Definitions

  • the invention relates to an auxiliary drinking appliance, in particular to a decanting utensil. Background technique
  • the principle of the traditional decanter is to inject the wine into a large opening and space for a period of time. Through the placement process and the flow process during the injection, the wine is exposed to the air in a large area. In the process of placing, the wine can also be shaken to make the wine alternately rise the liquid surface to fully oxidize with the air, thereby accelerating the rapid oxidation of the tannic acid in the long-term high-pressure storage. Through the process of hangover, the wine is relatively sour. The taste will soften and the true taste and aroma will be released.
  • the existing decanting utensils have the following drawbacks: 1. By shaking the decanter to make the wine continuously alternate with the rising liquid surface and oxidizing with the air, it is necessary to constantly shake the actuator, and thus the operation is troublesome. 2. By shaking the decanter to make the wine in the vessel alternately rise to the liquid level and oxidize with the air, the air in contact with the wine is limited, and the consumption time is still relatively long.
