因此, 为解决上述问题, 本发明所述表情文件的传输方法的基本构思是: 在使用即时通讯工具软件进行通讯时, 如接收方设备接收到的一条即时 通讯消息中携带至少两个本地未保存的表情, 则接收方设备通过即时通讯服 务器向该条消息的发送方设备发起表情文件获取请求, 该请求中携带上述各 未保存的表情的标识信息; 发送方设备收到该请求后, 将接收到的各标识信 息对应的表情文件合并为一个新的文件后, 通过即时通讯服务器发送给接收 方设备。 此后, 接收方设备通过对接收到的上述新的文件进行拆分, 即可得 到其请求的各表情文件并在界面中将对应的表情显示给用户。

4、 判断是否已取出上述表情文件获取请求中所携带的所有的表情的标 识信息, 若没有, 则执行步骤 2; 否则, 执行步骤 5;
5、 将临时文件通过即时通讯服务器发送给接收方设备。

5、 如权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
所述接收方设备在收到所述新文件后, 根据所述基本信息对所述新文件 进行拆分, 得到其请求的各表情文件。
6、 一种终端设备, 其包括: 消息接收模块、 消息发送模块、 消息分析模 块、 存储模块及新文件生成模块;
所述消息接收模块设置为: 将在所述终端设备作为接收方设备时接收到 的发送方设备发出的即时通讯消息发送给消息分析模块; 在所述终端设备作 为发送方设备时接收通过即时通讯服务器转发的表情文件获取请求, 并将该 请求发送给所述新文件生成模块;
所述消息分析模块设置为: 在判断出接收到的所述即时通讯消息中携带 至少两个所述存储模块中未保存的表情时, 向所述消息发送模块发起所述表 情文件获取请求 , 该请求中携带所述未保存的表情的标识信息;
所述消息发送模块设置为: 在所述终端设备作为发送方设备时向所述接 收方设备发送即时通讯消息; 将接收到的所述表情文件获取请求发送给所述 即时通讯服务器; 将所述新文件生成模块向其发送的新文件通过所述即时通 讯服务器发送给所述接收方设备;
所述新文件生成模块设置为: 在收到所述表情文件获取请求后, 将所述 存储模块中保存的该请求中携带的各表情的标识信息对应的表情文件合并为 一个新文件后, 发送给所述消息发送模块;
所述存储模块设置为: 保存表情文件。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的终端设备, 其中,
所述消息分析模块还设置为: 釆用会话发起协议(SIP )消息的格式组织 所述表情文件获取请求。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的终端设备, 其中,
所述新文件生成模块是设置为以如下方式将所述存储模块中保存的该请 求中携带的各表情的标识信息对应的表情文件合并为一个新文件: 所述新文 件生成模块用于分别将各标识信息对应的表情文件的内容写入所述新文件 中, 且在每一个表情文件的内容之前对应地添加一文件头, 该文件头中包含 从所述新文件中拆分出该文件头对应的表情文件内容所需的基本信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的终端设备, 其中,
所述基本信息包括: 文件头长度、 文件名及文件内容长度。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的终端设备, 其中,
所述消息接收模块还设置为: 将在所述终端设备作为接收方设备时接收 到的发送方设备发出的新文件发送给所述消息分析模块;
所述消息分析模块还设置为: 在收到所述新文件后, 根据所述基本信息 对所述新文件进行拆分, 得到其请求的各表情文件。
