电话会议的实现方法和系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种电话会议的实现方法和系统。 背景技术 电话会议是当前应用比较广泛的通信业务, 它能够有效地解决多人异地进行语音 交流的问题, 因此深受企业和个人用户的欢迎。 例如, 企业中的商务人员经常会在出 差的旅途中经常需要主动与其他异地的多人进行电话会议来进行语音交流。 因此, 他 们需要一种能够随时随地召开电话会议的方式。 目前, 相关技术中实现电话会议的方式是: 电话会议发起者使用电话终端 (包括 座机、 手机等) 拨打一个特服号码, 并根据语音提示逐个地输入其他参会者的电话号 码, 输入完成后, 即可发起电话会议。 这种通过语音流程发起电话会议的方式虽然能够适用于各种语音终端, 能够满足 人们随时随地召开会议的要求。 但是, 这种方式下用户操作不方便, 尤其是参会人数 较多时, 会议发起者可能会由于输入错误的信息, 而需要重复输入。 而且, 会议发起 者在电话会议过程中, 不能对电话会议进行控制, 也看不到会议的状态。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电话会议的实现方法和系统, 以至少解决上述的 用户操作不方便的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种电话会议的实现方法, 包括: 响应会议发起 者通过电话会议界面输入的待创建的电话会议的信息, 移动终端向电话会议应用服务 器发送携带有电话会议的信息的创建请求消息; 电话会议应用服务器根据创建请求消 息, 请求电话会议服务系统创建电话会议; 电话会议服务系统根据来自电话会议应用 服务器的请求, 创建电话会议。 在上述实现方法中, 在响应会议发起者通过电话会议界面输入的待创建的电话会 议的信息之前, 还包括: 移动终端接收到会议发起者的启动指令后, 启动本地的电话 会议客户端, 显示电话会议界面; 或者移动终端通过浏览器访问电话会议应用服务器 上的电话会议网页, 显示电话会议界面。 在上述实现方法中, 电话会议的信息包括: 除会议发起者以外的参会者的号码、 或者包括会议发起者在内的所有参会者的号码;电话会议服务系统创建电话会议包括: 电话会议服务系统接收来自电话会议应用服务器的请求, 其中, 请求中携带有除会议 发起者以外的参会者的号码、 或者所有参会者的号码; 当电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者解除闭音时, 电话会议服务系统 将所要解除闭音的参会者以外的其他参会者的语音发送至所要解除闭音的参会者; 当 电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为关闭电话会议时, 电话会议服务系统挂断包括会议 发起者在内的所有参会者的通话。 在上述实现方法中, 在电话会议服务系统对电话会议进行控制之后, 还包括: 当 进行控制引起电话会议的状态发生变化时, 电话会议服务系统将变化后的状态发送给 电话会议应用服务器; 电话会议服务系统包括: 执行模块, 设置为根据来自电话会议应用服务器的请求, 对电话会议进行控制。 在上述实现系统中, 电话会议服务系统还包括: 第一发送模块, 设置为当控制或 创建引起电话会议的状态发生变化时, 将变化后的状态发送给电话会议应用服务器; 电话会议应用服务器还包括: 刷新模块, 设置为以变化后的状态刷新本地保存的电话 会议的状态; 移动终端还包括: 获取模块, 设置为获取电话会议应用服务器中的电话 会议的状态; 电话会议应用服务器 20, 设置为根据该创建请求消息,请求电话会议服务系统 30 创建电话会议; 电话会议服务系统 30, 设置为根据来自电话会议应用服务器 20的请求, 创建该 电话会议。 随着无线通信以及手机等移动终端的处理能力的增强, 移动终端的应用界面越来 越友好, 数据传输速度越来越高。 本实施例中, 移动终端通过向用户 (此时其为电话 会议的发起者) 提供电话会议界面, 从而使得用户在打开电话会议界面后可以在该界 面中输入所要创建的电话会议的信息, 这样, 移动终端可以根据用户输入的信息通过 电话会议服务器向电话会议服务系统发起创建电话会议的请求, 最终实现电话会议的 创建。 