上述方案中, 所述投票发起移动终端将多媒体内容编辑完成后, 并在 封装消息体之前, 该方法还包括:
投票发起移动终端将多媒体内容上传到应用服务器存储, 成功保存后, 应用服务器返回成功响应消息给投票发起移动终端, 并在消息中携带与所 存储的多媒体内容对应的统一资源定位符。
其中, 所述消息体包括: 投票的主题、 投票的内容标签、 投票的多媒 体内容链接、 投票选项以及扩展设置。

本发明还提供了一种移动终端多媒体投票业务的系统, 该系统包括: 应用服务器、 投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端; 其中, 所述应用服务器, 用于建立投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端间 的订阅关系, 并在订阅关系建立完成后, 接收投票发起移动终端上传的投 票内容并存储;
所述投票发起移动终端, 用于通过应用服务器建立与投票订阅移动终 端间的订阅关系; 在订阅关系建立完成后, 创建投票内容并上传到应用服 务器, 并通知投票订阅移动终端;
所述投票订阅移动终端, 用于通过应用服务器建立与投票发起移动终 端间的订阅关系, 并在收到投票发起移动终端的通知后, 从应用服务器下 载并查看投票内容。

本发明提供的移动终端多媒体投票业务的实现方法及系统, 接入 IMS 网络后, 投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端间首先通过应用服务器建 立订阅关系; 订阅关系建立完成后, 投票发起移动终端创建投票内容并上 传到应用服务器存储; 投票订阅移动终端收到投票发起移动终端的通知后, 从应用服务器下载并查看投票内容。 本发明的投票业务部署于 IMS网络之 上, 投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端以应用服务器为媒介, 通过会 话初始协议(SIP )信令完成两者间的通信, 投票发起移动终端将投票发布 到应用服务器, 投票订阅移动终端订阅投票后, 可从应用服务器下载投票 进行查看, 因此实现了移动终端之间的互动。
此外, 本发明中的投票发起移动终端自身可创建投票内容, 且可通过 摄像头或麦克风等创建多媒体内容, 实现了移动终端发布投票的目的。
另外, 由于本发明的投票业务部署于 IMS网络之上, 因此, 参与投票 业务的移动终端均需登录 IMS网络, 在登录 IMS网络过程中完成对移动终 端用户的身份认证, 因此, 本发明的投票业务保证了所有的参与移动终端 用户身份的可靠性。 附图说明

从现有技术可知, 随着移动网络与移动终端的发展, 越来越多的移动 终端具备接入 PS网络的能力, 同时也具备大容量信息的存储能力和釆集能 力, 其中包括音频和视频等多媒体内容的制作等; 此外, 移动网络也具备 用户身份认证的功能, 基于移动网络和移动终端的上述特点提出了本发明 的实现方案。
本发明的基本思想是: 投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端接入
IMS 网络后, 首先通过应用服务器建立两者间的订阅关系; 订阅关系建立 完成后, 投票发起移动终端创建投票内容并上传到应用服务器存储; 投票 订阅移动终端收到投票发起移动终端的通知后, 从应用服务器下载并查看 投票内容。
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图 1为本发明移动终端多媒体投票业务的实现方法流程示意图,如图 1 所示, 该方法的实现步骤如下:
步骤 101 : 参与投票业务的移动终端首先接入 IMS网络。
由于本发明的投票业务部署于 IMS 网络之上, 因此移动终端需执行 IMS网络的注册、 登录操作, 移动终端用户的身份认证在 IMS网络的注册 过程中完成, 在后续的投票业务运行过程中不再进行移动终端用户的身份 认证。 移动终端可通过无线局域网络或移动网络接入 IMS网络, 关于移动 终端接入 IMS网络的过程为现有技术, 不在本发明的讨论范围内, 此处不 再详述。
步骤 102:投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端间首先通过应用服务 器建立订阅关系。
本步骤中, 建立订阅关系为: 投票订阅移动终端首先订阅投票发起移 动终端的投票, 订阅请求被投票发起移动终端允许后, 投票订阅移动终端 才能查看投票发起移动终端创建的投票内容。
下面对本步骤所述的建立订阅关系的过程进行详细描述, 如图 2所示, 具体步骤如下:
