Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de biocapteurs qui comprennent un substrat de TiO2. Ledit procédé comprend: -une première étape d'irradiation ionique sur des zones définies d'un substrat en oxyde de titane monocristallin en phase rutile, ce qui permet d'obtenir du TiO2 amorphe au niveau des zones du substrat irradié, -une seconde étape de dépôt d'une substance ou d'une matière à caractère chimique ou biologique sur au moins une des zones de TiO2 amorphe obtenu dans l'étape précédente, pour la fabrication de dispositifs microélectroniques ou biotechnologiques tels que, par exemple, un microréseau ou une micropuce biologique.
