Description

Raising and lowering window
The present invention relates to a raising / lowering window provided in an opening of a building such as a house or a public facility, and more specifically, a raising / lowering window in which a fixed shodder and a movable shoji are arranged side by side in a closed position and can be easily opened and closed. About.
Many of the opening devices provided in the opening of a building include a frame attached along the edge of the opening and a shoji provided inside the frame. In such an opening device, there is a raising / lowering window that allows the opening to be closed and opened by a movable shoji that can move in the vertical direction. Many conventional raising / lowering windows are provided with inner and outer shojis shifted in the expected direction, and at least one of them is moved up and down to allow the opening to be closed and opened.
However, the raising and lowering windows provided with inner and outer shojis that are shifted in the expected direction have problems such as poor airtightness. For this reason, a raising / lowering window having two shojis arranged side by side in the same plane with the shoji closed is considered. For example, the raising / lowering window described in Patent Document 1 includes a fixed shoji (fitting killing portion) provided at the lower portion inside the frame body and a movable shoji (up / down shoji) provided at the upper portion inside the frame body in a closed posture. In the closed position, the fixed shoddle and the movable shoji are arranged side by side in the same plane.
As described above, for the purpose of improving the airtightness, several raising and lowering windows in which two shoji screens are arranged in the same plane in the closed position have been proposed so far. Many conventional techniques related to such raising and lowering windows have been based on the premise that a shoji equipped with a single glass plate is used, and the movable shoji is raised and lowered only by human power. However, in recent years, it has become common to use a shoji equipped with double-glazed glass for the raising and lowering windows in consideration of improvement of heat insulation. A large amount of force is required to raise and lower such a heavy shoji equipped with double-glazed glass by human power alone.
Also, Patent Document 1 proposes a raising / lowering window that includes two shojis arranged side by side in the same position in a closed posture, and can easily raise and lower the shojis using a balancer. However, in such a conventional raising / lowering window, the shoji is linearly moved vertically up and down, and this has been dealt with by providing a link mechanism for moving the shoji approximately horizontally in the expected direction at the lower part of the shoji. However, in such a form, the number of parts increases and the cost increases. Further, there is a problem that a space required for installing the raising / lowering window is increased.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a raising / lowering window that has a simple structure, can easily open and close a shoji, and is excellent in airtightness.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described. In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, reference numerals in the accompanying drawings are appended in parentheses, but the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.

FIG. 1A shows the raising / lowering window 100 in a closed position. On the other hand, FIG.1 (b) has shown the raising / lowering window 100 of the attitude | position which opened a part. FIG. 2 is an exploded front view schematically showing the frame 10 of the raising / lowering window 100 shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a view schematically showing a III-III cross section of the raising / lowering window 100 shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is a diagram schematically showing a posture in which the movable shoji 30 shown in FIG. 3 is tilted indoors. FIG. 5 is a view schematically showing a VV cross section of the raising / lowering window 100 shown in FIG. 6A is a view schematically showing a part of the VI-VI cross section of the raising / lowering window 100 shown in FIG. 1A. FIG. 6B is a posture locked by the locking device 37. FIG. FIG. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the back of the paper is the outdoor side, and the front of the paper is the indoor side. 3 to 5, the left side of the paper is the outdoor side, and the right side of the paper is the indoor side. In FIG. 6, the upper side of the paper is the outdoor side, and the lower side of the paper is the indoor side.
Here, the “finding direction” means the direction along the flat plane of the raising and lowering window that is flat as a whole, and in the posture in which the raising and lowering window is attached to the building, it is located on the opening surface of the building opening. It means the direction along. Further, “inside the direction of finding” means the center direction of the raising / lowering window in the direction of finding. Accordingly, “outward in the direction of finding” means a direction away from the opening in the direction of finding. Furthermore, the “prospective direction” means the thickness direction of the flat window having a flat plate shape as a whole, and indicates the indoor / outdoor direction of the building when the lift window is attached to the building.
As shown in FIG. 1, the raising / lowering window 100 includes a frame body 10 attached along the edge of the building opening, and a fixed screen 20 and a movable screen 30 attached to the inside of the frame 10. As shown in FIG. 2, balancers 60 and 60 are provided in the vertical frames 13 and 14.
The frame 10 includes an upper frame 11 and a lower frame 12 which are long members arranged in the horizontal direction, and a left vertical frame 13 which is a long member provided across the ends of the upper frame 11 and the lower frame 12 and And a right vertical frame 14.
Further, a guide groove 40 is formed in the right vertical frame 14 as shown by a broken line in FIG. Although not shown, the left vertical frame 13 is also formed with a guide groove similar to the right vertical frame 14. The configuration of the guide groove 40 will be described in detail later.
