检测模块, 用于检测所述终端发送的调度请求信息, 所述调度请求信 息为所述终端在确定出演进的节点 B未能成功接收到所述终端发起的所述 业务或上行信令时发出, 用以触发对所述业务或上行信令的无线链路控制 层重传;
发送模块, 用于在所述检测模块检测到所述用以发起重传的调度请求 大小的信息发送至所述上行调度器;
所述上行调度器, 用于根据所述发送模块发送的所述终端的标识及所 述无线链路控制层分片的大小, 对所述终端进行上行授权, 确定出向所述 终端分配的无线资源, 并向所述终端发送所述分配的无线资源的信息。
优选地, 所述的演进的节点 B, 其中, 所述传输的无线链路控制层分 片的信息还包括: 分片的合并结果;
所述发送模块, 进一步用于将所述终端的标识和所述分片的合并结果 为不成功的无线链路控制层分片的大小的信息发送至所述演进的节点 B的 上行调度器。
优选地, 所述的演进的节点 B, 其中, 所述上行调度器包括: 无线资源确定模块, 用于将向所述终端分配的无线资源确定为大于或 等于所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小。
优选地, 所述的演进的节点 B, 其中,
所述无线资源确定模块, 进一步用于将向所述终端分配的无线资源确 定为等于: 所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小与緩存区状态报告媒体 访问控制层控制元的大小之和。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明中, 演进的节点 B在终端由于 RLC重传申请上行资源时, 直接 根据演进的节点 B内部已保存的用户面 RLC层的重传信息,如欲重传的无 线链路控制层分片的信息的大小即重传包的大小来对该终端进行上行授 权, 使得终端无需因重传重新上报緩冲区状态报告即 BSR, 演进的节点 B 也无需多进行一次下行调度, 从而从用户面和控制面降低了 RLC的重传时 延, 实现了对 RLC重传的优化。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图及具 体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
图 3为本发明实施例的无线链路控制层上行传输的方法的流程示意图。 如图 3 , 本发明实施例的 RLC上行传输的方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 301 , 演进的节点 B在终端发起上行确认模式下的业务或上行信 令的无线链路控制层传输后, 保存所述终端的标识及所述无线链路控制层 传输的无线链路控制层分片的信息, 所述无线链路控制层分片的信息包括: 所述无线链路控制层分片的大小。
步骤 302, 演进的节点 B检测到所述终端发送的调度请求信息, 所述 调度请求信息为所述终端在确定出演进的节点 B未能成功接收到所述终端 发起的所述业务或上行信令时发出, 用以触发对所述业务或上行信令的无 线链路控制层重传。
步骤 303 , 演进的节点 B根据所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小, 对所述终端进行上行授权, 确定出向所述终端分配的无线资源, 并向所述 终端发送所述分配的无线资源的信息。
上述无线链路控制层分片的大小为比特大小, 即为无线链路控制层分 片的包含的比特数。
本发明实施例的方法, 在 RLC上行重传时, ENB直接根据已保存的无 线链路控制层分片的大小来对发起重传的终端进行上行授权。 上述保存的 无线链路控制层分片的信息, 包括分片的大小, 由 ENB在终端第一次发起 上行确认模式下的业务或上行信令传输后获取的, 示例性地, ENB根据传 输的数据包的包头获取的。
优选地, 上述保存的无线链路控制层分片的信息, 包括无线链路控制 层分片的大小, 保存在 ENB的用户面实体处, 在进行上行授权时, 用户面 实体将相应重传的无线链路控制层的信息, 包括: 重传的终端的标识和重 传的 RLC分片的大小即重传包的大小传递至 ENB的上行调度器, ENB的 上行调度器根据该 RLC分片的大小确定向终端分配的资源。 本发明中, 欲 重传的 RLC分片的大小即 RLC重传包的大小是在 ENB内部通过用户面告 知 ENB的上行调度器, 而不需要浪费空口信令的时间和资源。
优选地, 本发明实施例的方法, 步骤 301具体包括:
步骤 3011 , 演进的节点 B的用户面实体保存所述终端的标识及所述终 端发起的所述传输的无线链路控制层分片的信息, 并将所述终端的标识和 所述无线链路控制层分片的大小的信息发送至所述演进的节点 B的上行调 度器。
所述步骤 303中, 所述演进的节点 B的上行调度器根据所述保存的无 线链路控制层分片的大小, 对所述终端进行上行授权, 确定出向所述终端 分配的无线资源。
优选地, 本发明实施例的方法中, 所述传输的无线链路控制层分片的 信息还包括: 分片的合并结果;
所述步骤 3011具体为:
所述演进的节点 B的用户面实体将所述终端的标识和所述分片的合并 结果为不成功的无线链路控制层分片的大小的信息发送至所述演进的节点 B的上行调度器。
示例性地,上述分片的合并结果包括:成功(ACK )和不成功(NACK )。 用户面实体在将欲重传的 RLC分片的信息,如 RLC分片的大小信息传递给 上行调度器时, 可仅传递合并不成功的 RLC分配的信息。