移动终端通过提供电话会议界面以使得用户在该界面中输入创建的电话会议的 信息(或内容), 用户能够看到自己输入的内容, 极大地方便了用户的操作, 解决了相 关技术中操作不便的问题。 在图 1所示的实施例中, 移动终端可以为手机等。 其中,在实际应用时,移动终端 10需要包括一个界面模块 104来为会议发起者显 示电话会议界面, 显然显示时可以利用移动终端已有的显示屏来显示。 其中, 界面模 块 104为会议发起者显示电话会议界面的方法可以包括以下方式一和方式二中的任意 一种: 方式一为移动终端 10接收到会议发起者的启动指令后,启动本地的电话会议客户 端(具体可以为一种电话会议客户端软件), 以显示电话会议界面; 即会议发起者打开 的电话会议界面可以是启动本地的一个电话会议客户端软件。 因为目前在大部分的中、 高端手机上已经嵌入了浏览器, 能够方便地访问 web应 用, 因此另一种方式二可以为移动终端 10通过浏览器访问电话会议应用服务器 20上 的电话会议网页, 来显示电话会议界面。 即, 会议发起者打开的电话会议界面也可以 是使用浏览器访问电话会议应用服务器上的电话会议页面。 会议发起者在通过上述两种方式之一在移动终端上打开电话会议界面后, 移动终 端将向会议发起者显示电话会议界面, 会议发起者可以使用该界面发起电话会议。 如图 2所示, 在实际应用中, 会议发起者在电话会议界面中输入的电话会议的信 息可以包括除会议发起者以外的参会者的号码(如用户 B和用户 C),也可以包括所有 参会者 (如会议发起者、 用户 B和用户 C) 的号码 (所有参会者显然包括会议发起者 在内); 则电话会议服务系统 30包括: 第一接收模块 302, 设置为接收来自电话会议 应用服务器 20的请求, 其中, 该请求中携带有除会议发起者以外的参会者(如用户 B 和用户 C) 的号码、 或者所有参会者 (即会议发起者、 用户 B和用户 C) 的号码; 呼 叫模块 304, 设置为呼叫除会议发起者以外的参会者的号码、 或者所有参会者的号码 以将这些参会者 (即除会议发起者以外的参会者、 或者所有参会者) 呼叫到该电话会 议中。 这样, 实现了一个电话会议的创建的过程。 此外, 如图 2所示, 为了能够在创建电话会议的过程中, 将电话会议的状态显示 给会议发起者。 电话会议服务系统 30还可以包括一个第一发送模块 306, 该第一发送 模块 306设置为将呼叫模块 304呼叫除会议发起者以外的参会者的号码、 或者所有参 会者的号码的呼叫结果发送到电话会议应用服务器 20; 而相应地, 电话会议应用服务 器 20还应该包括一个设置为接收来自电话会议服务系统 30的上述呼叫结果的第二接 收模块 202和一个设置为保存或刷新该电话会议的状态 (显然在本地保存时, 每个电 话会议均由其对应的状态) 的刷新模块 204, 其中, 该电话会议的状态包括: 除会议 发起者以外的参会者及其对应的呼叫结果、 或者所有参会者及其对应的呼叫结果 (显 然每个参会者对应一个呼叫结果); 最终, 移动终端 10还可以包括一个获取模块 102, 其中, 获取模块 102设置为获取电话会议应用服务器 20中的上述电话会议的状态; 以 及界面模块 104还设置为通过其提供的电话会议界面显示获取模块 102获取到的电话 会议的状态, 其中, 该电话会议的状态包括: 除会议发起者以外的参会者及其对应的 呼叫结果、 或者所有参会者及其对应的呼叫结果 (显然呼叫结果为接通或者未接通)。 这样, 通过上述的实施例在电话会议的创建过程中, 电话会议服务系统呼叫各个参会 者的电话号码, 引起参会者终端状态的变化, 这些变化可以实时地通知到移动终端, 并显示给会议发起者。 为了实现会议发起者在电话会议过程中对电话会议进行控制,移动终端 10中的界 面模块 104还可以设置为在上述电话会议的过程中, 通过其提供的电话会议界面接收 会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息; 则如图 2所示,移动终端 10还可以包括一个第 三发送模块 106, 设置为向电话会议应用服务器 20发送携带有该电话会议控制信息的 控制请求消息; 贝 1」, 电话会议应用服务器 20还可以包括一个第二发送模块 206, 设置 为在第二接收模块 202接收到来自移动终端 10的上述控制请求消息后,根据该控制请 求消息请求电话会议服务系统 30 对该电话会议进行该电话会议控制信息所指示的控 制; 而电话会议服务系统 30还需要包括一个设置为根据来自电话会议应用服务器 20 的请求, 对该电话会议进行相应的控制的执行模块 308。 