所述字幕属性包括下面任意一项或多项的组合: 字体、 字体大小、 字 体颜色、 背景颜色、 对齐方式、 自动换行、 水平滚动、 垂直滚动。
所述根据所述待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模 拟图像背景, 具体包括: 利用设定比例根据所述待叠加的字幕生成所述模 拟字幕; 利用相同的设定比例根据所述实际图像背景生成所述模拟图像背 景。
本发明实施例还提供了一种字幕叠加装置, 用以节省资源, 提高字幕 叠加效率, 包括:
第一确定模块, 用于根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待叠 加的字幕的图像数据;
生成模块, 用于利用所述待叠加的字幕的图像数据生成待叠加的字幕; 根据所述待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模拟图像背 景;
第二确定模块, 用于将所述模拟字幕叠加到所述模拟图像背景中, 确 定叠加生成的模拟图像的效果参数值;
叠加模块, 用于当所述效果参数值大于第一预设门限值时, 将所述待 叠加的字幕叠加到实际图像背景中。
所述装置还包括:
判断模块, 用于当所述效果参数值不大于所述第一预设门限值时, 触 发调整模块、 第一确定模块、 生成模块和第二确定模块; 以及, 当所述效 果参数值大于所述第一预设门限值时, 触发叠加模块:
调整模块, 用于调整所述字幕属性的参数值。
所述第一确定模块具体包括: 确定子模块, 用于根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待生成 的字幕的复杂度参数;
第一生成子模块, 用于当所述复杂度参数超过第二预设门限值时, 将 字幕内容及字幕属性发送至网络 web服务器, 通知所述 web服务器利用所 述字幕内容及字幕属性动态生成 web页面; 以及, 利用浏览器接收并解析 所述 web页面, 生成待叠加的字幕的图像数据;
第二生成子模块, 用于当所述复杂度参数未超过所述第二预设门限值 时, 利用所述字幕内容及字幕属性从矢量字库中提取字幕位图构成真彩色 图像, 生成待叠加的字幕的图像数据。
所述的装置还包括: 控制模块, 用于控制叠加到实际图像背景中的字 幕进行滚动。
所述生成模块具体用于: 利用设定比例根据所述待叠加的字幕生成所 述模拟字幕; 利用相同的设定比例根据所述实际图像背景生成所述模拟图 像背景。
在本发明实施例中, 根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待叠 加的字幕的图像数据, 利用待叠加的字幕的图像数据生成待叠加的字幕, 根据待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模拟图像背景, 并将模拟字幕叠加到模拟图像背景中, 确定叠加生成的模拟图像的效果参 数值, 当效果参数值大于第一预设门限值时, 将待叠加的字幕叠加到实际 图像背景中。 釆用本发明实施例提供的字幕叠加方案, 可以对待叠加的字 幕的图像效果进行预览, 只有在判断出显示的待叠加的字幕的图像效果参 数值大于第一预设门限值时, 才会将待叠加的字幕叠加到图像背景中, 相 对于现有技术提到的不经过预览就叠加显示的技术而言, 若出现字体颜色 不够美观、 位置偏左或偏右等问题, 导致图像效果参数值不大于第一预设 门限值, 则不会去将图像叠加到图像中, 从而节省了资源, 提高了字幕叠 力口效率。 附图说明

现有技术中, 字幕功能只能对会场名称等简单的字幕信息进行叠加显 示, 对于复杂字幕的垂直滚动、 特效字体等无法显示, 很大程度上限制了 字幕显示的内容, 无法达到字幕显示效果的丰富性; 并且, 对于字幕的显 示效果只有在视频叠加后通过真实终端才能显示出来, 如果显示的效果不 理想, 如字体颜色不够美观、 位置偏右等等, 这种情况下只能重新去叠加 显示, 既浪费了资源又影响效率。 为解决上述问题, 本发明实施例提供了 一种字幕叠加方法,具体应用场景如图 1所示,包括处理器、 MCU( Multipoint Control Unit, 多点控制单元)、 及多个终端, 处理器与 MCU、 MCU与多个 终端间建立链接。本发明实施例提供的一种字幕叠加方法的处理流程如图 2 所示, 包括:
步骤 201、根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待叠加的字幕的 图像数据; 步骤 202、 利用待叠加的字幕的图像数据生成待叠加的字幕; 步骤 203、根据待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕,根据实际图像背景生成模 拟图像背景, 并将模拟字幕叠加到模拟图像背景中, 确定叠加生成的模拟 图像的效果参数值;
步骤 204、 当效果参数值大于第一预设门限值时, 将待叠加的字幕叠加 到实际图像背景中。
如图 2所示流程, 字幕内容和字幕属性可以包括字体、 字体大小、 字 体颜色、 背景颜色、 对齐方式、 是否自动换行、 是否水平滚动、 是否垂直 滚动等等。
如图 2所示流程, 步骤 204在实施时, 当效果参数值不大于第一预设 门限值时, 重复执行下述操作, 直至效果参数值大于第一预设门限值: 调整字幕属性的参数值, 根据字幕内容及调整的字幕属性, 确定待叠 加的字幕的图像数据, 利用待叠加的字幕的图像数据生成待叠加的字幕, 根据待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模拟图像背景, 并将模拟数据叠加到模拟图像背景中, 确定叠加生成的模拟图像的效果参 数值, 当效果参数值大于第一预设门限值时, 将待叠加的字幕叠加到实际 图像背景中。
实施时, 效果参数值可以由加权值判断, 即, 将待叠加的字幕的图像 效果设置多个参数, 每个参数具有其对应的加权系数, 获取每个参数的参 数值与对应的加权系统的乘积, 相加后得到加权值, 即当前效果参数值。 当然, 在实施时, 也可以利用其他方法获取效果参数值, 例如, 取对比度 作为效果参数值, 或者, 取色彩数作为效果参数值, 等等。
其中, 步骤 201 在实施时, 根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 生 成待叠加的字幕的图像数据, 具体的处理流程如图 3所示, 包括:
步骤 301、根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待生成的字幕的 复杂度参数;
步骤 302、 当复杂度参数超过第二预设门限值时, 将字幕内容及字幕属 性发送至网络 web服务器, 通知 web服务器利用字幕内容及字幕属性动态 生成 web页面; 以及, 利用浏览器接收并解析 web页面, 生成待叠加的字 幕的图像数据;
步骤 303、 当复杂度参数未超过第二预设门限值时, 利用字幕内容及字 幕属性从矢量字库中提取字幕位图构成真彩色图像, 生成待叠加的字幕的 图像数据。
如图 3所示流程, 步骤 302在实施时, 复杂度参数值可以由字幕内容 及字幕属性的加权值判断, 即, 对应字幕内容及字幕属性设置多个参数, 每个参数具有其对应的加权系数, 获取每个参数的参数值与对应的加权系 数的乘积, 相加后得到加权值, 即复杂度参数值。 当然, 在实施时, 也可 以利用其他方法获取复杂度参数值, 例如, 取其中某个参数的参数值作为 复杂度参数值, 或者, 取其中某几个参数的参数值的加权值作为图像效果 参数值, 等等。
步骤 302在实施时, 利用浏览器接收并解析 web页面, 实施的前提是 web服务器已根据字幕内容和字幕属性动态生成 web页面, 此时, 利用浏 览器接收并解析 web页面的具体实施方式如下: 浏览器发送需要打开的页 面的 URL ( Uniform Resource Locator, 统一资源定位符)地址, 向 web服 务器请求对应的 web页面, 接收并解析 web页面, 并进行排版。
后文为方便描述, 可以将复杂度参数超过第二预设门限值的字幕标识 为复杂字幕, 将复杂度参数未超过第二预设门限值的字幕标识为简单字幕。
实施时, 将待叠加的字幕叠加到实际图像背景中之后, 还包括: 控制 叠加到实际图像背景中的字幕进行滚动。
当已与图像叠加的字幕发生位置偏移时, 需要更新待叠加的字幕的图 像数据。 具体的, 例如, 当字幕发生滚动时, 需要更新待叠加的字幕的图 像数据, 以适应滚动后的位置。
