Abstract

[Problem] To provide a cup holder configured in such a manner that a cup holding member at a raised position does not descend unnecessarily when the hand or a container makes only slight contact with the cup holding member, the breakage of the cup holding member when a large depressing force acts on the cup holding member is avoided, and pressing down the cup holding member does not cause a lid member from moving to the closing side. [Solution] A lid member (20) and a cup holding member (60) are connected together through a coiled torsion spring (32) so that the lid member (20) and the cup holding member (60) can move relative to each other across the rotational angle range (range of a predetermined length) of a long hole (25).

In the hop-up type cup holder described above, even if a hand or a plastic bottle hits the cup holding member in the raised position (use position) due to the action of the reverse link mechanism, and a load pushing down the cup holding member acts The cup holding member does not fall carelessly, the cup holding member remains in the raised position, and the lid member does not move to the closing side. However, even if a large pressing load is applied to the cup holding member, the cup holding member cannot be moved downward, so that an excessive pressing load is applied to the cup holding member and the cup holding member may be damaged.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the cup holding member does not drop meaninglessly when the hand or container is lightly touched to the cup holding member in the raised position, and a large pressing load acts on the cup holding member. In addition to avoiding breakage of the cup holding member at the time, the lid member is also prevented from moving to the closing side due to the depression of the cup holding member.
The cup holder according to the present invention comprises a case main body (12) defining a storage chamber (16) having an opening (14) above, a closed position for closing the opening (14), and the opening (14). A lid member (20) attached to the case body (12) so as to be rotatable between an open position to be opened, a cup holding member (60) including a cup holding shape portion (62), and a plurality of links The case main body (12) and the cup holding member (60) are connected by members (52, 54), and the cup holding member (60) is moved down in the storage chamber (16) and the opening (14). ) And a link mechanism (50) movably held between the upper position and the upper position, and the lid member (20) has a surface portion (24) extending in a direction crossing its own rotation axis. The surface portion (24) along the surface portion. A guide portion (25) extending over a predetermined length and having an end wall (25A) at one end is formed, and further, one end is rotated to the link member (52) or the cup holding member (60). A connecting member (90) having the other end connected so as to be movable movably engaged with the guide portion (25), one end locked to the case body (12), and the other end connected to the connecting member (90). The other end (90B) of the connecting member (90) is pressed against the end wall (25A) of the guide portion (25), and the lid member (20) is moved to the open position. Spring means (32) for urging the spring.
According to this configuration, under normal use in which a push-down load does not act on the cup holding member (60), the other end (90B) of the connecting member (90) is moved by the spring force of the spring means (32). Pressed against the end wall, the spring force of the spring means (32) acts between the case body (12) and the lid member (20) on the side of opening the lid member (20). Thereby, a cover member (20) moves to an open position with the spring force of a spring means (32). The cup holding member (60) connected to the lid member (20) by the connecting member (90) moves to the raised position following the movement of the lid member (20) to the open position.
If the pressing load acting on the cup holding member (60) is small just by lightly touching the cup holding member (60) in the raised position, the other end (90B) of the connecting member (90) The state in which the cup holding member (60) is in the raised position is maintained by the spring force of the connected spring means (32). As a result, the cup holding member (60) is not lowered without meaning by simply touching the cup holding member (60) with a hand or a container, and the cup holding member (60) can stably hold a container such as a cup. Done.
When a large pressing load is applied to the cup holding member (60), for example, when the hand or container strongly hits the cup holding member (60), the other end of the connecting member (90) is elastically deformed while the spring means (32) is elastically deformed. The guide part (25) guides and moves in a direction away from the wall (25A). Thereby, in a state where the cup holding member (60) is separated from the lid member (20), only the cup holding member (60) moves downward without moving the lid member (20) to the closing side. By this downward movement, it is avoided that an excessive pressing load acts on the cup holding member (60), and the cup holding member (60) is not damaged.