其中, 对电话会议进行的控制一般可以包括: 添加参会者、 踢出 (即去除) 参会 者、 参会者静音 /解除静音(静音是指使电话会议中的其它参会者听不到该参会者的声 音)、 参会者闭音 /解除闭音 (闭音是指使该参会者听不到会议中的声音)、 以及关闭会 议等。因此, 电话会议服务系统 30中的执行模块 308对该电话会议进行相应的控制的 方式可以包括以下几种情况:
( 1 )当会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为添加参会者(可以为 一个或多个) 时, 呼叫所要添加的参会者的号码以将其呼叫到该电话会议中; 显然此 时, 会议发起者在电话会议界面中输入的电话会议控制信息中还包含有所要添加的参 会者的号码。 ( 2 )当会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为去除参会者(可以为 一个或多个) 时, 挂断所要去除的参会者的通话; 同样, 此时会议发起者在电话会议 界面中输入的电话会议控制信息中还包含有所要去除的参会者的号码。 ( 3 )当会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者静音时,停 止将所要静音的参会者 (可以为一个或多个) 的语音发送至除该所要静音的参会者以 外的其他参会者(显然也包括会议发起者); 同样, 此时会议发起者在电话会议界面中 输入的电话会议控制信息中还包含有所要静音的参会者的号码。 ( 4 ) 当会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者解除静音 时, 将所要解除静音的参会者 (显然应该为已被静音的参会者) 的语音发送至除该所 要解除静音的参会者以外的其他参会者; 同样, 此时会议发起者在电话会议界面中输 入的电话会议控制信息中还包含有所要解除静音的参会者的号码。
( 5 )当会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者闭音时,停 止将所要闭音的参会者 (可以为一个或多个) 以外的其他参会者的语音发送至该所要 闭音的参会者; 同样, 此时会议发起者在电话会议界面中输入的电话会议控制信息中 还包含有所要闭音的参会者的号码。
( 6 ) 当会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者解除闭音 时, 将所要解除闭音的参会者 (显然应该为已被闭音的参会者) 以外的其他参会者的 语音发送至该所要解除闭音的参会者; 同样, 此时会议发起者在电话会议界面中输入 的电话会议控制信息中还包含有所要解除闭音的参会者的号码。
( 7 ) 当会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为关闭该电话会议时, 挂断包括会议发起者在内的所有参会者的通话。 这样, 在会议发起者的移动终端上展示电话会议界面, 会议发起者可以通过该界 面发起电话会议, 并且在会议过程中, 会议发起者可以通过该界面对电话会议进行各 种控制操作。 移动终端通过电话会议界面接收会议发起者的指令, 将会议发起者的电 话会议控制指令发送给电话会议应用服务器, 电话会议应用服务器再请求电话会议服 务系统完成实际的会议控制。 显然, 在电话会议过程中, 电话会议服务系统对电话会议进行的上述控制操作可 能会引起该电话会议的状态的改变, 因此, 为了进一步在电话会议过程中能够将会议 发起者通过移动终端提供的电话会议界面触发的控制所引起的电话会议的状态实时地 显示给会议发起者, 移动终端、 电话会议应用服务器以及电话会议服务系统中还应该 包括相应的功能模块来达到上述目的。