配组呼资源。
其中, 所述步骤 A包括:
所述组 ID的组呼业务已经建立且处于激活态,所述小区的组呼信道建立 后, 由于 BSS故障或者 A口资源被抢占等原因导致资源包括无线信道资源和 A接口资源已全部释放, 用户欲加入此组呼时, 发起相同组 ID的组呼业务。
所述步骤 B包括:
Bl、 BSS子系统向 MSC发送层 3建链请求消息( Complete Lay3 Info ) ; B2、 MSC查询此组 ID的状态, 如果为已经建立且处于激活态, 进一步 B3、 MSC向 BSS发送指派请求消息 ( VGCS/VBS ASSIGN REQ ) , 分 配资源建立组呼业务;
B4、 BSS收到指派请求消息 ( VGCS/VBS ASSIGN REQ ) , 建立组呼信 道后, 向 MSC返回指派完成消息(VGCS/VBS ASSIGN RESULT ) , 之后向 MS发送带组呼信道描述的信道释放消息 ( CHANNEL RELEASE ) 。
所述步骤 B3中, MSC向 BSS发送指派请求消息 ( VGCS/VBS ASSIGN
REQ ) , 是在步骤 Bl 中发送层 3 建链请求消息建立的 SCCP ( Signaling Connection Control Part,信令连接控制部分)链路上下发的, 而不用重新建立 SCCP链路进行下发。 所述步骤 B4中, BSS向 MS发送信道释放消息( CHANNEL RELEASE ) , 此消息中包含组呼信道描述, 通知终端离开 SDCCH信道, 加入到组呼信道, 开始监听组呼信道。
为了便于阐述本发明, 以下将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明技术方案 的实施作进一步详细描述。
图 2为根据本发明实施例的组呼信道的建立方法流程图, 如图 2所示, 该流程具体描述如下:
步骤 201 : MS (移动台)发起建立组 ID的组呼业务, 向 BSS子系统发 送信道请求消息 ( CHANNEL REQ ) ;
具体地, 在不支持 A口组呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提下, 某小区由于 BSS故障或者 A口资源被抢占等原因导致组 ID的组呼信道所占的资源全部 释放, 包括空口无线资源和 A口地面电路资源, 此时有用户想加入此组呼, 故发起相同组 ID的组呼业务。
步骤 202: BSS子系统收到信道请求消息 (CHANNEL REQ )后, 建立 并激活信道, 同时建立独立专用控制信道(SDCCH ) ;
步骤 203: SDCCH信道建立完成后, BSS子系统向 MS发送立即指派消 息 ( IMMEDIATE ASSIGN ) ;
步骤 204: MS在指配的 SDCCH信道上建链, 向 BSS发送置异步平衡方 式(SABM ) 消息, 其中携带的层三部分内容中携带的消息类型为 "建立指 示,, ;
步骤 205: BSS利用无编号确认( UA )消息对 MS上报的 SABM进行确 认;
步骤 206: BSS向 MSC发送 CR层 3建链请求( Complete Lay3 Info ) 消 息;
BSS收到移动台 MS发来的组呼建立消息(即步骤 204中的 SABM消息) 后, 向 MSC发送 CR层 3建链请求( Complete Lay3 Info ) 消息;
步骤 207: MSC进行查询和校验, 分配呼叫资源; MSC收到 BSS发来的 CR层 3建链请求消息后, 首先查询此组 ID的状 态, 如果此组 ID已经建立且处于激活态, 再对发起小区和用户进行校验, 判 断此小区所在的组呼区域合法有效,且用户为签约的合法用户,然后才向 BSS 分配呼叫资源。
本发明与现有技术的区别在于,当查询到此组 ID已建立组呼业务且该组 呼业务处于激活态时, 现有技术是 MSC直接拒绝本此呼叫, 不分配资源, 而 本发明则是发起对小区和用户的校验, 校验通过后向 BSS分配呼叫资源。
步骤 208: MSC向 BSS发送指派请求消息( VGCS/VBS ASSIGN REQ ); 当 MSC进行查询和校验通过后,向 BSS发送指派请求消息( VGCS/VBS ASSIGN REQ ) , 其中包含此组呼信道描述以及相关的组呼资源。 此时指派 请求消息的下发, 是在步骤 206中发送层 3建链请求消息建立的 SCCP链接 上下发的, 复用从 MSC到 BSC的链路, 而不用重新建立 SCCP链路进行下 发。
步骤 209: 组呼信道建立;
当 BSS收到 MSC发来的指派请求消息( VGCS/VBS ASSIGN REQ )后, 进行组呼信道资源分配, 分别建立 Α口链路资源和 Um口信道资源。
步骤 210 : BSS 向 MSC 发送指派结果消息 (VGCS/VBS ASSIGN RESULT ) ;
当 BSS 的组呼信道建立完成后, 会向 MSC 发送指派结果消息 ( VGCS/VBS ASSIGN RESULT ) , 告诉 MSC本小区的组呼信道已经建立。
步骤 211 : BSS向 MS发送带组呼信道描述的信道释放消息( CHANNEL RELEASE ) ;