In the cup holder according to the present invention, preferably, the link mechanism (50) is connected to both left and right side portions of the cup holding member (60) so as to be rotatable around an axis extending in the left-right direction, A pair of left and right first link members (52) each having the other end rotatably connected to the case body (12), and a link member having the same length as the first link member (52), the one end being the Around the axis extending in the left-right direction at the middle portion in the left-right direction of the cup holding member (60) at a position different from the connecting position between the cup holding member (60) and the first link member (52) in the front-rear direction. The second link member (54) is rotatably connected and has the other end rotatably connected to the case body (12). The one end of the connection member (90) is the first link. In the middle of the member (52) It is rotatably coupled.
According to this configuration, the first link member is set by the position setting in the link longitudinal direction of the first link member (52) at the position where one end of the connection member (90) is connected to the intermediate portion of the first link member (52). The moment of the spring force acting on (52) can be set, and the pushing load at which the cup holding member (60) starts to descend can be set to an appropriate value other than the preload setting of the spring means (32).
In the cup holder according to the present invention, preferably, the guide portion is constituted by a long hole (25) or a long groove, and the connecting member (90) is a pin that fits into the long hole (25) or the long groove at the other end. A shape portion (90B) is formed, and the other end of the spring means (32) is locked to the pin shape portion (90B).
According to this configuration, since the guide portion is a long hole (25) or a long groove, the guide portion can be configured without requiring a separate part, and the long hole (25) or the long groove and the pin-shaped portion (90B). ), The other end of the connecting member (90) is smoothly guided by the guide portion, and the desired operation can be ensured to be high.
In the cup holder according to the present invention, preferably, the spring means is a torsion coil spring provided so as to surround a support shaft (26) for rotatably attaching the lid member (20) to the case body (12). 32).
According to this configuration, the spring means is installed without requiring a large space or a special mounting structure.
The cup holder according to the present invention preferably further has a lock means (48) for selectively holding the lid member (20) in the closed position against the spring force of the spring means.
According to this configuration, the lid member (20) is held in the closed position against the spring force of the spring means (32) by the lock means (48), and the lock means (48) is unlocked, whereby the lid The member (20) naturally moves to the open position by the spring force of the spring means (32).
According to the cup holder of the present invention, when the pressing load acting on the cup holding member is small, the state in which the cup holding member is in the raised position is caused by the spring force of the spring means connected to the other end of the connecting member. Therefore, the cup holding member does not fall down meaninglessly only by lightly touching the cup holding member with the hand or the container, and the holding of the container such as the cup by the cup holding member is performed stably.
On the other hand, when a large pressing load acts on the cup holding member, the other end of the connecting member moves while being guided by the guide portion in a direction away from the end wall while elastically deforming the spring means, and the lid member is moved to the closing side. Since only the cup holding member moves down without moving, it is avoided that an excessive pressing load acts on the cup holding member, and the cup holding member is not damaged.

An embodiment of a cup holder according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, each part of the cup holder of a present Example is a plastic molded product unless a material is described. In the following description, the horizontal direction of the cup holder is defined as the left-right direction, and the direction orthogonal to the left-right direction on the same plane is defined as the front-rear direction.
The cup holder 10 has a case body 12. The case main body 12 is constituted by a rectangular box body having an upper opening, and delimits a storage chamber 16 having a rectangular opening 14 on the upper side. A lid member 20 is attached to the case main body 12 so as to be rotatable around a horizontal width direction (left-right direction) of the case main body 12 (see FIGS. 1 to 4). Next, the mounting structure of the lid member 20 will be described.
The lid member 20 has a square plate-like lid main portion 22 that is slightly smaller than the opening 14 and a pair of left and right side plates that are bent 90 degrees from the left and right ends of the lid main portion 22 and extend forward from the lid main portion 22. The part 24 is integrally formed. The side plate portion 24 forms a surface portion that intersects with the rotation axis (center axis X) of the lid member 20 and extends in a direction orthogonal to the present embodiment. Columnar shaft portions 26 and 27 (see FIG. 5) are respectively formed on the left and right side plate portions 24 so as to protrude outward on the same axis.
The left and right side wall portions 13 of the case body 12 are formed with a bearing recess 28 and a bearing hole 30 (see FIG. 5) on the same axis as the central axis X. The left and right shaft portions 26 and 27 of the lid member 20 are rotatably engaged with the bearing recess 28 and the bearing hole 30. As a result, the lid member 20 can be rotated around the central axis X with respect to the case main body 12, and as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the closing position is closed, and the opening 14 is turned upright by rotating approximately 90 degrees counterclockwise as viewed in FIG. 1 from the closing position. It is possible to rotate between the open position.