步骤 102A: 投票订阅移动终端向应用服务器发起订阅投票的请求。 具体为: 当投票订阅移动终端要订阅某投票发起移动终端的投票时, 向应用服务器发起订阅请求, 也就是说, 投票订阅移动终端请求在自身对 应的订阅者列表中添加新的联系人, 即添加要订阅投票的投票发起移动终 端。
这里, 投票订阅移动终端是针对投票的发起移动终端向应用服务器发 起订阅请求的, 而不是针对移动终端发起的投票内容向应用服务器发起订 阅请求的, 也就是说, 投票订阅移动终端的订阅操作是基于投票的发起移 动终端, 而不是基于投票的具体内容。
本发明中, 应用服务器为每个移动终端维护两个列表, 分别是: 订阅 者列表和观察者列表。 移动终端的订阅者列表中包括所有被该移动终端订 阅的联系人, 即被该移动终端订阅了投票的其它移动终端; 移动终端的观 察者列表中包括所有已订阅该移动终端投票的其它移动终端。 移动终端登 录 IMS网络后, 需首先通过 SIP订阅( SIP Subscribe )信令向应用服务器订 阅这两个表格, 这两个表格在用户首次使用投票业务时均为空。 当然, 移 动终端也可取消订阅两个列表, 同样利用 SIP Subscribe信令, 只是将 SIP Subscribe信令中的 Expires头域值设置为 0即可,此为会话会话初始协议订 阅 (SIP Subscribe )信令的通用使用方法。 步骤 102B: 应用服务器判断所 述投票订阅移动终端是否已经订阅了订阅者列表, 如果已订阅, 则将被订 阅的移动终端添加到订阅者列表中,并标记为未确认,之后执行步骤 102C; 如果未订阅, 则返回订阅失败的消息, 并执行步骤 102G。
具体为: 应用服务器从维护的所有订阅者列表中查找是否存在所述投 票订阅移动终端通过 SIP Subscribe信令订阅的订阅者列表, 如果确定已订 阅, 则通过超文本出书协议中提交请求(HTTP PUT )信令将被订阅的移动 终端添加到订阅者列表中, PUT信令消息体中携带被订阅移动终端的标识 信息, 该标识信息在移动网络中唯一标识移动终端的用户身份, 可为国际 移动用户识别码(IMSI )扩展出的 SIP通用资源标识符 (URI ), 所述消息 体以 XML格式编码, 并将新添加记录的状态标记为未确认, 之后执行步骤 102C; 如果确定未订阅, 则通过 SIP HTTP PUT信令返回订阅失败的消息 给投票订阅移动终端, 并执行步骤 102G。
步骤 102C: 应用服务器判断被订阅移动终端是否已经订阅了观察者列 表, 如果已订阅, 则将投票订阅移动终端添加到观察者列表中, 标记为未 确认, 并返回订阅完成消息, 之后执行步骤 102D; 如果未订阅, 返回订阅 失败的消息后进入步骤 102G。 其中, 被订阅移动终端即为投票发起移动终 端。
具体为: 应用服务器从维护的所有观察者列表中查找是否存在所述被 订阅的移动终端通过 SIP Subscribe信令订阅的观察者列表, 如果确定已订 阅, 则通过 SIP HTTP PUT信令将投票订阅移动终端添加到观察者列表中, 并将新添加记录的状态标记为未确认,并通过 SIP HTTP PUT信令回复投票 订阅移动终端订阅操作完成的消息, 消息中指示当前订阅投票操作的状态 为未确认, 之后执行步骤 102D。
步骤 102D: 应用服务器通知被订阅移动终端其已被订阅, 被订阅移动 终端根据通知确定是否接受订阅, 并回复应用服务器。
具体为: 应用服务器发送 SIP通知(SIP Notify )信令通知被订阅移动 终端,告知当前有其它移动终端订阅了它发起的投票, 所述 SIP Notify信令 的消息体中携带投票订阅移动终端的标识信息,该标识信息如步骤 102B中 所示;被订阅移动终端收到 SIP Notify信令后解析出投票订阅移动终端的标 识信息,并通过 SIP HTTP PUT信令回复是否接受投票订阅移动终端的订阅 请求。
步骤 102E: 应用服务器根据被订阅移动终端的回复更新投票订阅移动 终端的订阅者列表中新添加记录的状态以及被订阅移动终端的观察者列表 中新添加记录的状态。
具体为: 应用服务器判断被订阅移动终端返回的确认消息, 如果确定 被订阅移动终端接受投票订阅移动终端的订阅请求, 则更新投票订阅移动 终端的订阅者列表中新添加记录的状态为已确认, 同时也将被订阅移动终 端的观察者列表中新添加记录的状态更新为已确认; 如果确定被订阅移动 终端未接受投票订阅移动终端的订阅请求, 则不更新所述订阅者列表和观 察者列表中新添加记录的状态。
步骤 102F: 应用服务器通知投票订阅移动终端此次订阅投票操作是否 成功。
具体为: 应用服务器更新两列表中的记录后,发送 SIP Notify信令通知 投票订阅移动终端此次订阅投票操作的结果, 如果被订阅移动终端接受投 票订阅移动终端的订阅请求, 则此次订阅投票操作的结果为成功; 如果被 订阅移动终端未接受投票订阅移动终端的订阅请求, 则此次订阅投票操作 的结果为拒绝。
