Abstract

본 발명은 조개, 굴 등의 딱딱하고 단단하게 다물어진 껍데기을 안전하게 제거하고 속살을 쉽게 발라낼 수 있는 패류 껍데기 제거구에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 선단에 칼날이 마련된 일자형의 본체와 상기 본체 중간에 선단이 연결되고 후단이 상기 본체의 후단과 절첩되게 회전하는 회전체와 상기 회전체의 선단 또는 본체의 중간 중 어느 하나에서 연장된 압착단과 상기 회전체의 선단 또는 본체의 중간 중 나머지 하나에서 연장된 커팅단 사이가 상기 본체와 회전체의 상대 회전에 대응되게 벌어지거나 맞닿는 커팅부를 포함하는 패류 껍데기 제거구를 제공한다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 패류 껍데기 제거구는 누구든 이를 이용하여 패각을 쉽고 안전하게 제거하고 속살을 발라낼 수 있고 특히, 한 쌍의 패각이 맞물린 일부를 집어서 따내는 것으로 따진 패각의 조각이 내부로 유입되지 않아 속살에 묻는 것이 방지되며 폐각근의 절단 없이도 따진 틈으로 패각을 벌려 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