较优的, 实施时, 周期性判断已与图像叠加的字幕是否发生位置偏移, 为保证字幕的连续性, 提高用户体验与感受。
如图 2所示流程, 步骤 203在实施时, 利用设定比例根据待叠加的字 幕生成模拟字幕, 利用相同的设定比例根据实际图像背景生成模拟图像背 景。 等比例缩小模拟, 预览效果与实际叠加效果相似度高, 预览效果较好。
现以一个具体实施例进行说明, 本例中, 将本发明实施例提供的字幕 叠加方法应用于应用服务器、 浏览器、 web服务器、 字幕模块、 用户接口 模块及视频处理模块, 具体的功能及处理流程如下:
应用服务器: 负责从用户接口模块获取用户输入的字幕, 创建浏览器, 访问字幕的 web页面, 然后获取浏览器的 GUI ( Graphical User Interface, 图形用户界面)数据, 发送给视频处理模块;
浏览器: 接收应用服务器发送的需要打开的页面的 URL地址, 向 web 服务器请求 web页面;
web服务器: 从应用服务器获取待叠加字幕的字幕内容和字幕属性相 关信息, 动态生成 web页面;
字幕模块: 负责从矢量字库中提取简单字幕的位图信息;
用户接口模块: 负责字幕输入、 导入, 和预览字幕效果;
视频处理模块: 负责将字幕的 GUI数据叠加到终端的视频码流里; 具体的实施流程如图 4所示, 包括:
步骤 401、用户接口模块接收字幕内容和字幕属性, 同时发送给应用服 务器;
步骤 402、应用服务器判断待叠加的字幕是否是复杂字幕; 根据复杂度 来决定字幕生成方法, 如果是简单字幕内容, 发送字幕内容和字幕属性给 字幕模块, 转至步骤 403; 如果是复杂字幕, 则应用服务器创建浏览器, 同 时发送字幕内容和属性给 web服务器, 转至步骤 404;
步骤 403、 利用字幕模块获取图像数据; 具体的, 字幕模块根据字幕内 容、 字幕属性从矢量字库中提取字幕位图, 将位图生成真彩色图像, 同时 发送图像数据给应用服务器, 转至步骤 405;
步骤 404、 利用 web服务器获取图像数据; 具体的, 浏览器发送需要 打开的页面的 URL地址, 浏览器向 web服务器请求页面; web服务器根据 应用服务器发送过来的字幕内容和属性生成 web页面; 浏览器解析 web页 面并进行排版, 并通过内部接口生成字幕图像数据, 并发送数据给应用服 务器, 转至步骤 405;
步骤 405、应用服务器将字幕图像数据发送给用户接口模块, 用户接口 模块利用接收的字幕图像数据模拟待叠加的字幕, 并显示;
步骤 406、用户接口模块判断显示的字幕的图像效果参数值是否大于第 一预设门限值, 若否, 执行步骤 407, 若是, 执行步骤 408;
步骤 407、用户接口模块调整字幕属性的参数值, 直至显示的待叠加的 字幕的图像效果参数值大于第一预设门限值;
步骤 408、当显示的待叠加的字幕的图像效果参数值大于第一预设门限 值时, 用户接口模块将待叠加的字幕叠加到图像背景中;
步骤 409、视频处理模块将把字幕图像数据叠加到发送给对应终端的视 频码流中, 通过网络发送到对应终端。
当然, 在实施时, 可以通过浏览器内部的定时器监控实现字幕的滚动, 当字幕滚动时, 获取最新的字幕界面数据, 并发送数据给应用服务器。
基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供了一种字幕叠加装置, 具体 结构如图 5所示, 包括:
第一确定模块 501 , 用于根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待 叠加的字幕的图像数据;
生成模块 502 , 用于利用待叠加的字幕的图像数据生成待叠加的字幕; 根据待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模拟图像背景; 第二确定模块 503 , 用于将模拟字幕叠加到模拟图像背景中, 确定叠加 生成的模拟图像的效果参数值;
叠加模块 504, 用于当效果参数值大于第一预设门限值时, 将待叠加的 字幕叠加到实际图像背景中。
在一个实施例中, 如图 6所示, 字幕叠加装置还可以包括:
判断模块 601 , 用于当效果参数值不大于第一预设门限值时, 触发调整 模块 602、 第一确定模块 501、 生成模块 502和第二确定模块 503; 以及, 当效果参数值大于第一预设门限值时, 触发叠加模块 504:
