为使导轨贯穿部相对导轨的滑动更加顺畅,减少部件之间的磨损,所述连接座的导 轨贯穿部内可以至少设置有上下两个滚轮, 所述导轨就从上下滚轮之间贯穿而过, 即, 该上、 下滚轮分别位于导轨的上方和下方, 优选地, 可以上、 下各设置两个滚轮, 即, 每个连接座具有四个滚轮。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于: 通过牵拉链条、 大链轮的设计, 形成可往复 移动的牵拉踏板的装置, 牵拉链条可绕大链轮来回移动, g|3, 牵拉链条的两个端部可分 别一上一下地作往复移动, 而牵拉链条的两个端部分别与安装在倾斜导轨上的踏板相 连, 如此, 与牵拉链条端部相连的各踏板就可一上一下地往复运动, 配合倾斜设置的两 根导轨, 使用者双脚轮流踩踏踏板, 如同在倾斜的山坡上一步一步地向上攀登, 能模仿 登山的动作, 且模仿状态较为逼真。 并且, 由于一根牵拉链条的两个端部互相牵制, 踩 踏运动完全依靠使用者自身的重力和蹬踏力度作为运转动力, 健身效果非常理想。 而本 发明中的强度调节装置, 可应使用者不同需要调节运动强度, 实现方案简单又奏效, 非 常实用。 同时, 本发明的登山机结构设计简单、 巧妙, 易于工业生产、 实施, 实际运转 顺畅。 附图说明

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1〜图 7所示, 为本发明一个优选的实施例, 该登山机, 包括有支架、 设置在 支架上的扶手 3以及两个踏板 4;
其中, 所述支架包括竖立设置的第一支架 1和倾斜设置的第二支架 2, 该第二支架 2包括两根相互平行的中空的导轨 21和一连接盒 22, 该连接盒 22的第一端 22a与两根 导轨 21的顶部相连, 该连接盒 22的第二端 22b与第一支架 1的中部相固定, 并且, 所 述第一支架 1底部具有 "一"字型支脚 11, 所述第二支架 2中两根导轨 21的底部设置 一 U型支脚 23, 第一支架 1、 第二支架 2组成大致呈"人"字型的支架, 使整个登山机 稳固地站立在地面上。
所述扶手 3设置在第一支架 1 的顶部, 第一支架 1可上下伸缩而达到调节扶手 3 高度的目的, 第一支架 1上、 位于扶手 3中央还设置有用以显示运动数据的仪表盘 12。
两个踏板 4分别设置在第二支架 2中的两根导轨 21上, 每根导轨 21在其内侧 (即 靠近第一支架 1的位置)、沿其长度方向开设有滑槽 21a,每个踏板 4能沿相应的滑槽 21a 相对导轨 21上下滑动;
如图 5、图 7所示,每个踏板 4包括一踩踏面板 41、套设在导轨 21外的连接座 42、 拉片 43, 该连接座 42包括一体成形的位于顶部的踩踏面板连接部 42a和位于底部的导 轨贯穿部 42b, 该踩踏面板 41固定在踩踏面板连接部 42a之上;
如图 6所示, 所述拉片 43包括一体相连的固定贴片 43a和 L型牵拉片 43b, 该固 定贴片 43a与 L型牵拉片 43b互为垂直设置, 所述连接座 42中导轨贯穿部 42b的侧面 在对应滑槽 21a的位置开设有插槽 42c,所述拉片 43中的 L型牵拉片 43b依次穿过导轨 贯穿部 42b的插槽 42c和导轨 21的滑槽 21a而伸入到导轨 21内部, 而拉片 43中的固 定贴片 43a贴在导轨贯穿部 42b的表面,并通过螺栓而与导轨贯穿部 42b的侧面相固定; 并且, 导轨贯穿部 42b内上、 下各设置有两个滚轮 42d, 所述导轨 21就从上下两 排滚轮 42d之间贯穿而过。
所述连接盒 22内设置有一牵拉链条 7、 一大链轮 5和两个对称设置在大链轮 5左 右两侧的小链轮 6, 该牵拉链条 7分别与大链轮 5、两个小链轮 6相啮合, 该牵拉链条 7 的两个端部 71分别伸入到两根导轨 21之内, 每个小链轮 6的位置与相应导轨 2的顶部 位置相对应, 使牵拉链条 7在导轨 21内的部分与导轨 21平行, 而不致于在运行过程中 刮擦导轨 21 ;
