Abstract
본 발명은 광 위상 변조판을 개시한다. 본 발명의 광 위상 변조판은 특히 베이스 기재; 상기 베이스 기재 위에 코팅된 경화형 수지로 이루어지고, 서로 다른 깊이의 제1홈과 제2홈이 교대로 배열된 패턴을 가지는 경화형 수지 패턴층; 및 상기 경화형 수지 패턴층의 제1홈과 제2홈에 내재된 경화형 액정물질에 의해 각각 형성된 제1액정층과 제2액정층으로 이루어진 액정물질 패턴층;을 포함하며, 상기 제1액정층 및 제2액정층은 광의 위상을 각각 다르게 지연시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 패턴화된 광위상 변조판은 광의 위상을 각각 다르게 지연시키는 구조를 가지기 때문에 광 마스크의 사용을 최소화하고 별도의 에칭 공정 없이 제조가 가능하다.
