Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaltungsanordnung zum pulsweitenmodulierten Ansteuern eines Elektromotors. Die Schaltungsanordnung weist wenigstens eine Transistor-Halbbrücke umfassend einen Halbleiterschalter, insbesondere einen N-MOS-Transistor, für eine High-Side und einen Halbleiterschalter, insbesondere einen N-MOS-Transistor, für eine Low-Side auf. Die Schaltungsanordnung weist auch einen Ausgang zum Verbinden mit dem Elektromotor, insbesondere mit dem Stator des Elektromotors auf. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Schaltungsanordnung eine Steuereinheit auf, wobei die Steuereinheit mit einem ersten Ausgang der Steuereinheit mit einem Steueranschluss des Halbleiterschalters für die High-Side und mit einem zweiten Ausgang der Steuereinheit mit einem Steueranschluss des Halbleiterschalters für die Low-Side wirkverbunden ist. Die Schaltungsanordnung ist ausgebildet, den Halbleiterschalter für die High-Side und den Halbleiterschalter für die Low-Side mit demselben Schaltpotential durchzusteuern.
