Abstract
본 발명은 신규한 RNA 결합 단백질, 이를 포함하는 마이크로 RNA 검출용 조성물, 및 이를 이용하여 무표지 마이크로 RNA를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 파즈 도메인 및 이중가닥 RNA 결합 도메인을 포함하는 융합 단백질로서 3'말단이 돌출된 이중가닥 RNA 에 결합하는 RNA 결합 단백질을 이용하여 마이크로 RNA 를 검출하는 방법은, 효소적 표지과정 또는 증폭반응 없이 마이크로 RNA를 탐지하는 무표지 마이크로 RNA 검출 방법으로서, 기존의 마이크로 RNA 분석방법, 즉 효소적 방법으로 표지 후 분석하는 방법 또는 항체를 마이크로 RNA 에 결합하는 방법에 있어서, 공정이 복잡한 단점 또는 불안정한 RNA 구조로 인해 RNA 구조에 특이적인 항체의 개발이 어려운 단점을 해결할 수 있다. 이는 다양한 질환에서 유전자의 발현연구, 질환의 진단마커의 탐색 및 약물의 효율성 평가에 활용할 수 있는 등의 다양한 가능성을 갖는다.
