Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines thermoelektrischen Moduls ist angegeben, das eine kostengünstige, reproduzierbare und serientaugliche Herstellung eines thermoelektrischen Moduls (1) ermöglicht. Das Verfahren umfasst dabei die Schritte: Abwechselndes Anordnen von zumindest einer Mehrzahl n- und p- dotierter ringförmiger Halbleiterelemente (3) sowie Isolationsmaterialien (4) mit voneinander abweichenden Formen bzw. Geometrien; Aufbringen einer elektrisch leitenden Beschichtung (10) auf eine Aussenumfangsflache (8) bzw. Innenumfangsflache (9); und Entfernen der Erhöhungen (11) an der Aussenumfangsflache (8), so dass die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung (10) in der axialen Richtung (2) von Isolationsmaterial (4) unterbrochen ist.