The fixed shoji 20 is configured by assembling an upper fence 21, a lower fence 22, a left longitudinal fence 23, and a right longitudinal fence 24 in a square shape and mounting a panel (for example, a glass panel) 25 in the compartment. In the present embodiment, as the panel 25, as shown in FIG. 3, a multilayer glass panel in which spacers 25c and 25c are sandwiched between two glasses 25a and 25b is illustrated, but a single glass panel may be used. However, a multilayer glass panel is preferable from the viewpoint of improving heat insulation.
In addition, the fixed shoji 20 is fixed to the upper frame 11 by fixing the upper frame 21, the left frame 13 to the left frame 23, and the right frame 14 to the right frame 24, respectively. The position is fixed relative to the frame 10.
The movable shoji 30 is configured by assembling an upper fence 31, a lower fence 32, a left longitudinal fence 33, and a right longitudinal fence 34 into a square shape, and mounting a panel (for example, a glass panel) 35 in the compartment. In the present embodiment, as the panel 35, as shown in FIG. 3, a multilayer glass panel in which spacers 35c and 35c are sandwiched between two glasses 35a and 35b is illustrated, but a single glass panel may be used. . However, a multilayer glass panel is preferable from the viewpoint of improving heat insulation. Moreover, since the raising / lowering window 100 has the effect that the movable shoji 30 can be moved up and down with a small force, it has a more remarkable effect when the panel 35 is heavy multilayer glass.
Further, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 5, a handle portion 36 is provided on the indoor side of the upper arm 31 of the movable shoji 30. Therefore, the user can easily open and close the movable shoji 30 by placing the hand on the handle portion 36 and operating it. Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the upper rod 31 (the handle portion 36) is configured to cover the lower rod 22 of the fixed shoji 20 when viewed from the indoor side in a closed position. By setting it as this form, while improving an external appearance, it becomes a structure excellent in watertightness, heat insulation, and crime prevention. That is, by covering the space between the fixed shoji 20 and the movable shoji 30 with the upper arm 31 (the pulling portion 36) in a closed posture, water and heat can be prevented from entering and leaving to improve water tightness and heat insulation. In addition to this, crime prevention is enhanced by making it difficult to insert a bar from the outside.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, support members 38 and 38 are attached to the lower ends of the left vertical rod 33 and the right vertical rod 34 of the movable shoji 30 so as to protrude outward in the direction of finding. The support member 38 has a support portion 38 a that is inserted into the guide groove 40. Further, the support portion 38a is provided with an annular groove 38b. The annular groove 38b is drawn from a balancer 60 provided in each of the upper portions of the vertical frames 13 and 14, and is disposed along the guide groove 40. One end of the formed wire 61 is locked (see FIGS. 2 and 3). Accordingly, the movable shoji 30 is suspended by the balancers 60 and 60. The balancer 60 is provided with a spiral spring so that the mass of the movable shoji 30 is kept in balance and the movable shoji 30 can be moved up and down with a small force and can be stopped at any height. .
As shown in FIG. 3, the movable shoji 30 is arranged below the fixed shoji 20 inside the frame body 10 and arranged in the same plane as the fixed shoji 20 in the closed position. At this time, the latch 70 (see FIG. 6 (a)) provided on the upper collar 31 so as to protrude outward in the finding direction is a recess (engaged portion) 71 (see FIG. 6) provided on the right vertical frame 14. 6 (a)), and the movable shoji 30 is prevented from rattling. Although FIG. 6 shows only the right vertical frame 14 side, the same applies to the left vertical frame 13 side.
In addition, since the movable shoji 30 and the fixed shoji 20 are arranged in the same plane in the closed position, a member for ensuring airtightness can be provided in the same plane, and the movable shoji and the fixed shoji The airtightness can be improved as compared with the conventional raising and lowering windows that are shifted in the direction of finding. More specifically, in the raising / lowering window 100, a packing 81 (see FIG. 3) is interposed between the fixed shoji 20 and the upper frame 11 in the closed posture. On the other hand, a packing 84 (shown in FIG. 6 is a packing 84 between the movable shoji 30 and the right vertical frame 14) between the fixed shoji 20 and the right vertical frame 14. And a packing (not shown but similar to the packing 84) is interposed between the fixed shoji 20 and the left vertical frame 13. Further, a packing 82 (see FIG. 3) is interposed between the lower arm 22 of the fixed shoji 20 and the upper arm 31 of the movable shoji 30, and a packing 83 (see FIG. 3) is disposed between the movable shoji 30 and the lower frame 12. ) And a packing 84 (see FIG. 6) is interposed between the movable shoji 30 and the right vertical frame 14. Further, a packing (not shown but similar to the packing 84) is interposed between the movable shoji 30 and the left vertical frame 13. These packings extend along the upper frame 11, the lower frame 12, the left vertical frame 13 or the right vertical frame 14, and are arranged in substantially the same plane. Therefore, it is easy to ensure airtightness. Moreover, since the movable shoji 30 and the fixed shoji 20 are arranged side by side in the same plane, and the said packing is arrange | positioned in the substantially same plane, heat insulation can also be improved.
