步骤 201 , 无线数据卡接收并解析电视广播信号得到节目信息, 将 所述节目信息转换为 HTML页面形式的节目清单;
所述 HTML页面中还包含有音视频数据的播放参数和传输参数。 步骤 202 , 与无线数据卡相连的计算机访问无线数据卡获得 HTML 页面形式的节目清单供用户选择电视节目, 根据用户选择的电视节目, 计算机向无线数据卡发送电视节目选择通知;

无线数据卡根据计算机访问自身时的目的 IP地址是否是预设的 IP 地址, 确定是否向计算机发送 HTML页面形式的节目清单。
步骤 203 , 根据收到的电视节目选择通知, 无线数据卡从电视广播 信号中解析出相应电视节目的音视频数据并封装成 RTP/RTCP格式后发 送给计算机。
为了控制方便, 以广播或组播的方式发送音视频数据。
步骤 204 , 计算机接收并播放相应电视节目的音视频数据。
下面通过一个具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明。 通过本发明的无线数据卡实现 CMMB 电视业务播放的方法包括以 下步骤:
步骤 301 , 信息收发控制器接收并解析 CMMB 信号得到节目信息 ( EPG/ESG ) , 将该节目信息整理成节目清单, 并釆用 HTML页面形式 发布到 Web服务器上。
该节目清单的 HTML页面中还包含有频道的音视频数据的播放参数 和传输参数, 以便计算机通过访问该 HTML页面能得到这些传输参数和 播放参数, 从而使计算机按照这些传输参数和播放参数能够正确接收和 播放音视频数据。
其中, 音视频数据的播放参数是音视频数据自带的, 包括音频格式、 视频格式、 音视频釆样率和时间戳信息等; 音视频数据的传输参数是信 息收发控制器配置的, 由于音视频数据一般会封装成 RTP/RTCP (实时 传输协议 /实时传输控制协议) 的格式通过 IP传输, 因此传输参数包括 IP、 用户数据报协议 (UDP ) 、 RTP和 RTCP等。 这些播放参数一般以 SDP (会话描述协议) 文件的方式描述。
步骤 302 , 与无线数据卡相连的计算机通过预设的 IP地址和端口号 访问无线数据卡内嵌的 Web服务器, 得到所述 HTML页面形式的节目 清单并展示在自身的 Web浏览器上供用户选择电视节目。
其中, 计算机与无线数据卡可以以 USB (通用串行总线)接口相连。 计算机的 Web浏览器在访问 Web服务器时, 发出目的地址为 X, 目的端口号为 Y的 IP报文, 该 IP报文依次经过计算机侧的 TCP/IP (传 输控制协议 /互联网协议)协议栈和驱动程序, 以及无线数据卡侧的驱动 程序, 到达无线数据卡内部的数据分路器。 数据分路器判断收到的 IP报 文的目的 IP地址是否是预设的 IP地址, 如果不是, 则将该 IP报文发往 无线数据卡内的无线协议栈,再由无线协议栈发往外部的无线通信网络; 否则, 将该 IP报文发往无线数据卡侧的 TCP/IP协议栈, 再由无线数据 卡侧的 TCP/IP协议栈发往 Web服务器。
Web服务器收到该 IP报文后, 将 HTML页面形式的节目清单封装 成 IP报文经由以下路径发送给计算机: Web服务器→无线数据卡侧的 TCP/IP 协议栈→数据分路器→无线数据卡侧的驱动程序→计算机侧的 驱动程序→计算机侧的 TCP/IP协议栈→Web浏览器。 其中, 在含有节 目清单的 IP报文达到数据分路器时, 数据分路器发现该 IP报文的源目 的地址和端口号是预设的目的地址和端口号时, 将该 IP 文发往计算 机„
由以上描述可知, 通过 Web浏览器 计算机侧的 TCP/IP协议栈 计算机侧的驱动程序 数据分路器 无线数据卡侧的驱动程序 无线数 据卡侧的 TCP/IP协议栈 Web服务器这一双向通道, 计算机上的 Web 浏览器能够访问并展示 Web服务器上的内容。
步骤 303 , 用户点击 HTML页面上的 CCTV1 , 选择 "播放" , 相应 地,计算机通过步骤 302中所述的通道向 Web服务器发送电视节目选择 通知。
步骤 304 , 根据收到的电视节目选择通知, 如果尚未广播 CCTV1 , 则 Web服务器通知信息收发控制器从 CMMB信号中解析出 CCTV1 的 音视频数据并转发给流媒体服务器。
另外, 如果正在广播 CCTV1 , 则结束当前处理流程。 CCTV1 是否 正在广播可以由 Web 服务器比较当前收到的电视节目选择通知和上一 次收到的电视节目选择通知得知。