因此, 电话会议服务系统 30中的第一发送模块 306还可以设置为在执行模块 308进行上述控制引起该电话会议的状态发生变化时, 将变化后的状态发送给电话会议应用服务器 20; 电话会议应用服务器 20中刷新模块 204还设置为在第二接收模块 202接收到该变化后的状态后, 就以该变化后的状态刷 新电话会议应用服务器 20本地保存的电话会议的状态;移动终端 10中的界面模块 104 还设置为在获取模块 102获取到电话会议应用服务器 20中的电话会议的状态后,通过 其提供的电话会议界面显示该电话会议的状态。 显然, 显示的电话会议的状态是与进 行的控制操作相对应的。 通过上述实施例, 移动终端就可以通过电话会议界面实时地创建电话会议和控制 电话会议时引起的电话会议的状态的改变实时地显示给会议发起者。 从上述实施例中可知,在实际应用中,移动终端 10中的获取模块 102获取电话会 议应用服务器 20中的电话会议的状态的方式可以包括以下两种方式中的任意一种:一 种方式为电话会议应用服务器 20被动地向移动终端发送电话会议的状态, 具体地: 获 取模块 102向电话会议应用服务器 20发送获取消息; 电话会议应用服务器 20接收到 该获取消息后, 将本地保存的电话会议的状态发送给获取模块 102; 而另一种方式为 电话会议应用服务器 20主动地将本地保存的电话会议的状态发送给获取模块 102。 其中, 在第一种方式中, 获取消息可以是周期性地发送, 也可以是根据会议发起 者的指令发送。 这样, 移动终端可以通过两种方式中的任意一种灵活地获取电话会议 应用服务器 20本地保存的电话会议的状态。 综上所述,移动终端 10—般指的是会议发起者的移动终端。会议发起者可以在移 动终端提供的电话会议界面上输入电话会议发起、 会议控制信息, 移动终端就可以根 据会议发起者输入的内容向电话会议应用服务器 20发送请求。另外,还可以从电话会 议应用服务器 20接收电话会议的状态, 并实时显示给会议发起者。 而电话会议应用服务器 20接收移动终端 10发来的电话会议创建请求和控制请求, 并根据请求内容向电话会议服务系统 30提出请求。 电话会议服务系统 30主要负责实际的电话会议的召集与控制,参会者之间语音的 混合与传输, 其对外提供了一系列电话会议服务接口 (包括电话会议的创建、 电话会 议控制、 电话会议状态通知等), 供外部实体 (具体为电话会议应用服务器 20 )调用, 通过这些接口与电话会议应用服务器交互实现电话会议功能。 电话会议服务系统 30 可以是当前已经在实际使用的电话会议系统, 只需要在其上添加上述所要求的电话会 议服务接口来完成相关服务即可。 结合上述如图 1所示的电话会议的实现系统, 该实现系统实现电话会议的方法如 图 3所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S302, 响应会议发起者通过电话会议界面输入的待创建的电话会议的信息, 移动终端 10向电话会议应用服务器 20发送携带有该电话会议的信息的创建请求消息; 例如, 会议发起者在电话会议界面中输入要创建的电话会议的内容 (主要是参会 者或者参会者电话终端的号码) 后, 移动终端向电话会议应用服务器发起创建电话会 议请求 (即上述的创建请求消息), 该请求中包含各个参会者电话终端的电话号码。 步骤 S304, 电话会议应用服务器 20根据该创建请求消息, 请求电话会议服务系 统 30创建该电话会议; 例如, 电话会议应用服务器接收到移动终端发来的创建电话会议请求后, 解析出 请求中的参会者的电话号码, 请求电话会议服务系统创建电话会议。 步骤 S306, 电话会议服务系统 30根据来自电话会议应用服务器 20的请求, 创建 该电话会议。 例如, 电话会议服务系统接收到创建会议请求后, 创建电话会议, 分别呼叫各个 参会者的电话号码, 将他们呼叫到会议中。 本实施例中, 移动终端通过向用户 (此时其为电话会议的发起者) 提供电话会议 界面, 从而使得用户在打开电话会议界面后可以在该界面中输入所要创建的电话会议 的信息, 这样, 移动终端可以根据用户输入的信息通过电话会议服务器向电话会议服 务系统发起创建电话会议的请求, 最终实现电话会议的创建。 