It should be noted that the left and right side plate portions 24 of the lid member 20 are inside the left and right side wall portions 13 of the case body 12, that is, in the storage chamber 16.
A sector gear 36 (see FIG. 5) is formed on the outer wall of one side plate portion 24 of the lid member 20 over a ¼ circumference concentric with the shaft portion 26. A viscous damping rotary damper 38 is attached to the outside of one side wall 13 of the case body 12. The rotary damper 38 has an input gear 40 (see FIG. 5) located in the storage chamber 16 with an opening 15 formed in one side wall portion 13. The input gear 40 meshes with the sector gear 36. Thus, the lid member 20 is opened and closed at a low speed under the damper action of the rotary damper 38.
The base end portion of the locking arm member 41 is fixedly attached to the outside of the other side wall portion 13 of the case body 12. A metal engaging pin 43 is fixed to the tip of the locking arm member 41. The engaging pin 43 protrudes into the storage chamber 16 through the circular arc groove 19 formed in the side wall portion 13. A locking engagement groove 47 (see FIG. 5) including a heart-shaped portion 46 is formed in the other side plate portion 24 of the lid member 20. An engagement pin 43 is movably engaged with the lock engagement groove 47. Thereby, the lock mechanism 48 of the heart cam type alternate operation is configured. The lock mechanism 48 holds the lid member 20 in the closed position by engaging the engagement pin 43 with the heart-shaped portion 46 when the lid member 20 is in the closed position, and the lid member 20 in the closed position is slightly When pressed, it performs a push / full open alternate operation to release the holding.
A cup holding member 60 is attached to the case body 12 by a parallel link mechanism 50.
The cup holding member 60 includes, in a plan view, two semi-circular cup holding shape portions 62 in parallel on the left and right sides, with the lid member 20 standing upright, that is, the side (rear side) of the lid member 20 in the open position. It has leg-shaped parts 64 and 66 at the left and right ends and the central part in the left-right direction, and is substantially E-shaped.
Bearing portions 42 and 44 are formed at the bottom of the case body 12 as front and rear end portions of the parallel link mechanism 50 and at the front and rear direction middle portions of the left and right ends, respectively. Yes. The left and right bearing portions 42 and the central bearing portion 44 are located at different positions in the front-rear direction.
The parallel link mechanism 50 includes left and right front link members (first link members) 52 and a rear link member (second link member) 54 arranged in the center in the left-right direction.
Each of the left and right front link members 52 pivots to a link engaging portion 68 formed on the base side (front side) of the left and right leg portions 64 of the cup holding member 60 with a link connecting portion 52A formed at one end. It is connected so as to be able to rotate and is connected to the left and right front bearings 42 with a link connecting part 52B formed at the other end.
The rear link member 54 in the central arrangement is rotatably connected to a link engaging portion 70 formed on the distal end side of the central leg portion 66 of the cup holding member 60 with a link connecting portion 54A formed at one end. A link connecting portion 54B formed at the other end is rotatably connected to the central bearing portion 44.
The rotation of each connecting portion of the front link member 52 and the rear link member 54 is all about the axis extending in the left-right direction and parallel to the above-described central axis X. As a result, the rotation surface of the front link member 52 and the rear link member 54 are both in a plane orthogonal to the central axis X, but are in different positions in the axial direction (left-right direction) of the central axis X.
As described above, the parallel link mechanism 50 connects the case main body 12 and the cup holding member 60, the lowered position (storage position) where the cup holding member 60 is submerged in the storage chamber 13, and the raised position above the opening 14. (Hop-up use position) is held so that it can move in parallel. Thereby, the cup holding member 60 translates between the lowered position and the raised position while maintaining a horizontal posture.
Two brackets 80 project in the left-right direction on the inner side surface of the lid main portion 22 of the lid member 20 (the surface on the cup holding member 60 side of the lid member 20 in the open position). Each bracket 80 has a tongue-shaped auxiliary cup holding member 82 extending in the left-right direction by fitting a shaft portion 84 formed in the auxiliary cup holding member 82 and a bearing hole 86 formed in the bracket 80. It is attached so as to be rotatable around an existing axis.