优选地, 本发明实施例的方法, 所述步骤 303 中, 所述演进的节点 B 进行上行授权时, 将向所述终端分配的无线资源确定为: 大于或等于所述 保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小。
优选地, 本发明实施例的方法, 所述步骤 303 中, 所述演进的节点 B 进行上行授权时, 将向所述终端分配的无线资源确定为等于: 所述保存的 无线链路控制层分片的大小与緩存区状态报告媒体访问控制层控制元( BSR MAC CE ) 的大小之和。 这样, 可以保证在一次上行调度中, 尽可能的将 BSR和需要重传的 RLC分片调度上来, 从而省去了在未知 RLC重传分片 大小的情况下, 由于本次上行调度过小而引起 RLC重传分片再分片所引起 的传输时延加长的缺点。 上述 BSR MAC CE的大小为比特大小 , 即为 BSR MAC CE占用的比特数。示例性的,该緩存区状态报告 MAC控制元的大小 不超过 4个字节。
图 4为本发明一实施例的无线链路控制层上行传输的方法的流程示意 图。 如图 4所示, 该实施例的方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 401 , 用户终端发起上行确认模式下的业务无线链路控制层传输。 步骤 402 , ENB 内部的用户面保存对该用户终端的标识和该用户终端 的 RLC分片的信息, 包括: RLC层 SN编号、 分片的大小 (单位: 比特) 以及 RLC分片的合并结果, 该合并结果为 ACK或 NACK; ACK表示合 并成功, ENB成功接收到终端传输的业务或信令; NACK表示合并不成功, ENB未能成功接收到终端传输的业务或信令,终端需重传上述业务或信令; 示例性地, 该终端可用无线网络临时鉴定标识(RNTI )进行标识。
步骤 403 , ENB内部通信, 将 RLC分片合并结果为 NACK的 RLC信 息, 包括: 终端的标识如终端 RNTI信息, 欲重传的 RLC分片的大小等参 数传递给 ENB上行调度器。
步骤 404, 用户终端触发 RLC重传, 在没有上行授权的情况下会发调 度请求(SR, Scheduling Request ) 申请上行授权。
步骤 405 , ENB 检测到该用户用于触发重传的 SR, 优化上行授权 ( DCI0 ), 确定分配的无线资源的大小, 如 Tbsize的大小, 等于 BSR MAC CE的大小与 RLC重传分片的大小之和。
步骤 406, 根据上述确定的无线资源分配信息, ENB向用户终端发送 用于指示无线资源分配的信息, 示例性地, 发送 DCI0即下行链路控制信息 格式 0。 如图 4所示, 该例中, 步骤 a, ENB的 RLC向用户终端反馈是否成功 接收的响应。 需重传时, 该响应为 NACK即不成功。 该响应通过空口传输。 终端在接收到不成功的响应消息后, 发送 SR触发重传, 当 ENB检测到触 发重传的 SR后,进行上行授权。该步骤位于步骤 401之后,步骤 404之前。
举例说明, 本发明实施例的无线链路控制层上行传输的方法可用于进 行上行信令的传输。 示例性地, 可应用于用户终端 (UE )进行的进行终端 能力信息( UE Capability Information )的上行信令传输, 以进行终端能力上 报。终端随机接入 ENB时, 终端侧进行 UE Capability Information上行信令 传输; ENB内部的用户面保存对该 UE的标识和传输的 RLC分片的信息, RLC分片的信息主要包括 RLC层 SN编号、分片的大小以及 RLC分片的合 并结果( ACK或 NACK ); ENB内部通信,将 RLC分片合并结果为 NACK 的信息, 主要包括 RNTI, 分片的大小等参数传递给 ENB上行调度器; UE 触发 RLC重传, 在没有上行授权的情况下会发 SR 申请上行授权; ENB 检测到该 UE的 SR, 优化上行授权 ( DCI0 ), 根据保存的待重传的 RLC分 片的大小, 确定出分配的无线资源的大小如 Tbsize大小等于 BSR MAC CE 的比特大小与 RLC重传分片的比特大小之和; ENB给 UE用户发送 DCI0, 以向 UE指示分配给该 UE的无线资源; UE根据 ENB分配的无线资源重传 UE Capability Information上行信令; 流程结束。 优选地, 其中, BSR MAC CE的比特大小不超过 4个字节。
本发明实施例还提供了一种演进的节点 B, 包括用户面实体和上行调 度器; 其中,
所述用户面实体包括: 保存模块, 用于在终端发起上行确认模式下的业务或上行信令的无线 链路控制层传输后, 保存所述终端的标识及所述无线链路控制层传输的无 线链路控制层分片的信息, 所述无线链路控制层分片的信息包括: 所述无 线链路控制层分片的大小;
检测模块, 用于检测所述终端发送的调度请求信息, 所述调度请求信 息为所述终端在确定出演进的节点 B未能成功接收到所述终端发起的所述 业务或上行信令时发出, 用以触发对所述业务或上行信令的无线链路控制 层重传;
发送模块, 用于在所述检测模块检测到所述用以发起重传的调度请求 大小的信息发送至所述上行调度器;
所述上行调度器, 用于根据所述发送模块发送的所述终端的标识及所 述无线链路控制层分片的大小的信息, 对所述终端进行上行授权, 确定出 向所述终端分配的无线资源, 并向所述终端发送所述分配的无线资源的信 息。
优选地, 所述的演进的节点 B, 其中, 所述传输的无线链路控制层分 片的信息还包括: 分片的合并结果;