移动终端通过提供电话 会议界面以使得用户在该界面中输入创建的电话会议的信息(或内容),用户能够看到 自己输入的内容, 极大地方便了用户的操作,解决了相关技术中用户操作不便的问题。 其中, 在步骤 S302之前, 移动终端 10还需要向发送者显示电话会议界面, 显示 的方式可以包括以下之一: 移动终端接收到该会议发起者的启动指令后, 启动本地的 电话会议客户端, 显示电话会议界面; 移动终端通过浏览器访问该电话会议应用服务 器上的电话会议网页, 显示电话会议界面。 会议发起者在通过上述两种方式之一在移 动终端上打开电话会议界面后, 移动终端将向会议发起者显示电话会议界面, 会议发 起者可以使用该界面发起电话会议。 在实际应用中,步骤 S302中的电话会议的信息可以包括除会议发起者以外的参会 者的号码, 也可以包括所有参会者 (显然包括会议发起者在内) 的号码; 则步骤 S306 包括: 电话会议服务系统接收来自电话会议应用服务器的请求, 其中, 该请求中携带 有除会议发起者以外的参会者的号码、 或者所有参会者的号码; 电话会议服务系统呼 叫上述各个参会者的号码以将上述各个参会者呼叫到该电话会议中。 这样, 就完成了 一个电话会议的创建的过程。 为了实现在创建电话会议的过程中, 移动终端显示电话会议的状态, 步骤 S306 还可以包括以下步骤: 电话会议服务系统将呼叫各个参会者 (即为上述除会议发起者 以外的参会者、 或者所有参会者) 的号码的呼叫结果发送到电话会议应用服务器; 电 话会议应用服务器保存该电话会议的状态, 其中, 该电话会议的状态包括: 各个参会 者及其对应的呼叫结果 (即除会议发起者以外的参会者及其对应的呼叫结果、 或者所 有参会者及其对应的呼叫结果);移动终端获取电话会议应用服务器中的该电话会议的 状态, 并通过电话会议界面显示该电话会议的状态, 其中, 该电话会议的状态包括各 个参会者及其呼叫结果 (显然每个参会者对应一个呼叫结果, 呼叫结果显然为接通或 未接通)。 在实际应用中, 电话会议服务系统可以在呼叫完一个参会者后就将呼叫结果发送 至电话会议应用服务器, 也可以在呼叫完所有的参会者后再将所有的呼叫结果发送至 电话会议应用服务器。 如图 4所示, 在步骤 S306之后, 上述的方法还可以包括以下步骤: 在电话会议的 过程中, 移动终端通过电话会议界面接收到会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息; 移 动终端向电话会议应用服务器发送携带有该电话会议控制信息的控制请求消息; 电话 会议应用服务器根据该控制请求消息, 请求电话会议服务系统对该电话会议进行上述 电话会议控制信息所指示的控制; 电话会议服务系统根据来自电话会议应用服务器的 请求, 对该电话会议进行相应的控制。 其中, 电话会议服务系统对该电话会议进行相应的控制可以以下几种情况: 当上 述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为添加参会者时, 电话会议服务系统呼叫所要添加 的参会者的号码以将其呼叫到该电话会议中; 当上述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制 为去除参会者时, 电话会议服务系统挂断所要去除的参会者的通话; 当上述电话会议 控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者静音时, 电话会议服务系统停止将所要静音的参会 者的语音发送至除该所要静音的参会者以外的其他参会者; 当上述电话会议控制信息 所指示的控制为将参会者解除静音时, 电话会议服务系统将所要解除静音的参会者的 语音发送至除该所要解除静音的参会者以外的其他参会者; 当上述电话会议控制信息 所指示的控制为将参会者闭音时, 电话会议服务系统停止将该所要闭音的参会者以外 的其他参会者的语音发送至该所要闭音的参会者; 当上述电话会议控制信息所指示的 控制为将参会者解除闭音时, 电话会议服务系统将该所要解除闭音的参会者以外的其 他参会者的语音发送至该所要解除闭音的参会者; 当上述电话会议控制信息所指示的 控制为关闭该电话会议时, 电话会议服务系统挂断包括会议发起者在内的所有参会者 的通话。 这样, 会议发起者就可以通过在移动终端提供的电话会议界面中输入控制信 息来实现对电话会议的各种控制操作。 