Abstract

본 발명은 MALDI-TOF 질량분석기 등을 이용하여 생물학적 시료로부터 추출한 저질량 이온에 대해 생물통계학적 분석을 하여 대장암 진단을 위한 저질량 이온을 결정하고, 이를 이용하여 대장암 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 본 발명에 의해 분석 비용이 매우 낮으며, 분석 시간이 짧고, 대규모 분석이 가능하며, 판별 성능이 우수하고 강건한 진단 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
