Abstract

본 발명에 따른 고망간 질소 함유 강판은 0.5증량 % 내지 1.0중량 %의 탄소와, 10중량 % 내지 20증량 %의 망간과, 4.0중량 % 이하의 크롬과, 0.02중량 % 내지 0.3중량%의 질소와, 4중량 % 미만의 실리콘, 3중량 % 미만의 알루미늄, 0.30중량 % 미만의 니오붐, 0.30중량 % 미만의 티타늄, 및 0.30증량 % 미만의 바나듐 중 적어도 하나와 잔부인 철 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 강판은 상온에서 오스테나이트 조직을 형성하고, 크름과 질소의 첨가에 의하여 적층결함에너지가 효과적으로 조절된다. 따라서, 강의 소성변형중 기계적 쌍정이 발생되어 높은 가공 경화와 인장 강도 및 우수한 가공성을 갖는다.