调整模块 602, 用于调整字幕属性的参数值。
在一个实施例中, 如图 7所示, 第一确定模块 501可以具体包括: 确定子模块 701 , 用于根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待生 成的字幕的复杂度参数;
第一生成子模块 702, 用于当复杂度参数超过第二预设门限值时, 将字 幕内容及字幕属性发送至网络 web服务器, 通知 web服务器利用字幕内容 及字幕属性动态生成 web页面; 以及, 利用浏览器接收并解析 web页面, 生成待叠加的字幕的图像数据;
第二生成子模块 703 , 用于当复杂度参数未超过第二预设门限值时, 利 用字幕内容及字幕属性从矢量字库中提取字幕位图构成真彩色图像, 生成 待叠加的字幕的图像数据。
在一个实施例中, 如图 8所示结构, 字幕叠加装置还可以包括: 控制模块 801 , 用于控制叠加到实际图像背景中的字幕进行滚动。 在一个实施例中, 生成模块 502可以具体用于: 利用设定比例根据待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕;
利用相同的设定比例根据实际图像背景生成模拟图像背景。
在本发明实施例中, 根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待叠 加的字幕的图像数据, 利用待叠加的字幕的图像数据生成待叠加的字幕, 根据待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模拟图像背景, 并将模拟字幕叠加到模拟图像背景中, 确定叠加生成的模拟图像的效果参 数值, 当效果参数值大于第一预设门限值时, 将待叠加的字幕叠加到实际 图像背景中。 釆用本发明实施例提供的字幕叠加方案, 可以对待叠加的字 幕的图像效果进行预览, 只有在判断出显示的待叠加的字幕的图像效果参 数值大于第一预设门限值时, 才会将待叠加的字幕叠加到图像背景中, 相 对于现有技术提到的不经过预览就叠加显示的技术而言, 若出现字体颜色 不够美观、 位置偏左或偏右等问题, 导致图像效果参数值不大于第一预设 门限值, 则不会去将图像叠加到图像中, 从而节省了资源, 提高了字幕叠 力口效率。
进一步, 为保证字幕的实用性, 当显示待叠加的字幕的图像效果参数 值不大于第一预设门限值时, 不会放弃使用字幕, 重新选择字幕叠加, 而 是调整字幕属性的参数值, 直至效果参数值大于第一预设门限值, 节省资 源及效率。
进一步, 当已与图像叠加的字幕发生位置偏移时, 更新待叠加的字幕 的图像数据, 使得字幕不仅限于对会场名称等简单的字幕信息进行有效的 叠加显示, 对于复杂字幕的垂直滚动、 特效字体等均可以显示, 达到字幕 显示效果的丰富性。 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利 要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种字幕叠加方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待叠加的字幕的图像数据; 利用所述待叠加的字幕的图像数据生成待叠加的字幕;
根据所述待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模拟图 像背景, 并将所述模拟字幕叠加到所述模拟图像背景中, 确定叠加生成的 模拟图像的效果参数值;
当所述效果参数值大于第一预设门限值时, 将所述待叠加的字幕叠加 到实际图像背景中。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
当所述效果参数值不大于所述第一预设门限值时, 重复执行下述操作, 直至所述效果参数值大于所述第一预设门限值:
调整所述字幕属性的参数值;
根据所述字幕内容及调整的字幕属性, 确定待叠加的字幕的图像数据; 利用所述待叠加的字幕的图像数据生成待叠加的字幕;
