步骤 S140,根据用户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息向 用户提供信息。 用户的好友在互联网上的各种操作看起来与用户是脱离 的, 但实际上, 正是用户与好友之间的这种好友关系链, 使得好友在互 联网上的操作很可能是该用户所关心的, 因此, 可以结合好友的操作信 息对用户提供与好友的操作信息相关的信息。 例如, 对于有同样爱好的 好友来说, 如果用户的很多好友都访问了某一链接, 该链接所对应的内 容极有可能是该用户感兴趣的, 可以将该链接推荐给该用户。
在优选的实施方式中, 上述方法在存储之前还包括对用户标识和与 用户标识对应的操作信息进行处理的步骤, 通过处理成预定的格式, 便 于以后查询和搜索。 这种处理方式包括以下方式中的一种或两种以上: 方式 1 : 筛选出满足预定条件的操作信息。 通过筛选, 可以得到需 要的操作信息, 例如对某些特定用途的网站, 筛选到指定类型的操作信 息即可, 比如关于书籍的网站, 只筛选与书籍相关的操作信息。
方式 2: 对操作信息进行排序。 可以按照操作信息的数量、 关联度、 重要性进行排序, 例如依据书籍被收藏的次数的多少进行排序, 将收藏 同一本书的操作信息次数最多的操作信息排在靠前的位置。
方式 3: 对操作信息进行分类。 可以按操作的类型进行分类, 例如 是评论、 发表日志、 上传图片或是访问链接的页面等。 进一步的, 可以 将某类操作类型进行更细致的划分, 例如依据链接地址、 链接文字、 页 面内容等对访问链接的操作信息进行分类, 将其分为体育、房产、 军事、 娱乐等类别。
在一实施方式中, 步骤 S140具体为: 对用户的好友关系链上的用 户标识对应的操作信息进行分类统计; 将与数量靠前的操作信息的类别 对应的推广信息提供给用户。 例如, 用户的好友在选择爱好的操作信息 中, 爱好汽车的类别最多, 虽然用户本身没有填写任何的爱好, 但是该 用户喜欢汽车的可能性比较大, 可以将汽车类的新闻、 广告等推广信息 发送给用户。 又如, 用户的好友在访问网页的操作信息中, 网页内容关 于化妆品的类别最多, 表明用户的好友比较关注化妆品, 该用户关注化 妆品可能性也比较大, 可以将化妆品的新闻、 广告等推广信息发送给该 用户。
在一实施方式中, 步骤 S140具体为: 对用户的好友关系链上的用 户标识对应的操作信息进行计数统计; 将数量靠前的操作信息提供给用 户。例如,用户的好友在访问网页的操作信息中, 网页 A的访问量最多, 表明用户的好友对网页 A比较感兴趣,该用户对网页 A感兴趣的可能性 也比较大, 可以将网页 A发送给用户, 供用户访问。 操作信息的数量, 例如网页的数量可以不仅是一个, 还可以是多个, 可以采用如下方式出 现: "您的好友中有 4艮多访问了如下页面, 点击下面的链接即可访问: 网页 A 网页 B 网页 C … "。 当然, 这里的操作信息还可以是发表主 观评论(可以输入文字的评论)、 选择客观评价(只能选择的评价, 如 好评、 差评等)等。
在一实施方式中, 步骤 S140具体为: 接收用户的搜索请求; 将满 足搜索请求的搜索条件的用户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作 信息提供给用户并靠前显示。 这样, 可以优先搜索并显示用户好友的操 作信息, 这种搜索方式更加容易贴合用户的需求, 因为好友的操作信息 4艮可能与该用户密切相关。 举例来说, 如果用户输入关键词 A, 将含有 关键词 A的用户好友访问过的网页、 发表的日志、 产生的评价作为搜索 结果靠前显示, 这些搜索结果用户感兴趣的可能性较一般的搜索结果要 大很多。
在一实施方式中, 步骤 S140具体为: 接收用户的操作信息; 将具 有与用户的操作信息相同的操作信息的用户的好友展示给用户。 通过将 与用户有相同操作信息的好友展示给用户, 可以让用户了解与其有类似 操作的好友, 从而促进相互之间的交流或者了解。 举例来说, 如果用户 访问了网页 A, 经查询, 访问了网页 A的用户的好友有甲、 乙, 则可以 将甲、 乙的头像和昵称等显示在该网页的下方。
如图 2所示,还提供了一种信息提供系统 100,该信息提供系统 100 接收客户端 200产生的操作信息, 根据该操作信息向用户提供信息。 信 息提供系统 100包括接口模块 110、 采集模块 120、 存储模块 130及信 息提供模块 140。
接口模块 110接收通过客户端 200的控件模块 210搜集的数据。 客 户端控件模块可以被特定的网站采用 iframe沙箱或者 innerHTML的方 式进行引入, 每当用户登陆网站的时候, 只要通过控件模块登陆, 就可 以通过该控件模块获得用户标识和与用户标识对应的操作信息。 这些用 户标识和操作信息连同各种辅助信息, 例如源、 目的地址等被封装成适 合网络传输的数据格式, 通过网络传输并被接收端接收。
采集模块 120与接口模块 110相连, 采集数据中的用户标识和与用 户标识对应的操作信息。 采集模块 120接收到接口模块 110传输过来的 数据后, 可以采集其中的用户标识和与用户标识对应的操作信息。 用户 标识是区别网络上各个用户的身份信息, 这些身份信息可以是数字、 字 母、 数字和字母的组合、 电子邮件等。 用户标识对应的操作信息是使用 该用户标识的用户执行的操作, 例如发表评论、 上传图片、 访问某一个 链接等。
存储模块 130存储好友关系链及关联存储用户标识和与用户标识对 应的操作信息。 关联存储是指将用户标识、 用户标识对应的操作信息及 这种对应关系一并存储起来, 在找到某一用户标识时, 即可找到拥有该 用户标识的用户执行过哪些操作, 甚至可以具体到什么时间执行过这些 操作等。