而伸入到导轨 21内部的 L型牵拉片 43b就与牵拉链条 7的相应端部 71相连。 所述连接盒 22包括底座 22c和可扣合在底座 22c上的顶盖 22d, 两者组成可容纳 机械部件的盒体, 在本实施例中, 该连接盒 22大致呈三角形。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 所述连接盒 22中还设置有一强度调节装置 8, 该强度调节装置 8包括露于连接盒 22顶盖 22d上的调节旋钮 81和设置在连接盒 22底座 22c上的轮轴 89、 压环 82、 调节弹片 83、 倒 T型承压套 84、 链轮座 85、 设置在链轮座 85内中央的 轴承 86、 摩擦垫 87和基座 88;
其中,基座 88通过螺栓而固定在底座 22c上,轮轴 89通过基座 88对轮轴 89底部 的压制而相对底座 22c固定, 调节旋钮 81螺纹连接在轮轴 89的顶部外围, 而压环 82、 调节弹片 83、 倒 T型承压套 84、 大链轮 5、 链轮座 85、 轴承 86、 摩擦垫 87从上至下 依次套设在轮轴 89之外, 并且, 调节旋钮 81的底部穿过顶盖 22d的通孔 22e而能通过 压环 82而间接地抵压调节弹片 83 ;
所述调节弹片 83呈环形, 且具有两个对称设置的跷起部 83a, 摩擦垫 87采用耐磨 材料制作;
链轮座 85固定在大链轮 5下方而可与大链轮 5—起转动, 倒 T型承压套 84的竖 直部分位于压环 82以及调节弹片 83内中央, 倒 T型承压套 84的横向部分被压在调节 弹片 83与大链轮 5之间, 链轮座 85的底面直接与摩擦垫 87上表面接触。
旋紧调节旋钮 81而使其相对轮轴 89向下移动时,调节旋钮 81能通过压环 82下压 调节弹片 83, 使调节弹片 83发生形变, 继而挤压倒 T型承压套 84, 大链轮 5受到来自 上方倒 T型承压套 84的压力随之增大, 大链轮 5下方的链轮座 85的底面与摩擦垫 87 之间的摩擦阻力就会加大, 从而使大链轮 5在转动时, 具有较大的摩擦阻力, 达到加大 登山机运动强度的目的; 反正, 旋松调节旋钮 81, 则调节弹片 83形变逐步复原, 大链 轮 5受到的压力减小, 大链轮 5下方的链轮座 85的底面与摩擦垫 87之间的摩擦阻力就 会减小, 达到减小登山机运动强度的目的。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种登山机, 包括有支架、 设置在支架上的扶手 (3)以及两个踏板 (4), 其特征在 于:
所述支架包括竖立设置的第一支架 (1)和倾斜设置的第二支架 (2), 该第二支架 (2)包 括两根相互平行的中空的导轨 (21)和一连接盒 (22),该连接盒 (22)的第一端 (22a)与两根导 轨 (21)的顶部相连, 该连接盒 (22)的第二端 (22b)与第一支架 (1)的中部相固定;
其中, 所述扶手 (3)设置在第一支架 (1)的顶部, 而两个踏板 (4)分别设置在第二支架 (2)中的两根导轨 (21)上, 每根导轨 (21)沿其长度方向开设有滑槽 (21a), 每个踏板 (4)能沿 相应的滑槽 (21a)相对导轨 (21)上下滑动;
所述连接盒 (22)内设置有一大链轮 (5), 该大链轮 (5)上啮合有一牵拉链条 (7), 该牵 拉链条 (7)的两个端部 (71)分别伸入到两根导轨 (21)之内, 并且, 每个踏板 (4)上设置有一 拉片 (43), 每个拉片 (43)插入到相应导轨 (21)的滑槽中 (21a)、 且与位于导轨 (21)内的牵拉 链条 (7)的相应端部 (71)相连。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的登山机, 其特征在于: 所述连接盒 (22)内、 位于所述大 轮齿 (5)两侧设置有两个小链轮 (6), 每个小链轮 (6)的位置与相应导轨 (2)的顶部位置相对 应, 每个小链轮 (6)均与所述牵拉链条 (7)相啮合。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的登山机, 其特征在于: 所述第一支架 (1)底部具有 "一" 字型支脚 (11), 所述第二支架 (2)中两根导轨 (21)的底部设置一 U型支脚 (23)。