步骤 305 , 流媒体服务器将收到的 CCTV1 的音视频数据封装成 RTP/RTCP格式后发送给计算机。
其中, 流媒体服务器按照前述 SDP文件中描述的传输参数以广播或 组播的方式向计算机发送 CCTV1的音视频数据, 且发送 CCTV1的音视 频数据的路径为:流媒体服务器→无线数据卡侧的 TCP/IP协议栈→数据 分路器→无线数据卡侧的驱动程→计算机侧的驱动程序→计算机侧的 TCP/IP协议栈→流媒体播放器。 步骤 306, 计算机上 Web浏览器内嵌的流媒体播放器按照从 HTML 页面获取的传输参数接收 CCTV1的音视频数据, 并按照从 HTML页面 获取的播放参数播放 CCTV1的音视频数据。
根据以上描述可知, 本发明具有以下两个优点: 一、 最大程度地套 用了当前计算机都支持的技术, 因此不需要对计算机进行过多的改进, 成本比较低; 二、 由于釆用了 HTML方式, 因此能够简单且快捷地开发 和定制用户界面 (UI )程序。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种无线数据卡, 其特征在于, 该无线数据卡包括信息收发控制 器、 Web服务器和流媒体服务器; 其中,
信息收发控制器, 设置为接收并解析电视广播信号得到节目信息, 将所述节目信息转换为超文本链接标示语言 HTML页面形式的节目清单 发布到 Web服务器上; 还设置为根据 Web服务器发来的电视节目选择 通知, 从电视广播信号中解析出相应电视节目的音视频数据并转发给流 媒体服务器;
Web服务器, 设置为当与无线数据卡相连的计算机访问自身时, 将 所述 HTML页面形式的节目清单发送到该计算机的 Web浏览器上供用 户选择电视节目; 还设置为接收计算机根据用户选择的电视节目发来的 电视节目选择通知并转发给信息收发控制器;
流媒体服务器, 设置为将信息收发控制器发来的音视频数据封装成 实时传输协议 /实时传输控制协议 RTP/RTCP 格式后发送给计算机进行 播放。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的无线数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述无线数据 卡还包括数据分路器, 设置为当计算机访问无线数据卡时, 根据计算机 访问的目的互联网协议 IP地址是否是预设的 IP地址, 确定计算机是否 是访问 Web服务器。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的无线数据卡,其特征在于,所述 HTML 页面中还包含有音视频数据的播放参数和传输参数。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的无线数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述流媒 体服务器以广播或组播的方式发送音视频数据。
5、 一种通过无线数据卡实现电视节目播放的方法, 其特征在于, 该 方法包括: 无线数据卡接收并解析电视广播信号得到节目信息, 将所述节目信 息转换为 HTML页面形式的节目清单;
与无线数据卡相连的计算机访问无线数据卡获得 HTML页面形式的 节目清单供用户选择电视节目, 根据用户选择的电视节目, 计算机向无 线数据卡发送电视节目选择通知;
根据收到的电视节目选择通知, 无线数据卡从电视广播信号中解析 出相应电视节目的音视频数据并封装成 RTP/RTCP 格式后发送给计算 机;
计算机接收并播放相应电视节目的音视频数据。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的通过无线数据卡实现电视节目播放的方 法, 其特征在于, 所述与无线数据卡相连的计算机访问无线数据卡获得 HTML页面形式的节目清单为:
无线数据卡根据计算机访问自身时的目的 IP地址是否是预设的 IP 地址, 确定是否向计算机发送 HTML页面形式的节目清单。
7、根据权利要求 5或 6所述的通过无线数据卡实现电视节目播放的 方法, 其特征在于, 所述 HTML页面中还包含有音视频数据的播放参数 和传输参数。
8、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的通过无线数据卡实现电视节目播放的方 法, 其特征在于, 所述无线数据卡以广播或组播的方式发送音视频数据。