信息提供模块 140根据用户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作 信息向用户提供信息。 用户的好友在互联网上的各种操作看起来与用户 是脱离的, 但实际上, 正是用户与好友之间的这种好友关系链, 使得好 友在互联网上的操作很可能是该用户所关心的, 因此, 可以结合好友的 操作信息对用户提供与好友的操作信息相关的信息。 例如, 对于有同样 爱好的好友来说, 如果用户的很多好友都访问了某一链接, 该链接所对 应的内容极有可能是该用户感兴趣的, 可以将该链接推荐给该用户。
在一实施方式中, 如图 3所示, 信息提供系统还包括处理模块 150。 处理模块 150与采集模块 120和存储模块 130相连, 对用户标识和与用 户标识对应的操作信息进行处理并将处理后的用户标识和与用户标识 对应的操作信息存储在存储模块 130中。 进一步地, 处理模块 150的处 理方式包括以下方式中的一种或两种以上:
方式 1 : 筛选出满足预定条件的操作信息。 通过筛选, 可以得到需 要的操作信息, 例如对某些特定用途的网站, 筛选到指定类型的操作信 息即可, 比如关于书籍的网站, 只筛选与书籍相关的操作信息。
方式 2: 对操作信息进行排序。 可以按照操作信息的数量、 关联度、 重要性进行排序, 例如依据书籍被收藏的次数的多少进行排序, 将收藏 同一本书的操作信息次数最多的操作信息排在靠前的位置。 方式 3: 对操作信息进行分类。 可以按操作的类型进行分类, 例如 是评论、 发表日志、 上传图片或是访问链接的页面等。 进一步的, 可以 将某类操作类型进行更细致的划分, 例如依据链接地址、 链接文字、 页 面内容等对访问链接的操作信息进行分类, 将其分为体育、房产、 军事、 娱乐等类别。
在一实施方式中, 如图 4所示, 信息提供模块 140包括对用户的好 友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息进行分类统计并将与数量靠前 的操作信息的类别对应的推广信息提供给用户的推广单元 142。 例如, 用户的好友在选择爱好的操作信息中, 爱好汽车的类别最多, 虽然用户 本身没有填写任何的爱好, 但是该用户喜欢汽车的可能性比较大, 可以 将汽车类的新闻、 广告等推广信息发送给用户。 又如, 用户的好友在访 问网页的操作信息中, 网页内容关于化妆品的类别最多, 表明用户的好 友比较关注化妆品, 该用户关注化妆品可能性也比较大, 可以将化妆品 的新闻、 广告等推广信息发送给用户。
在一实施方式中, 如图 4所示, 信息提供模块 140包括对用户的好 友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息进行计数统计并将数量靠前的 操作信息提供给用户的推荐单元 144。 例如, 用户的好友在访问网页的 操作信息中, 网页 A的访问量最多,表明用户的好友对网页 A比较感兴 趣,该用户对网页 A感兴趣的可能性也比较大,可以将网页 A发送给用 户, 供用户访问。 操作信息数量, 例如网页的数量可以不是一个, 还可 以是多个, 可以采用如下方式出现: "您的好友中有很多访问了如下页 面, 点击下面的链接即可访问: 网页 A 网页 B 网页 C ... "。 当然, 这里的操作信息还可以是发表主观评论(可以输入文字的评论)、 选择 客观评价(只能选择的评价, 如好评、 差评等)等。
在一实施方式中, 如图 4所示, 接口模块 110还用于接收用户的搜 索请求; 信息提供模块 140包括将满足搜索请求的搜索条件的用户的好 友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息提供给用户并靠前显示的搜索 单元 146。 这样, 可以优先搜索并显示用户好友的操作信息, 这种搜索 方式更加容易贴合用户的需求, 因为好友的操作信息艮可能与该用户密 切相关。 举例来说, 如果用户输入关键词 Α, 将含有关键词 Α的用户好 友访问过的网页、 发表的日志、 产生的评价作为搜索结果靠前显示, 这 些搜索结果用户感兴趣的可能性较一般的搜索结果要大很多。
在一实施方式中, 如图 4所示, 接口模块 110还用于接收用户的操 作信息, 信息提供模块还包括将具有与用户的操作信息相同的操作信息 的用户的好友展示给用户的聚类单元 148。 通过将与用户有相同操作信 息的好友展示给用户, 可以让用户了解与其有类似操作的好友, 从而促 进相互之间的交流或者了解。 举例来说, 如果用户访问了网页 A, 经查 询, 访问了网页 A的用户的好友有甲、 乙, 则可以将甲、 乙的头像和昵 称等显示在该网页的下方。
上述信息提供方法和系统, 结合好友的操作信息对用户提供与好友 的操作信息相关的信息, 由于利用好友关系链, 这种与好友的操作信息 相关的信息用户感兴趣的可能性更大, 针对性更强。 对于在互联网上操 作信息较单一的用户, 通过好友关系链, 将好友的操作信息相关的信息 提供给该用户, 可以扩展该用户的信息来源; 对于在互联网上操作信息 较少或者操作信息较为分散的用户, 将好友的操作信息相关的信息提供 给该用户, 该信息用户需要的可能性较传统方法大很多。 和详细, 但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。 应当指出的 是, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干变形和改进, 这些都属于本发明的保护范围。 因此, 本 发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种信息提供方法, 包括以下步骤:
接收通过客户端控件模块搜集的数据;
采集所述数据中的用户标识及其对应的操作信息;
