本发明涉及气球撑托器件, 准确地说是一种用于固定和支撑气 球, 便于人们手持气球的气球棒。 背景技术
气球, 作为人们日常生活中经常使用的一种物品,广泛应用于公 众场所和节假日等喜庆活动中,甚至人们为了增加生活中的欢乐气氛 或者作为一种儿童玩具来使用。
但是, 众所周知, 气球是由塑胶套充气形成的, 由于其本身包含 大量气体, 人们很难用手持有, 而是通过捆绑等方式来持有。捆绑方 式便于将大量气球集中于一起,但是缺点是需要进行大量的人力劳动 才能将气球捆绑起来, 而且在捆绑的过程中还要防止个别气球漏气。
于是人们发明了一种那个安装单个气球的气球棒,该气球帮上部 有一个底托, 可以将气球的主体放置于底托上, 底托具有一斜槽, 在 安装气球的时候, 将气球尾部绕过气球棒, 再穿过该斜槽, 就能够将 气球底部密封, 不会漏气, 底托的下部是一个长长圆柱体状的可以手 持的杆部, 便于人们手持。
上述的结构方便了人们持有气球,但是每个气球只能通过一个气 球棒进行固定, 且气球棒之间没有相互可以联系的部位, 不能组合使
发明内容
基于此, 本发明的目的是提供一种气球棒, 该气球棒之间可以根 据需要进行组合, 能够有效地满足人们不同的目地和需求。
本发明的再一个目的在于提供一种气球棒,该气球棒具有可以互 相嵌设的部位, 能够自由组合, 且制作方便, 便于使用。
为达到上述目的, 本发明是这样实现的:
一种气球棒, 其包括杆部和底托, 其特征在于杆部上设置有至少 一个嵌设突起或凹部, 且所述的突起或凹部位于杆部的侧壁上,, 这 样通过杆部侧壁的突起或凹部, 气球棒可以带着气球一起进行组合, 便于应用于各自场所, 增加装饰效果。
所述突起或凹部, 规则排列于杆部的侧壁上, 且所述的侧壁上具 有强化部分, 强化部分设置突起或凹部。
所述突起或凹部, 其与杆部的侧壁具有间隙, 这间隙便于气球棒 的组合, 便于人们将气球组合成各种形状。
所述突起或凹部, 其周围设置有卡壁, 所述卡壁与突起或凹部间 具有间隙, 卡壁将气球棒的嵌合限定在一定范围内, 同时对嵌合具有 一定的稳固作用。
所述杆部, 其侧壁的强化部分向外突出形成突壁,所述突起或凹 部位于突壁上, 便于气球棒之间的嵌合。
所述突起或凹部, 其横截面的形状为圆形、 方形、 三角形、 椭圆
形、多边形或者其它规则的几何形状,通常情况下为对称的几何形状, 以便于气球棒之间的嵌合。
所述的杆部, 其侧壁上排列有复数个突起和凹部, 突起和凹部呈 竖向交错排列, 以便于与其它的气球棒嵌合。
所述杆部, 其侧壁上排列有复数个突起和凹部,所述突起和凹部 分开呈竖向排列, 便于人们嵌合。
所述的杆部,为塑胶、树脂、塑料、橡胶等有机或无机材料制作, 只要材料便于一次注塑成型, 都可以采用。
所述杆部, 其横截面为圆形、 三角形、 方形、 多边形、 星形、 十 字形、 椭圆形任意一种或几种的结合, 或其是它类似的几何形状。
本发明采用上述结构,在气球棒的杆部设置嵌合部位, 有效利用 了气球棒的杆部, 使得气球棒在具有支撑气球的情况下, 能够自由组 合, 从而使组合后的气球具有更好的装饰效果, 能够满足人们多种多 样的需求。
而且上述的结构简单, 便于实现。 附图说明

下面, 结合附图所示, 对本发明的具体实施做详细说明。
图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 实现本发明包括底托 1和杆部 2, 其中, 杆部 2上具有一个突出的突壁 5 (强化部分向外突出, 形成突壁), 突壁 5包括前突壁 51和后突壁 52, 前突壁 51上竖向设置有多个突 起 3, 突起 3是用来与其它气球棒上的凹部 6进行嵌合的, 以进行气 球棒之间的组合。
在突起 3之间, 以及突起 3和杆部的上端和下端, 都设置有卡壁 4, 且卡壁 4与突起 3之间留有适当的间隙, 该间隙以保证在一定的 角度内都可以进行气球棒的嵌合;同时卡壁 4对气球棒的卡合角度进 行限制, 避免气球棒过大角度的嵌合导致容易脱落, 增加气球棒嵌合 的稳定性。
杆部 2的后部具有后突壁 52, 后突壁 52上设置有多个凹部 6, 同样, 凹部 6是用来与其它的气球棒的突起 3进行嵌合的。
前突壁 51和后突壁 52的设置是为了便于突起 3和凹部 6与其它 气球棒进行嵌合, 在该实施方式中是采用设置前后突壁的形式, 在其 它的实施方式中也可以采用只设一个突壁的形式,突壁上设置突起和 凹部, 如图 6所示 (在后面再进行描述)。
从杆部 2的横截面来看,杆部 2为具有前后两个突壁的圆形结构,
在另外一种比较方便的实施方式中, 可以将杆部 2 制作为十字形结 构, 突壁则为十字形的四个边, 这样可以从杆部的四个方向上进行气 球棒的组合, 形成多种多样的组合形式。
突起 3和凹部 6的形状, 最好采用圆形, 可以从各个角度进行嵌 合, 便于迅速地进行气球棒之间的组合。