这里, 如果此次订阅投票操作的结果为成功, 则证明投票发起移动终 端和投票订阅移动终端间订阅关系建立完成。
步骤 102G: 投票订阅过程结束。
步骤 103: 订阅关系建立完成后,投票发起移动终端创建投票内容并上 传到应用服务器存储。
具体为: 投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端间的订阅关系建立完 成后, 投票发起移动终端开始创建投票, 投票发起移动终端创建投票时首 先为投票设置主题, 在内容的编辑过程中可以选择开启摄像头或麦克风, 以完成音频或视频图像的釆集; 或者, 在本地文件系统中选择其它多媒体 内容, 并为此次投票指定内容标签。
其中, 所述内容标签由应用服务器统一推送给参与投票业务的移动终 端, 仍然通过 SIP Subscribe信令订阅, 即: 移动终端登录 IMS网络后, 发 起对内容标签的订阅, 在移动终端登录 IMS网络期间, 如果应用服务器上 存储的内容标签发生改变,则通过 SIP Notify信令通知各移动终端更新本地 的内容标签库。 投票发起移动终端完成投票创建后, 将投票内容中存在的多媒体内容 通过 HTTP PUT信令上传至应用服务器, 成功保存后, 应用服务器返回成 功响应消息, 并在消息中携带与所存储的多媒体内容对应的统一资源定位 符。 多媒体内容上传完成后, 投票发起移动终端将投票相关内容封装成会 话初始协议中发布请求 ( SIP Publish )信令的消息体, 消息体以 XML格式 编码。 所述消息体中包括: 此次投票的主题、 内容标签, 多媒体内容链接、 投票选项及扩展设置, 如设置投票禁止转发或禁止附议等。
步骤 104: 投票订阅移动终端收到投票发起移动终端的通知后, 从应用 服务器下载并查看投票内容。
具体为: 投票发起移动终端将投票内容发布之后,通过 SIP Notify信令 经应用服务器通知所有已订阅其投票的投票订阅移动终端, SIP Notify信令 消息中携带所述投票内容的消息体; 投票订阅移动终端收到通知后, 依据 通知中的消息体解析出多媒体内容对应的统一资源定位符, 并根据统一资 源定位符通过超文本传输协议中获取请求(-HTTP GET )信令从应用服务 器下载音频、 视频图像等多媒体内容进行查看。
这里, 由于投票订阅移动终端可能订阅多个投票发起移动终端发布的 投票, 因此, 投票订阅移动终端将会收到多条投票, 不同的投票按内容标 签进行分类, 这样, 投票订阅移动终端用户可依据内容标签的不同选择感 兴趣的投票进行查看。
步骤 105: 移动终端多媒体投票业务的实现过程结束。
当然, 如果投票订阅移动终端查看的投票允许转发, 那么投票订阅移 动终端可继续发布此次投票, 而且投票发起移动终端也可为投票设定保存 期限, 到期后投票内容被应用服务器删除。
为实现上述方法, 本发明还提供了一种移动终端多媒体投票业务的系 统, 如图 3 所示, 该系统包括: 应用服务器、 投票发起移动终端和投票订 阅移动终端; 其中, 应用服务器, 用于建立投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端间的订 阅关系, 并在订阅关系建立完成后, 接收投票发起移动终端上传的投票内 容并存储;
投票发起移动终端, 用于通过应用服务器建立与投票订阅移动终端间 的订阅关系; 在订阅关系建立完成后, 创建投票内容并上传到应用服务器, 并通知投票订阅移动终端;
投票订阅移动终端, 用于通过应用服务器建立与投票发起移动终端间 的订阅关系, 并在收到投票发起移动终端的通知后, 从应用服务器下载并 查看投票内容。
所述应用服务器进一步包括: 投票应用服务器和投票内容服务器; 其 中,
投票应用服务器, 用于建立投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端间 的订阅关系, 并在订阅关系建立完成后, 接收投票发起移动终端上传的投 票内容并发送给投票内容服务器;
投票内容服务器, 用于存储投票应用服务器发送的投票内容; 相应地, 投票发起移动终端, 进一步用于通过投票应用服务器建立与 投票订阅移动终端间的订阅关系; 在订阅关系建立完成后, 创建投票内容 并上传到投票应用服务器;
所述投票订阅移动终端, 进一步用于通过投票应用服务器建立与投票 发起移动终端间的订阅关系, 并在收到投票发起移动终端的通知后, 经从 投票应用服务器从投票内容服务器下载投票内容。
所述投票发起移动终端创建投票内容的过程, 具体为:
首先, 为投票设置主题, 在投票内容的编辑过程中开启摄像头或麦克 风, 进行音频或视频图像的釆集; 或者, 在本地文件系统中选择其它多媒 体内容,投票指定内容标签, 之后把投票相关内容封装成以 XML格式编码 的消息体。 其中, 所述消息体包括: 投票的主题、 投票的内容标签、 投票的多媒 体内容链接、 投票选项以及扩展设置。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端多媒体投票业务的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端接入 IP多媒体子系统 IMS网络 后, 通过应用服务器建立两者间的订阅关系;
投票发起移动终端创建投票内容并上传到应用服务器存储;
投票订阅移动终端收到投票发起移动终端的通知后, 从应用服务器下 载并查看投票内容。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过应用服务 器建立两者间的订阅关系为:
所述投票订阅移动终端向应用服务器发起订阅投票的请求, 所述应用 服务器判断投票订阅移动终端是否已订阅订阅者列表, 如果已订阅, 则将 被订阅的移动终端添加到订阅者列表中, 并标记为未确认; 如果未订阅, 则结束订阅关系的建立过程;
所述应用服务器继续判断被订阅移动终端是否已订阅观察者列表, 如 果已订阅, 则将投票订阅移动终端添加到观察者列表中, 标记为未确认, 并返回订阅完成消息; 如果未订阅, 则结束订阅关系的建立过程;
所述应用服务器通知被订阅移动终端其已被订阅, 被订阅移动终端根 据通知确定是否接受订阅, 并回复应用服务器;
所述应用服务器根据被订阅移动终端的回复更新所述订阅者列表和观 察者列表中新添加记录的状态, 通知投票订阅移动终端此次订阅投票操作 是否成功。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端的订 阅者列表, 包括所有已被该移动终端订阅了投票的其它移动终端;
所述移动终端的观察者列表, 包括所有已订阅了该移动终端投票的其 它移动终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述投票 发起移动终端创建投票内容为:
为投票设置主题;
在投票内容的编辑过程中开启摄像头或麦克风, 进行音频或视频图像 的釆集, 或者, 在本地文件系统中选择其它多媒体内容;
并为投票指定内容标签,将投票相关内容封装成以 XML格式编码的消 息体。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述投票发起移动 终端将多媒体内容编辑完成后, 并在封装消息体之前, 该方法还包括: 所述投票发起移动终端将多媒体内容上传到应用服务器存储, 成功保 存后, 所述应用服务器返回成功响应消息给投票发起移动终端, 并在消息 中携带与所存储的多媒体内容对应的统一资源定位符。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述消息体包括: 投票的主题、 投票的内容标签、 投票的多媒体内容链接、 投票选项以及扩 展设置。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述投票订阅移动 终端收到的通知中, 携带投票发起移动终端所创建的投票内容的消息体; 相应的,
所述投票订阅移动终端下载投票内容, 具体为:
所述投票订阅移动终端依据通知中携带的消息体解析出多媒体内容对 应的统一资源定位符, 根据统一资源定位符从应用服务器下载多媒体内容。
8、 一种移动终端多媒体投票业务的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 应用服务器、 投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端; 其中,
所述应用服务器, 用于建立投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端间 的订阅关系, 并在订阅关系建立完成后, 接收投票发起移动终端上传的投 票内容并存储; 所述投票发起移动终端, 用于通过应用服务器建立与投票订阅移动终 端间的订阅关系; 在订阅关系建立完成后, 创建投票内容并上传到应用服 务器, 并通知投票订阅移动终端;

投票应用服务器, 用于建立投票发起移动终端和投票订阅移动终端间 的订阅关系, 并在订阅关系建立完成后, 接收投票发起移动终端上传的投 票内容并发送给投票内容服务器;
投票内容服务器, 用于存储投票应用服务器发送的投票内容; 相应的, 所述投票发起移动终端, 进一步用于通过投票应用服务器建 立与投票订阅移动终端间的订阅关系; 在订阅关系建立完成后, 创建投票 内容并上传到投票应用服务器;