当 BSS向 MS发送信道释放消息( CHANNEL RELEASE ) , 此消息中带 组呼信道描述, 通知终端离开 SDCCH信道, 加入到组呼信道, 开始监听组 呼信道。
步骤 212: BSS向 MS发送通知消息 ( NOTIFICATION ) ;
当 BSS组呼信道建立完成后, BSS开始在通知信道(NCH )上向 MS发 送通知消息 (NOTIFICATION ) , 通知终端组呼信道已经建立。 步骤 213: BSS向 MS发送通知消息 ( NOTIFICATION ) 。
和步骤 212—样, 当完成 212步骤后, 紧接着 BSS在快速随路控制信道 ( FACCH )上向 MS发送通知消息(NOTIFICATION ) , 通知终端组呼信道 已经建立。
进一步地, 本发明实施例还提供了一种组呼信道建立系统, 用于在不支 持 A口组呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提下建立组呼信道, 如图 3所示, 该系 统包括 MSC中的状态查询单元、 校验单元和资源分配单元, 以及 BSS中的 组呼建立单元, 其中:
所述状态查询单元设置成当用户在本小区发起组 ID的组呼业务时,查询 所述组 ID的状态;
所述校验单元设置成:在所述状态查询单元通过查询获知所述组 ID的组 呼业务已经建立且处于激活态时, 对所述小区及所述用户进行校验;
所述资源分配单元设置成: 所述校验单元对所述小区及所述用户校验通 过后,通过向 BSS发送指派请求消息,为所述小区重新分配资源以建立组呼; 所述组呼建立单元设置成收到所述指派请求消息后, 建立组呼信道。 此外, 所述校验单元是设置成通过如下方式进行校验: 如果所述小区合 法且所述用户为签约合法用户时, 则所述小区及所述用户校验通过;
所述资源分配单元是设置成通过如下方式发送指派请求消息: 在所述小 区及所述用户校验通过后, 通过 MSC与所述 BSS间已建立的 SCCP链路, 向所述 BSS发送所述指派请求消息。
此外, 所述组呼建立单元还设置成: 建立组呼信道后, 向所述资源分配 单元回复指派完成消息,并向所述用户发送带组呼信道描述的信道释放消息, 通知所述用户加入到所述组呼信道。
此外, 本发明实施例还提供了一种移动交换中心, 应用于建立组呼信道, 参见图 3 , 该移动交换中心主要包括: 状态查询单元, 其设置成当用户在本小区发起组 ID的组呼业务时, 查询 所述组 ID的状态;
校验单元, 其设置成: 当所述状态查询单元通过查询获知所述组 ID的组 呼业务已经建立且处于激活态时, 对所述小区及所述用户进行校验;
资源分配单元, 其设置成: 当所述校验单元对所述小区及所述用户校验 通过后, 为所述小区重新分配资源以建立组呼。
综上所述,本发明实现了在不支持 A口组呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提 下, 某小区由于 BSS故障或者 A口资源被抢占等原因导致组 ID的所有资源 被释放后, 签约用户在本小区发起相同组 ID的组呼时, MSC进行查询和校 验并下发 VGCS/VBS指派请求消息, 重新分配资源建立组呼, 使小区内的签 约用户重新加入组呼, 而不必等到组呼结束再重新发起后才加入组呼, 减少 了组呼信道被释放后带来的影响, 保证组呼的服务质量, 提高用户的感知度。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施案例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 本发明还 可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下, 熟悉本领域 的技术人员可根据本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改变和 变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。
工业实用性 与现有技术相比,本发明方法实现在不支持 A口组呼重建和 A口链路共 享的前提下, 小区由于 BSS故障或者 A口资源被抢占等原因导致组 ID的组 呼信道所占的资源全部释放后, 小区的签约用户发起相同组 ID的组呼, MSC 能够在进行查询和校验后下发 VGCS/VBS指派请求消息, 重新分配资源建立 组呼, 使小区内的用户重新加入组呼, 而不必等到组呼结束再重新发起后才 加入组呼, 减少了组呼信道被释放后带来的影响, 保证组呼的服务质量。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种组呼信道建立方法, 包括:
