L'invention concerne un système de traitement des plaies par pression négative pouvant détecter la couleur des exsudats qui comprend un flacon (5) collecteur de liquide pour recueillir les exsudats de plaie, un appareil (11) de traitement des plaies par pression négative comportant une source (6) de pression négative et un contrôleur (7), un ensemble (10) pour soigner les plaies afin de remplir et refermer la plaie, qui est relié au flacon (5) collecteur de liquide par un tuyau (4) de liaison, un capteur (8) pour obtenir le signal de couleur ou le signal visuel de l'exsudat dans le flacon (5) collecteur de liquide, une unité de commande et de détection de la couleur aménagée dans le contrôleur (7), qui calcule la couleur correspondante selon le signal de couleur ou le signal visuel obtenu par le capteur (8) et calcule le signal d'alarme correspondant selon la table de consultation préréglée du signal de couleur et d'alarme, une unité de mémoire pour mémoriser les informations relatives à la plaie qui contient au moins les informations calculées relatives à la couleur, et un dispositif (9) d'alarme pour activer une alarme conformément au signal d'alarme.