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的登山机, 其特征在于: 所述第一支架 (1)上、 位于扶手 (3) 中央还设置有用以显示运动数据的仪表盘 (12)。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的登山机, 其特征在于: 所述连接盒 (22)中 还设置有一强度调节装置 (8),所述连接盒 (22)包括底座 (22c)和覆盖在底座 (22c)上的顶盖 (22d), 该强度调节装置 (8)包括露于连接盒 (22)顶盖 (22d)上的调节旋钮 (81)和设置在连接 盒 (22)底座 (22c)上的轮轴 (89)、 调节弹片 (83)、 摩擦垫 (87);
其中, 轮轴 (89)相对底座 (22c)固定, 调节旋钮 (81)螺纹连接在轮轴 (89)的顶部外围, 调节弹片 (83)、 大链轮 (5)、 摩擦垫 (87)从上至下依次套设在轮轴 (89)之外, 并且, 调节旋 钮 (81)的底部穿过顶盖 (22d)的通孔 (22e)而能抵压调节弹片 (83)。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的登山机, 其特征在于: 所述调节弹片 (83)呈环形, 且具 有两个对称设置的跷起部 (83a)。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的登山机, 其特征在于: 所述强度调节装置 (8)还包括有套 设在轮轴 (89)之外的下列部件:设置在调节旋钮 (81)底部与调节弹片 (83)之间的压环 (82)、 设置在调节弹片 (83)与大链轮 (5)之间的倒 T型承压套 (84)、 固定在大链轮 (5)下方的链轮 座 (85)、设置在链轮座 (85)内中央的轴承 (86)和设置在摩擦垫 (87)下方的基座 (88),该倒 T 型承压套 (84)的竖直部分位于压环 (82)以及调节弹片 (83)内中央, 倒 T型承压套 (84)的横 向部分被压在调节弹片 (83)与大链轮 (5)之间,链轮座 (85)的底面直接与摩擦垫 (87)上表面 接触, 该基座 (88)相对连接盒 (22)的底座 (22c)固定, 所述轮轴 (89)通过该基座 (88)对轮轴 (89)底部的压制而相对底座 (22c)固定。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的登山机, 其特征在于: 所述踏板 (4)包括一 踩踏面板 (41)、 套设在导轨 (21)外的连接座 (42), 该连接座 (42)包括位于顶部的踩踏面板 连接部 (42a)和位于底部的导轨贯穿部 (42b),该踩踏面板 (41)与踩踏面板连接部 (42a)相固 定, 所述拉片 (43)与导轨贯穿部 (42b)相固定连接。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的登山机, 其特征在于: 所述拉片 (43)包括一体相连的固 定贴片 (43a)和 L型牵拉片 (43b), 该固定贴片 (43a)与 L型牵拉片 (43b)互为垂直设置, 所 述导轨 (21)上的滑槽 (21a)开设在导轨 (21)的内侧,所述连接座 (42)中导轨贯穿部 (42b)的侧 面在对应滑槽 (21a)的位置开设有插槽 (42c),所述拉片 (43)中的 L型牵拉片 (43b)依次穿过 导轨贯穿部 (42b)的插槽 (42c)和导轨 (21)的滑槽 (21a)而伸入到导轨 (21)内部, 该 L型牵拉 片 (43b)就与牵拉链条 (7)的端部 (71)相连, 而拉片 (43)中的固定贴片 (43a)与导轨贯穿部 (42b)的侧面相固定。
10、根据权利要求 8所述的登山机,其特征在于:所述连接座 (42)的导轨贯穿部 (42b) 内至少设置有上下两个滚轮 (42d), 所述导轨 (21)就从上下滚轮 (42d)之间贯穿而过。