此外, 对会议的控制, 必然引起会议状态的变化, 会议状态的变化将通过上述的 会议状态通知流程, 最终发送到手机, 并显示在电话会议界面上, 使会议发起者可以 实时查看到会议控制的结果。会议状态的变化可能是会议发起者主动控制会议引起的, 如: 会议发起者在会议中添加新的参会者、 会议发起者将某参会者踢出会议。 也可能 是参会者的行为引起的, 如: 参会者主动挂断电话。 为了实现在进行了上述控制操作 后, 移动终端能够实时地显示控制操作所引起的电话会议的状态的改变, 在步骤 S306 之后, 上述方法中还可以包括: 当进行相应的控制引起该电话会议的状态发生变化时, 电话会议服务系统将变化后的状态发送给电话会议应用服务器 (可以通过如图 5和图 6中的电话会议状态通知来发送); 电话会议应用服务器以该变化后的状态刷新本地保 存的电话会议的状态; 移动终端获取电话会议应用服务器中的电话会议的状态, 并通 过电话会议界面显示该电话会议的状态。 其中, 在实际应用中, 移动终端获取电话会议应用服务器中的电话会议的状态的 方式可以为以下方式中的任意一种: 一种方式如图 5所示, 移动终端先向电话会议应用服务器发送获取消息 (或称为 获取请求消息); 然后, 电话会议应用服务器接收到该获取消息后, 将本地保存的该电 话会议的状态发送给该移动终端(可以通过获取请求响应消息来发送); 其中, 发送的 方式可以是周期性发送, 也可以是根据会议发起者的指令发送。 另一种方式如图 6所示, 电话会议应用服务器主动地将本地保存的电话会议的状 态发送给移动终端 (可以通过电话会议请求通知来发送)。 这样, 通过以上两种方式, 移动终端就可以实时地将电话会议的状态包括: 会议 中各个参会者的状态, 如接通电话、 断开电话、 静音、 闭音等显示给会议发起者。 移 动终端接收到会议状态后, 将会议状态显示给会议发起者。 在电话会议服务系统对所 有参会者完成呼叫后, 会议发起者可以从手机上的电话会议界面中看到, 哪些参会者 的电话已经接通, 哪些参会者的电话没有接通。 以下以一个具体的实施例来分别描述本发明实施例的电话会议的创建和控制流 程。 其中, 电话会议采用浏览器 /服务器模式实现, 电话会议应用服务器提供电话会议 Web 页面, 用户使用手机上的浏览器访问该页面, 会议发起者 A 的手机电话号码为
13421398800, 参会者 B、 C的电话号码为 26872354、 26872356。 图 7所示, 电话会议的发起 (创建) 过程如下: 步骤 1, 会议发起者 A使用手机上嵌入的浏览器访问电话会议应用服务器的电话 会议页面。 步骤 2, 会议发起者 A在电话会议页面中输入所有电话会议参会者 B、 C的电话 号码 26872354、 26872356以及会议发起者 A的手机号码 13421398800,用户确认创建 电话会议后, 手机向电话会议应用服务器发送创建电话会议请求 (即上述的创建请求 消息); 步骤 3, 电话会议应用服务器接收到创建会议请求后, 解析出参会者的电话号码, 请求电话会议服务系统创建会议; 步骤 4, 电话会议服务系统接收到创建会议请求后, 创建电话会议, 分别呼叫各 个参会者电话号码, 将它们呼叫到会议中; 步骤 5, 在电话会议服务系统完成对一个参会者电话终端的呼叫后, 电话会议服 务系统将该参会者电话终端状态 (已接通或者未接通) 发送给电话会议应用服务器; 步骤 6, 电话会议应用服务器接收到参会者终端状态后, 刷新本地保存的电话会 议状态; 步骤 7, 会议发起者 A的手机周期性向电话会议应用服务器请求最新会议状态。 步骤 8, 电话会议应用服务器接收到电话会议状态请求后, 将当前电话会议状态 发送给手机。 步骤 9, 手机接收到当前会议状态后, 将会议状态显示在电话会议页面中。 步骤 10, 电话会议服务系统顺序呼叫各个参会者终端, 系统将重复上述步骤 5— 步骤 9, 直到电话会议系统呼叫完所有参会者终端。 在会议过程中, 会议发起者 A希望将某个参会者 B踢出会议。