The left and right auxiliary cup holding members 82 are positioned so as to align with the cup holding shape portion 62 for each cup holding shape portion 62 of the cup holding member 60, and are individually upwardly moved by the spring force of the metal torsion coil spring 88. By being biased and abutting on the bracket 80, the lid member 20 maintains a substantially horizontal posture under the open position, and is rotated downward against the spring force of the torsion coil spring 88 by a downward external force. Displace.
As shown in FIG. 5, when a cup or plastic bottle is inserted into the cup holding shape portion 62, the auxiliary cup holding member 82 resists the spring force of the torsion coil spring 88 according to the caliber of the cup or plastic bottle. Pushed down. As a result, the auxiliary cup holding member 82 is pressed against the outer surface of a relatively large caliber cup, PET bottle, or relatively small caliber cup or PET bottle, and is placed in the cup holding shape portion 62. Helps keep the bottle stable. Thereby, the cup holding member 60 has a shape including the cup holding shape portion 62 and is easily twisted, but can stably hold cups and pet bolts of different sizes and sizes.
In addition, cup holding shape portions 17 and 29 having a semicircular plan view are formed for each cup holding shape portion 62 on the bottom of the case body 12 and the lower side of the lid member 20 (lower side in the open position), respectively. These also assist the stable holding of the cup and the plastic bottle put in the cup holding shape portion 62.
Next, a connection structure between the lid member 20 and the cup holding member 60 will be described.
The left and right side plate portions 24 of the lid member 20 have arc-shaped long holes (guide portions) 25 concentric with the shaft portions 26 and 27, respectively, over a predetermined rotation angle range, that is, over a predetermined length. An opening is formed. The long hole 25 forms a guide part, and has an end wall 25A formed by penetrating the side plate part 24 at the front end part.
An engagement hole 52C (see FIG. 5) is formed in an intermediate portion of the left and right front link members 52 in the ring longitudinal direction. A shaft portion 90A formed at one end of the connecting rod 90 is rotatably engaged with the engagement hole 52C. A pin-shaped portion 90 </ b> B is formed at the other end of the connecting rod 90. The pin-shaped portion 90B is slidably engaged with the long hole 25.
A metal torsion coil spring 32 is attached to the outer periphery of the shaft portion 26. One end of the torsion coil spring 32 is locked to the case body 12, and the other end is locked to the pin-shaped portion 90B of the right connecting rod 90. The pin-shaped portion 90B is counterclockwise as viewed in FIGS. It is energizing in the direction of rotation.
Thereby, the torsion coil spring 32 presses the pin-shaped portion 90B against the end wall 25A of the long hole 25 and stretches between the case main body 12 and the lid member in a state where a predetermined preload is applied, and the lid member 20 is pushed. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, it is biased in the counterclockwise direction and acts on the opening side of the lid member 20.
As described above, the lid member 20 and the cup holding member 60 are connected so as to be relatively displaceable over the rotation angle range (predetermined length range) of the long hole 25 with the torsion coil spring 32 interposed therebetween.
Next, the operation of the cup holder 10 configured as described above will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, when the front side of the lid member 20 is pushed in the direction of the arrow in the retracted state where the lid member 20 is in the closed position, the lock mechanism 48 is released, and the lid member 20 is With the spring force of the torsion coil spring 32, the center axis X is set as the rotation axis, and the counterclockwise direction as viewed in FIG. 1 is rotated under the damper action by the rotary damper 38, which is shown in FIG. After the open state, it is located at the open position shown in FIGS.
In the process of moving the lid member 20 from the closed position to the open position, the state in which the pin-shaped portion 90B of the connecting rod 90 is pressed against the end wall 25A of the long hole 25 is maintained, and the movement of the lid member 20 is followed. The connecting rod 90 is pushed forward, and the front link member 52 is rotated and displaced counterclockwise as viewed in FIGS. 6 to 8 with the pivot point (link connecting portion 52A) with respect to the case body 12 as the rotation center. As a result, the cup holding member 60 moves from the lowered position shown in FIG. 6 to the raised position shown in FIG.
