Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système d'éclairage qui comprend des modules contenant des DEL ou d'autres dispositifs électroluminescents et des structures magnétiques fixées de manière lâche, au moins partiellement contenues dans les cavités du substrat du module qui sont reliées aux éléments de fixation connaissant une force magnétique. Les structures magnétiques fixées de manière lâche gèrent les variations mécaniques du système et fournissent un procédé pour connecter sans outils les modules aux différents éléments de fixation ou positions des fixations au plan mécanique, électrique et thermique. La distance relativement courte qui sépare les structures magnétiques assure des forces de connexion élevées grâce à des aimants relativement petits. Les aimants et les contacts électriques ne sont pas situés directement entre le sous-ensemble de DEL et l'élément de fixation, ce qui assure des voies à conductivité thermique supérieure pour évacuer la chaleur des DEL. Les éléments de polarisation peuvent être utilisés pour augmenter le contact thermique. Les structures magnétiques peuvent, sans que cela soit obligatoire, conduire l'électricité. Les éléments de fixation qui s'attachent aux modules comprennent des rails, des douilles, des dissipateurs de chaleur et des structures à deux dimensions avec des électrodes encastrées pour une meilleure sécurité électrique.