在不支持 A口组呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提下,用户在当前小区发起 组 ID的组呼业务时, 移动交换中心 ( MSC )查询所述组 ID的状态, 当查询 到所述组 ID的组呼业务已经建立且处于激活态时,对所述小区及所述用户进 行校验, 如果校验通过则为所述小区重新分配资源建立组呼。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述组 ID的组呼业务已经建立且处于激活态的情形包括:所述小区的组 呼信道建立后, 该组呼信道所占的资源因异常原因被全部释放。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中,
如果校验通过则为所述小区重新分配资源建立组呼的步骤包括: 如果所述小区合法且所述用户为签约合法用户, 则向基站子系统(BSS ) 发送指派请求消息; 以及
所述 BSS收到所述指派请求消息后, 进行组呼信道资源分配, 建立组呼 信道。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 向 BSS发送指派请求消息的步骤 中,
所述 MSC通过与所述 BSS间已建立的信令连接控制部分( SCCP )链路, 向所述 BSS发送所述指派请求消息。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 还包括:
所述用户发起所述组 ID的组呼业务时, 所述 BSS根据所述用户发送的 组呼建立消息, 向所述 MSC发送连接管理业务请求(CR )层 3建链请求消 息; 以及
所述 MSC根据所述 CR层 3建链请求消息, 建立与所述 BSS间的所述 SCCP链路;
MSC查询所述组 ID的状态的步骤中, 所述 MSC是根据所述 CR层 3建 链请求消息查询所述组 ID的状态。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 还包括:
所述 BSS建立组呼信道后, 向所述 MSC回复指派完成消息, 并向所述 用户发送带组呼信道描述的信道释放消息, 通知所述用户加入到所建立的组 呼信道。
7、 一种移动交换中心, 包括:
状态查询单元, 其设置成当用户在当前小区发起组 ID的组呼业务时, 查 询所述组 ID的状态;
校验单元, 其设置成: 在所述状态查询单元通过查询获知所述组 ID的组 呼业务已经建立且处于激活态时, 对所述小区及所述用户进行校验; 以及 资源分配单元, 其设置成: 在所述校验单元对所述小区及所述用户校验 通过后, 为所述小区重新分配资源以建立组呼。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的移动交换中心, 其中,
所述校验单元是设置成通过如下方式对所述小区及所述用户进行校验: 如果所述小区合法且所述用户为签约合法用户时, 则所述小区及所述用户校 验通过;
所述资源分配单元是设置成通过如下方式为所述小区重新分配资源以建 立组呼: 通过所述移动交换中心与基站子系统(BSS ) 间已建立的信令连接 控制部分链路, 向所述 BSS发送指派请求消息, 以为所述小区重新分配资源 来建立组呼。
9、 一种基站子系统, 包括组呼建立单元, 所述组呼建立单元设置成: 收到移动交换中心发送的指派请求消息后, 建立组呼信道, 以及, 在组 呼信道建立完成后, 向所述移动交换中心回复指派完成消息, 并向用户发送 带组呼信道描述的信道释放消息, 通知所述用户加入到所建立的组呼信道。
10、 一种组呼信道建立系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统用于在不支持 A口 组呼重建和 A口链路共享的前提下建立组呼信道, 该系统包括: 移动交换中 心 (MSC ) 中的状态查询单元、 校验单元和资源分配单元, 以及基站子系统 ( BSS ) 中的组呼建立单元, 其中:
所述状态查询单元设置成: 当用户在当前小区发起组 ID的组呼业务时, 查询所述组 ID的状态;
所述校验单元设置成: 当所述状态查询单元通过查询获知所述组 ID的组 呼业务已经建立且处于激活态时, 对所述小区及所述用户进行校验;
所述资源分配单元设置成: 当所述校验单元对所述小区及所述用户校验 通过后, 通过向所述 BSS发送指派请求消息, 为所述小区重新分配资源以建 立组呼;
所述组呼建立单元设置成收到所述指派请求消息后, 建立组呼信道。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的系统, 其中,
所述校验单元是设置成通过如下方式对所述小区及用户进行校验: 如果 所述小区合法且所述用户为签约合法用户时, 则所述小区及所述用户校验通 过;
所述资源分配单元是设置成通过如下方式发送所述指派请求消息: 通过 所述 MSC与所述 BSS间已建立的信令连接控制部分 SCCP链路,向所述 BSS 发送所述指派请求消息。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的系统, 其中,
所述组呼建立单元还设置成: 建立组呼信道后, 向所述资源分配单元回 复指派完成消息, 并向所述用户发送带组呼信道描述的信道释放消息, 通知 所述用户加入到所建立的组呼信道。
