本发明是一种即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,特别是一种内置蒸汽盒,并且能通过调水旋钮等相关装置控制出水量的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,属于即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构的改造技术。
背景技术
即热式电热水壶是一种符合节能,环保的新一代快速电热水壶。为适应用户对用水量的精确要求, 现有产品通常采用设置外露的调水旋钮, 并在内置的蒸汽盒设置调节出水量的机构。调节出水量的机构的优劣直接影响操作旋钮的力度及直接影响机器是否漏水,出水量是否稳定,整机寿命等诸多要素。现有调节出水量的机构存在的缺点是结构复杂,操作的灵活性差,不能精确地控制出水量,会出现内部回流漏水的情况。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种结构合理,操作灵活,能精确地控制出水量,避免出现内部回流漏水的情况的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构。本发明加工方便,装配简单,可增强用户操作舒适性,提升整机性能,提高能耗比。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,包括调水旋钮、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、调水杆、蒸汽盒盖、蒸汽盒,其中主动齿轮的转轴与调水旋钮连接,从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,且从动齿轮固定在能通过其底部的控制结构控制蒸汽盒上回排水孔露出的大小、以控制排水量大小的调水杆上。
上述蒸汽盒盖上固定有能压住从动齿轮、防止从动齿轮窜动的固定块。
上述固定块通过螺钉固定在蒸汽盒盖上。
上述调水杆的上端与蒸汽盒盖之间的接触面上装设有密封圈。
上述调水杆上套装有迫使调水杆底部的控制结构紧密贴住蒸汽盒上回排水孔区域的弹簧。
上述蒸汽盒上的回排水孔为渐变式回排水孔。
上述从动齿轮通过其转动中心所设的轴孔套装在调水杆上,且调水杆能在从动齿轮所设的轴孔上作上下移动。
上述主动齿轮的转轴中部通过旋转轴支架支承在蒸汽盒盖上。
上述主动齿轮的转轴下端通过旋转轴座支承在蒸汽盒盖上。
有益效果
本发明由于采用通过一对齿轮传动实现工作的结构, 因此,其操作手感好, 可实现精确控制出水量,可靠性高;另外,本发明采用弹簧预压调水杆密封面,蒸汽盒上采用渐变式回排水孔的调水机构,故能完全防止漏水。本发明结构合理,受力均匀, 可靠性高。适用于全部的即热式水壶,为实现精确调节控制出水量提供保障。确保出水量稳定。本发明是一种设计巧妙,性能优良,方便实用的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构。

实施例:
本发明的结构示意图如图1、2所示,本发明的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,包括调水旋钮1、主动齿轮2、从动齿轮5、调水杆7、蒸汽盒盖10、蒸汽盒11,其中主动齿轮2的转轴与调水旋钮1连接,从动齿轮5与主动齿轮2啮合,且从动齿轮5固定在能通过其底部的控制结构控制蒸汽盒11上回排水孔露出的大小、以控制排水量大小的调水杆7上。
上述蒸汽盒盖10上固定有能压住从动齿轮5、防止从动齿轮5窜动的固定块4。本实施例中,上述固定块4通过螺钉固定在蒸汽盒盖10上。
为确保密封性,防止漏水漏气,上述调水杆7的上端与蒸汽盒盖10之间的接触面上装设有密封圈8。此外,上述调水杆7上套装有迫使调水杆底部的控制结构紧密贴住蒸汽盒11上回排水孔区域的弹簧9。上述蒸汽盒11上的回排水孔为渐变式回排水孔。
本实施例中,上述从动齿轮5通过其转动中心所设的轴孔套装在调水杆7上,且调水杆7能在从动齿轮5所设的轴孔上作上下移动。
本实施例中,上述主动齿轮2的转轴中部通过旋转轴支架3支承在蒸汽盒盖10上。上述主动齿轮2的转轴下端通过旋转轴座6支承在蒸汽盒盖10上。
本发明的工作原理如下:使用时,操作者调节调水按钮1,通过主动齿轮2驱动从动齿轮5,因从动齿轮5固定在调水杆7上,故从动齿轮5带动调水杆7转动,通过调水杆7底部的控制结构控制蒸汽盒11上回排水孔的露出的大小,以实现精确控制排水量。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,其特征在于包括调水旋钮(1)、主动齿轮(2)、从动齿轮(5)、调水杆(7)、蒸汽盒盖(10)、蒸汽盒(11),其中主动齿轮(2)的转轴与调水旋钮(1)连接,从动齿轮(5)与主动齿轮(2)啮合,且从动齿轮(5)固定在能通过其底部的控制结构控制蒸汽盒(11)上回排水孔露出的大小、以控制排水量大小的调水杆(7)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,其特征在于上述蒸汽盒盖(10)上固定有能压住从动齿轮(5)、防止从动齿轮(5)窜动的固定块(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,其特征在于上述固定块(4)通过螺钉固定在蒸汽盒盖(10)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,其特征在于上述调水杆(7)的上端与蒸汽盒盖(10)之间的接触面上装设有密封圈(8)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,其特征在于上述调水杆(7)上套装有迫使调水杆底部的控制结构紧密贴住蒸汽盒(11)上回排水孔区域的弹簧(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,其特征在于上述蒸汽盒(11)上的回排水孔为渐变式回排水孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,其特征在于上述从动齿轮(5)通过其转动中心所设的轴孔套装在调水杆(7)上,且调水杆(7)能在从动齿轮(5)所设的轴孔上作上下移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,其特征在于上述主动齿轮(2)的转轴中部通过旋转轴支架(3)支承在蒸汽盒盖(10)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的即热式电热水壶的调节出水量机构,其特征在于上述主动齿轮(2)的转轴下端通过旋转轴座(6)支承在蒸汽盒盖(10)上。
