发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种一端或两端被去掉的葵花籽，它可以很容易的用手捏开外壳，也可以用牙磕，但用力很小，减少了对牙齿的磨损。 
本发明的目的是这样实现的：将葵花籽的一端或两端去掉，使葵花籽外壳的结合力减小。这样就可以很容易的用手捏开外壳。用牙磕时用力也很小，减少了对牙齿的磨损。 
由于采用上述方案，葵花籽的外壳就很容易打开，吃葵花籽仁就是件很轻松、惬意的事了。对牙齿磨损小、保持了牙齿的美观。