根据所述待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模拟图 像背景, 并将所述模拟数据叠加到所述模拟图像背景中, 确定叠加生成的 模拟图像的效果参数值。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据用户输入的字幕 内容及字幕属性, 生成待叠加的字幕的图像数据, 具体包括:
根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待生成的字幕的复杂度参 数;
当所述复杂度参数超过第二预设门限值时, 将字幕内容及字幕属性发 送至网络 web服务器, 通知所述 web服务器利用所述字幕内容及字幕属性 动态生成 web页面; 以及, 利用浏览器接收并解析所述 web页面, 生成待 叠加的字幕的图像数据;
当所述复杂度参数未超过所述第二预设门限值时, 利用所述字幕内容 及字幕属性从矢量字库中提取字幕位图构成真彩色图像, 生成待叠加的字 幕的图像数据。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述待叠加 的字幕叠加到实际图像背景中之后, 还包括:
控制叠加到实际图像背景中的字幕进行滚动。
5、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述字幕属性 包括下面任意一项或多项的组合:
字体、 字体大小、 字体颜色、 背景颜色、 对齐方式、 自动换行、 水平 滚动、 垂直滚动》
6、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述 待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模拟图像背景, 具体 包括:
利用设定比例根据所述待叠加的字幕生成所述模拟字幕;
利用相同的设定比例根据所述实际图像背景生成所述模拟图像背景。
7、 一种字幕叠加装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一确定模块, 用于根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待叠 加的字幕的图像数据;
生成模块, 用于利用所述待叠加的字幕的图像数据生成待叠加的字幕; 根据所述待叠加的字幕生成模拟字幕, 根据实际图像背景生成模拟图像背 景;
第二确定模块, 用于将所述模拟字幕叠加到所述模拟图像背景中, 确 定叠加生成的模拟图像的效果参数值;
叠加模块, 用于当所述效果参数值大于第一预设门限值时, 将所述待 叠加的字幕叠加到实际图像背景中。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
判断模块, 用于当所述效果参数值不大于所述第一预设门限值时, 触 发调整模块、 第一确定模块、 生成模块和第二确定模块; 以及, 当所述效 果参数值大于所述第一预设门限值时, 触发叠加模块:
调整模块, 用于调整所述字幕属性的参数值。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一确定模块具体包 括:
确定子模块, 用于根据用户输入的字幕内容及字幕属性, 确定待生成 的字幕的复杂度参数;
第一生成子模块, 用于当所述复杂度参数超过第二预设门限值时, 将 字幕内容及字幕属性发送至网络 web服务器, 通知所述 web服务器利用所 述字幕内容及字幕属性动态生成 web页面; 以及, 利用浏览器接收并解析 所述 web页面, 生成待叠加的字幕的图像数据;
第二生成子模块, 用于当所述复杂度参数未超过所述第二预设门限值 时, 利用所述字幕内容及字幕属性从矢量字库中提取字幕位图构成真彩色 图像, 生成待叠加的字幕的图像数据。
10、 如权利要求 7至 9任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 控制模块, 用于控制叠加到实际图像背景中的字幕进行滚动。
11、 如权利要求 7至 9任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述生成模 块具体用于:
利用设定比例根据所述待叠加的字幕生成所述模拟字幕;
利用相同的设定比例根据所述实际图像背景生成所述模拟图像背景。