Thereby, the cup holder 10 is in a state in which the cup, the pet bolt, and the like are received in each cup holding shape portion 62 of the cup holding member 60 and held therein. Thus, since the lid member 20 is positioned at the open position by the spring force of the torsion coil spring 32 simply by releasing the lock mechanism 48, the usability and operability are good.
In a state where the lid member 20 is in the open position, if a hand touches the cup holding member 60 in the raised position or a cup hits, a pressing load acts on the cup holding member 60. When the pressing load acting on the cup holding member 60 is small just by lightly touching the cup holding member 60 with a hand or a container, the pin-shaped portion 90B of the connecting rod 90 is pressed against the end wall 25A of the long hole 25. The state is maintained, and the state where the cup holding member is in the raised position is maintained by the spring force of the torsion coil 32.
As a result, the cup holding member 60 does not fluctuate only by lightly touching the cup holding member 60 with a hand or a container, the cup holding by the cup holding member 60 does not become unstable, and the merchantability is high. A stable cup holding state is maintained.
On the other hand, when a pressing load of a predetermined value or more acts on the cup holding member 60 by strongly hitting the cup holding member 60 with a hand or an object, as shown in FIG. 90B is guided by the long hole 25 in the direction away from the end wall 25A of the long hole 25 while elastically deforming the torsion coil spring 32, and moves to the rear side.
Thus, in a state where the cup holding member 60 is separated from the lid member 20, only the cup holding member 60 moves down without the lid member 20 inadvertently moving to the closing side. By this downward movement, it is avoided that an excessive pressing load is applied to the cup holding member 60, and the cup holding member 60 is not damaged.
In order to store the cup holding member 60 in the storage chamber 16 of the case body 12 after use of the cup holder 10, the standing lid member 20 is moved around the central axis X against the spring force of the torsion coil spring 32. Then, it is rotated approximately 90 degrees counterclockwise as viewed in FIG. 2, and the lid member 20 is returned to the original closed position as shown in FIG. When the lid member 20 is returned to the closed position, the lock member 48 holds the lid member 20 in the closed position.
In the process of moving the lid member 20 from the open position to the closed position, the state in which the pin-shaped portion 90B of the connecting rod 90 is pressed against the end wall 25A of the long hole 25 is maintained, and the movement of the lid member 20 is followed. The connecting rod 90 is pulled rearward, and the front link member 52 is rotationally displaced in the clockwise direction as viewed in FIGS. 6 to 8 with the pivot point (link connecting portion 52A) with respect to the case body 12 as the rotational center. Thus, the cup holding member 60 moves from the raised position shown in FIG. 8 to the lowered position shown in FIG.
In the above-described embodiment, the moment of the spring force acting on the front link member 52 is determined by setting the position of the front link member 52 in the link longitudinal direction at the position where one end of the connecting rod 90 is connected to the intermediate portion of the front link member 52. The pressing load at which the cup holding member 60 starts to descend can be set to an appropriate value other than the preload setting of the torsion coil spring 32. Further, since the torsion coil spring 32 surrounding the support shaft 26 is used, the spring means can be installed without requiring a large space or a special mounting structure.
In addition, since the guide portion is the long hole 25, the guide portion can be configured without requiring a separate part, and the other end of the connecting rod 90 is connected to the long hole 25 by the pin-shaped portion 90B. The movement guided by the guide portion is performed smoothly, and the desired operation can be assured.
In addition, the cup holder by this invention is not restricted to the above-mentioned Example, It can change suitably in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention. For example, the long hole 25 that is the guide portion may be a long groove, or may be constituted by a guide rail or the like instead of the long hole and the long groove. The shape of the guide portion is not limited to a circular arc and may be a straight line. Further, the connecting rod 90 may be connected to the cup holding member 60 in place of the intermediate portion of the front side link member 52. Further, the parallel link mechanism 50 is not limited to that of the embodiment in which the front and rear link members are staggered in the axial direction, and is the most usual link member in the same direction in the front and rear link members. A parallel link mechanism may be used.
In addition, all the constituent elements shown in the above-described embodiments are not necessarily essential, and can be appropriately selected without departing from the gist of the present invention.