他在电话会议界面 中选择该参会者 B, 并确认将其踢出, 则控制为踢出参会者的流程如图 8所示, 包括 以下步骤: 步骤 1, 会议发起者 A的手机向电话会议应用服务器发送踢出参会者请求, 该请 求中包含的参会者 B的电话号码 26872354; 步骤 2, 电话会议应用服务器接收到踢出参会者请求后, 请求电话会议应用服务 系统踢出参会者 B; 步骤 3, 电话会议应用服务系统接收到控制请求后, 挂断参会者 B的电话, 并将 参会者的状态 (断开) 发送给电话会议应用服务器; 步骤 4, 电话会议应用服务器接收到参会者 B的终端状态后, 刷新本地保存的电 话会议状态; 步骤 5, 会议发起者 A的手机周期性向电话会议应用服务器请求最新会议状态; 步骤 6, 电话会议应用服务器接收到会议发起者 A的手机发来的电话会议状态请 求后, 将当前电话会议状态发送给该手机, 手机将当前会议状态显示在电话会议界面 上, 会议发起者 A从中可以看到参会者 B的电话已处于断开状态。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果: 可以满足人们随时随 地召开电话会议, 同时, 移动终端通过界面接受用户输入信息极大地方便了用户的操 作, 并且能够在电话会议过程中对会议进行控制, 并实时地显示会议状态的变化。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1. 一种电话会议的实现方法, 包括:
响应会议发起者通过电话会议界面输入的待创建的电话会议的信息, 移动 终端向电话会议应用服务器发送携带有所述电话会议的信息的创建请求消息; 所述电话会议应用服务器根据所述创建请求消息, 请求电话会议服务系统 创建所述电话会议;
所述电话会议服务系统根据来自所述电话会议应用服务器的请求, 创建所 述电话会议。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 在响应会议发起者通过电话会议界面 输入的待创建的电话会议的信息之前, 还包括:
所述移动终端接收到所述会议发起者的启动指令后, 启动本地的电话会议 客户端, 显示所述电话会议界面; 或者
所述移动终端通过浏览器访问所述电话会议应用服务器上的电话会议网 页, 显示所述电话会议界面。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述电话会议的信息包括: 除所述会 议发起者以外的参会者的号码、 或者包括所述会议发起者在内的所有参会者的 号码; 所述电话会议服务系统创建所述电话会议包括:
所述电话会议服务系统接收来自所述电话会议应用服务器的请求, 其中, 所述请求中携带有除所述会议发起者以外的参会者的号码、 或者所述所有参会 者的号码;
所述电话会议服务系统呼叫所述号码以将除所述会议发起者以外的参会 者、 或者所述所有参会者呼叫到所述电话会议中。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述电话会议服务系统创建所述电话 会议还包括:
所述电话会议服务系统将呼叫所述号码的呼叫结果发送到所述电话会议应 用服务器; 所述电话会议应用服务器保存所述电话会议的状态, 其中, 所述电话会议 的状态包括: 所述除所述会议发起者以外的参会者及其对应的呼叫结果、 或者 所述所有参会者及其对应的呼叫结果;
所述移动终端获取所述电话会议应用服务器中的所述电话会议的状态, 并 通过所述电话会议界面显示所述电话会议的状态。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的实现方法, 其中, 在所述电话会议服务系 统创建所述电话会议之后, 还包括:
在所述电话会议的过程中, 所述移动终端通过所述电话会议界面接收到所 述会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息;
所述移动终端向所述电话会议应用服务器发送携带有所述电话会议控制信 息的控制请求消息;
所述电话会议应用服务器根据所述控制请求消息, 请求所述电话会议服务 系统对所述电话会议进行所述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制;