Furthermore, by arranging the movable shoji 30 and the fixed shoji 20 side by side in the same plane, it is possible to improve crime prevention. In the conventional raising / lowering window, the shovel is pushed up by inserting a bar or the like between the lower arm of the shoji provided at the lower part inside the frame and the lower frame, and the crescent lock attached to the upper part of the shoji is destroyed. There was that. However, in the raising / lowering window 100, the movable shoji 30 and the fixed shoji 20 are arranged in the same plane in a closed posture, and therefore, the bar is inserted between the lower frame 12 and the lower saddle 32 to push up the movable shoji 30. That is difficult.
Next, the opening / closing operation of the guide groove 40 and the movable shoji 30 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the guide groove 40 formed in the right vertical frame 14 includes a straight portion 41 and an inclined portion 42. The straight portion 41 extends in the longitudinal direction of the right vertical frame 14 on the inner side in the prospective direction with respect to the fixed shoji 20. The inclined portion 42 communicates with the lower frame 12 side end of the linear portion 41 and extends toward the lower frame 12 side (the outdoor side in the present embodiment) on the side where the fixed shoji 20 is provided.
The inclination angle θ (see FIG. 3) of the inclined portion 42 with respect to the horizontal plane is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 25 degrees to 45 degrees. When the inclination angle θ is too small, the force required to open the movable shoji 30 increases.
When opening the movable shoji 30, for example, first, the user pulls the pulling portion 36 provided on the indoor side of the upper arm 31 of the movable shoji 30 to the indoor side. As a result, the latch 70 provided on the upper collar 31 is detached from the recess 71 provided on the vertical frames 13 and 14. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, with the support portion 38 a as a fulcrum, the movable shoji 30 is tilted indoors until the latch 70 engages with the guide groove 40. At this time, the latch 70 and the support portion 38a exist in the guide groove 40 and are engaged. After that, by pulling up the movable shoji 30 by placing the hand on the pulling piece 36 or the pulling piece 39 provided on the lower arm 32, the movable shoji 30 is moved upward along the guide groove 40 as shown in FIG. Can be moved. Further, since the latch 70 exists in the guide groove 40 and is engaged, it is possible to prevent rattling of the upper portion of the movable obstacle 30 even when the movable obstacle 30 is moved up and down.
When closing the movable shoji 30, first, the hand is placed on the pulling portion 36 or the pulling piece 39, and the movable shoji 30 is pulled down until the support portion 38 a reaches the lower end of the guide groove 40. Thereafter, the upper portion of the movable shoji 30 is pushed outward in the prospective direction with the support portion 38a as a fulcrum, so that the latch 70 is detached from the guide groove 40 and the latch 70 is engaged with the recess 71.
Thus, when the movable shoji 30 is raised and lowered, the wire 61 is rubbed at the corner 43 of the communication portion between the straight portion 41 and the inclined portion 42 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). That is, in the posture in which the movable shoji 30 is closed, as shown in FIG. 3, the wire 61 is in contact with the corner 43 of the communicating portion of the straight portion 41 and the inclined portion 42. When 30 is opened and closed, the wire 61 moves and the wire 61 and the corner 43 are rubbed. Therefore, in the raising / lowering window 100, a roller (friction reducing means) 50 having a rotation axis orthogonal to the moving direction of the wire 61 is disposed at the corner 43. The roller 50 is in contact with the wire 61, and when the wire 61 moves, the roller 50 rotates and wear can be prevented by rubbing the wire 61 and the corner 43.
In the present embodiment, the roller 50 is exemplified as the friction reducing means, but the embodiment is not limited thereto. For example, the corner 43 may be made of a material having excellent wear resistance (such as chromium molybdenum steel), or a solid lubricant may be applied to the corner 43.
Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the raising / lowering window 100 is provided with locking devices 37, 37 inside the upper arm 31 of the movable shoji 30. The locking devices 37 and 37 will be described below.
The locking device 37 includes a handle 37 a provided on the indoor side of the handle portion 36 of the upper collar 31, and an engaging portion 37 b that communicates with the handle 37 a and is provided inside the handle portion 36. In the unlocked position, the engaging portion 37b is housed inside the handle portion 36 as shown in FIG. When the handle 37a is slid outward in the finding direction from this posture, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the engaging portion 37b protrudes outward in the finding direction, and the right vertical direction from the hole 72 formed in the right vertical frame 14 It is inserted into the frame 14. And it engages with the receiving part (engaged part) 73 and is locked. Further, the handle 37a is slid inward in the finding direction from the locking posture, whereby the engaging portion 37b is detached from the hole 72 and unlocked. In FIG. 6, only the locking device 37 on the right side as viewed from the indoor side is illustrated, but the same applies to the locking device 37 on the left side.
The locking devices 37 and 37 do not overlap with the panels 25 and 35 in a front view, and are excellent in design. Moreover, since the locking devices 37 and 37 cannot be seen from the outdoor side, and it is difficult to confirm the position of the key from the outdoor side, it has the effect of being excellent in crime prevention.