在其它的实施方式中, 也可以采用椭圆形、 方形、 正多边形、 三 角形等多种几何形状, 但是在考虑到组合的便利形的情况下, 突起和 凹部的形状最好是同一的, 且最好是对称的几何形状。
图 4一图 5所示, 就是针对突起和凹部进行改进的另一个实施方 式, 在该实施方式中, 气球棒包括底托 11和杆部 12, 杆部 12上具 有一个突出的突壁 15, 突壁 15包括前突壁 151和后突壁 152, 前突 壁 151上竖向设置有多个突起 13, 杆部 12的后部具有后突壁 152, 后突壁 152上设置有多个凹部 16。
其中,突起 13和凹部 16的形状一样,都采用椭圆形的结构形式, 以便于互相嵌合。
且突起 13和凹部 16可以根据气球杆的长度情况来设置具体的数 量, 一般来说至少具有一个, 在便于组合的情况下, 可以设置 4一 12 个, 这样就可以进行多种多样的组合。
气球棒组合所形成的形状如图 7所示, 具有多种多样的变化, 能 够更加具有装饰效果及美感。
图 6所示, 则为本发明第三种实施方式, 在该实施方式中, 首先 排出了图 1中突壁的设置, 直接将突起和凹部设置于杆部的侧壁上,
其次, 对突起和凹部的设置方式做了改进。
在该实施方式中, 气球棒包括底托 21和杆部 22, 杆部 22的侧 壁上竖向排列有突起和凹部, 其中, 突起一 23为圆形, 突起二 231 为三角形, 突起三 232为正方形, 凹部 26也为圆形, 在该图中, 仅 以最简单的方式来标识突起和凹部的设置,也就是说突起和凹部也可 以以其它的方式来组合设置,但是该实施方式的重点是突起和凹部可 以从竖向并排设置, 并不必分开进行设置。
同样, 突起一 23和突起二 231、 突起二 231和突起三 232之间, 以及突起 23和杆部 22的上端、 突起三 232和杆部 22的下端, 都设 置有卡壁 24, 且卡壁 24与上述的突起之间留有适当的间隙, 该间隙 以保证在一定的角度内都可以进行气球棒的嵌合。
在图 1一图 7所示的实施方式中,气球棒的杆部均采用塑胶制作, 便于一次注塑成型, 使气球棒的加工更为便宜。
总之, 以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用来限定 本发明的实施范围。即凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化及修 饰, 皆为本发明的专利范围所涵盖。
Claims
1、 一种气球棒, 其包括杆部和底托, 其特征在于杆部上设置有 至少一个嵌设突起或凹部, 且所述的突起或凹部位于杆部的侧壁上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的气球棒, 其特征在于且所述的侧壁上具 有强化部分, 强化部分设置突起或凹部。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的气球棒, 其特征在于所述突起或凹部, 其与杆部的侧壁具有间隙。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的气球棒, 其特征在于所述突起或凹部, 其周围设置有卡壁, 所述卡壁与突起或凹部间具有间隙。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的气球棒, 其特征在于所述杆部, 其侧壁 的强化部分向外突出形成突壁, 所述突起或凹部位于突壁上。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的气球棒, 其特征在于所述突起或凹部, 其横截面的形状为圆形、 方形、 三角形、 椭圆形、 多边形的一种或几 种的组合。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的气球棒, 其特征在于所述的杆部, 其侧 壁上排列有复数个突起和凹部, 突起和凹部呈竖向交错排列。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的气球棒, 其特征在于所述杆部, 其侧壁 上排列有复数个突起和凹部, 所述突起和凹部分开呈竖向排列。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的气球棒, 其特征在于所述的杆部, 为塑 胶、 树脂、 塑料、 橡胶的任意一种材料制作。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的气球棒, 其特征在于所述杆部, 其横截 面为圆形、 三角形、 方形、 多边形、 星形、 十字形、 椭圆形任意一种 或几种的结合。