所述发送模块, 进一步用于将所述终端的标识和所述分片的合并结果 为不成功的无线链路控制层分片的大小的信息发送至所述演进的节点 B的 上行调度器。
优选地, 所述的演进的节点 B, 其中, 所述上行调度器包括: 无线资源确定模块, 用于将向所述终端分配的无线资源确定为大于或 等于所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小。
优选地, 所述的演进的节点 B, 其中,
所述无线资源确定模块, 进一步用于将向所述终端分配的无线资源确 定为等于: 所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小与緩存区状态报告 MAC 控制元的大小之和。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种无线链路控制层上行传输的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 步骤 A, 演进的节点 B在终端发起上行确认模式下的业务或上行信令 的无线链路控制层传输后, 保存所述终端的标识及所述无线链路控制层传 输的无线链路控制层分片的信息, 所述无线链路控制层分片的信息包括: 所述无线链路控制层分片的大小;
步骤 B, 演进的节点 B检测到所述终端发送的调度请求信息; 所述调 度请求信息在所述终端在确定出演进的节点 B未能成功接收到所述终端发 起的所述业务或上行信令时发出, 用于触发对所述业务或上行信令的无线 链路控制层重传;
步骤 C, 演进的节点 B根据所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小, 对所述终端进行上行授权, 确定出向所述终端分配的无线资源, 并向所述 终端发送分配的无线资源的信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述步骤 A包括: 发起的所述传输的无线链路控制层分片的信息, 并将所述终端的标识和所 述无线链路控制层分片的大小的信息发送至所述演进的节点 B的上行调度 器;
所述步骤 C中, 所述演进的节点 B的上行调度器根据所述保存的无线 链路控制层分片的大小, 对所述终端进行上行授权, 确定出向所述终端分 配的无线资源。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述传输的无线链路控 制层分片的信息还包括: 分片的合并结果;
所述步骤 A1为: 所述演进的节点 B的用户面实体将所述终端的标识和所述分片的合并 结果为不成功的无线链路控制层分片的大小的信息发送至所述演进的节点 B的上行调度器。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C中, 所述演进的节点 B进行上行授权时, 将向所述终端分配的无线资源 确定为: 大于或等于所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C中, 所述演进的节点 B进行上行授权时, 将向所述终端分配的无线资源 确定为等于: 所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小与緩存区状态报告 MAC控制元的大小之和。
6、 一种演进的节点 B, 其特征在于, 包括用户面实体和上行调度器, 所述用户面实体包括:
保存模块, 用于在终端发起上行确认模式下的业务或上行信令的无线 链路控制层传输后, 保存所述终端的标识及所述无线链路控制层传输的无 线链路控制层分片的信息, 所述无线链路控制层分片的信息包括: 所述无 线链路控制层分片的大小;
检测模块, 用于检测所述终端发送的调度请求信息, 所述调度请求信 息在所述终端在确定出演进的节点 B未能成功接收到所述终端发起的所述 业务或上行信令时发出, 触发对所述业务或上行信令的无线链路控制层重 传;
发送模块, 用于在所述检测模块检测到所述用以发起重传的调度请求 大小的信息发送至所述上行调度器;
所述上行调度器, 用于根据所述发送模块发送的所述终端的标识及所 述无线链路控制层分片的大小, 对所述终端进行上行授权, 确定出向所述 终端分配的无线资源, 并向所述终端发送分配的无线资源的信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的演进的节点 B, 其特征在于, 所述传输的无 线链路控制层分片的信息还包括: 分片的合并结果;
所述发送模块, 进一步用于将所述终端的标识和所述分片的合并结果 为不成功的无线链路控制层分片的大小的信息发送至所述演进的节点 B的 上行调度器。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的演进的节点 B, 其特征在于, 所述上行 调度器包括:
无线资源确定模块, 用于将向所述终端分配的无线资源确定为大于或 等于所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小。
9、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的演进的节点 B, 其特征在于, 所述无线资源确定模块, 进一步用于将向所述终端分配的无线资源确 定为等于: 所述保存的无线链路控制层分片的大小与緩存区状态报告媒体 访问控制层控制元的大小之和。