将所述用户标识及其对应的操作信息关联存储;
根据用户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息向所述用户提 供信息。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的信息提供方法, 其特征在于, 在存储之前 还包括对所述用户标识及其对应的操作信息进行处理的步骤, 该步骤具 体包括:
筛选出满足预定条件的操作信息;
对所述操作信息进行排序, 和 /或对所述操作信息进行分类。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的信息提供方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据用 户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息向所述用户提供信息的 步骤具体为:
对所述用户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息进行分类统 计;
将与数量靠前的操作信息的类别对应的推广信息提供给所述用户。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的信息提供方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据用 户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息向所述用户提供信息的 步骤具体为:
对所述用户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的所述操作信息进行计 数统计;
将数量靠前的操作信息提供给所述用户。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的信息提供方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据用 户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息向所述用户提供信息的 步骤具体为:
接收所述用户的搜索请求;
将满足所述搜索请求的搜索条件的所述用户的好友关系链上的用户 标识对应的操作信息提供给所述用户并靠前显示。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的信息提供方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据用 户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信息向所述用户提供信息的 步骤具体为:
接收所述用户的操作信息;
将具有与所述用户的操作信息相同的操作信息的所述用户的好友展 示给所述用户。
7、 一种信息提供系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接口模块, 接收通过客户端控件模块搜集的数据;
采集模块, 与所述接口模块相连, 采集所述数据中的用户标识及其 对应的操作信息;
存储模块, 存储好友关系链及关联存储所述用户标识及其对应的操 作信息;
信息提供模块, 根据用户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的操作信 息向所述用户提供信息。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的信息提供系统, 其特征在于, 还包括处理 模块, 该处理模块与所述采集模块和存储模块相连, 用于对所述用户标 识及其对应的操作信息进行处理并将处理后的用户标识及其对应的操 作信息存储在所述存储模块中; 该处理模块的处理方式包括:
筛选出满足预定条件的操作信息; 对所述操作信息进行排序, 和或对所述操作信息进行分类。
9、根据权利要求 7所述的信息提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述信息提 供模块包括推广单元, 用于对所述用户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应 的操作信息进行分类统计, 并将与数量靠前的操作信息的类别对应的推 广信息提供给所述用户。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的信息提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述信息 提供模块包括, 用于对所述用户的好友关系链上的用户标识对应的所述 操作信息进行计数统计, 并将数量靠前的操作信息提供给所述用户。
11、 根据权利要求 7所述的信息提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述接口 模块还用于接收所述用户的搜索请求; 所述信息提供模块包括搜索单 元, 用于将满足所述搜索请求的搜索条件的所述用户的好友关系链上的 用户标识对应的操作信息提供给所述用户并靠前显示。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的信息提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述接口 模块还用于接收所述用户的操作信息, 所述信息提供模块还包括聚类单 元, 用于将具有与所述用户的操作信息相同的操作信息的所述用户的好 友展示给所述用户。