所述电话会议服务系统根据来自所述电话会议应用服务器的请求, 对所述 电话会议进行所述控制。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述电话会议服务系统对所述电话会 议进行所述控制包括:
当所述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为添加参会者时, 所述电话会议服 务系统呼叫所要添加的参会者的号码以将其呼叫到所述电话会议中;
当所述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为去除参会者时, 所述电话会议服 务系统挂断所要去除的参会者的通话;
当所述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者静音时, 所述电话会议 服务系统停止将所要静音的参会者的语音发送至除所述所要静音的参会者以外 的其他参会者;
当所述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者解除静音时, 所述电话 会议服务系统将所要解除静音的参会者的语音发送至除所述所要解除静音的参 会者以外的其他参会者;
当所述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者闭音时, 所述电话会议 服务系统停止将所要闭音的参会者以外的其他参会者的语音发送至所述所要闭 音的参会者; 当所述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为将参会者解除闭音时, 所述电话 会议服务系统将所要解除闭音的参会者以外的其他参会者的语音发送至所述所 要解除闭音的参会者; 当所述电话会议控制信息所指示的控制为关闭所述电话会议时, 所述电话 会议服务系统挂断包括所述会议发起者在内的所有参会者的通话。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的实现方法, 其中, 在所述电话会议服务系统对所述电话 会议进行所述控制之后, 还包括:
当进行所述控制引起所述电话会议的状态发生变化时, 所述电话会议服务 系统将变化后的状态发送给所述电话会议应用服务器;
所述电话会议应用服务器以所述变化后的状态刷新本地保存的所述电话会 议的状态;
所述移动终端获取所述电话会议应用服务器中的所述电话会议的状态, 并 通过所述电话会议界面显示所述电话会议的状态。
8. 一种电话会议的实现系统, 包括:
移动终端, 设置为响应会议发起者通过电话会议界面输入的待创建的电话 会议的信息, 向电话会议应用服务器发送携带有所述电话会议的信息的创建请 求消息;
所述电话会议应用服务器, 设置为根据所述创建请求消息, 请求电话会议 服务系统创建所述电话会议;
所述电话会议服务系统,设置为根据来自所述电话会议应用服务器的请求, 创建所述电话会议。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的实现系统, 其中, 所述移动终端包括: 界面模块, 设置为在所述电话会议的过程中, 通过所 述电话会议界面接收所述会议发起者输入的电话会议控制信息; 以及第三发送 模块, 设置为向所述电话会议应用服务器发送携带有所述电话会议控制信息的 控制请求消息;
所述电话会议应用服务器包括: 第二发送模块, 设置为根据所述控制请求 消息, 请求所述电话会议服务系统对所述电话会议进行所述电话会议控制信息 所指示的控制; 所述电话会议服务系统包括: 执行模块, 设置为根据来自所述电话会议应 用服务器的请求, 对所述电话会议进行所述控制。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的实现系统, 其中,
所述电话会议服务系统还包括: 第一发送模块, 设置为当所述控制或所述 创建引起所述电话会议的状态发生变化时, 将变化后的状态发送给所述电话会 议应用服务器;
所述电话会议应用服务器还包括: 刷新模块, 设置为以所述变化后的状态 刷新本地保存的所述电话会议的状态;
所述移动终端还包括: 获取模块, 设置为获取所述电话会议应用服务器中 的所述电话会议的状态; 其中, 所述界面模块还设置为通过所述电话会议界面 显示所述电话会议的状态。
