Abstract

Construction disposition applied to lid opener closed through thread comprising a main body made from a movable stem and a fixed support the latter formed by a sinuous cable, whose super section protrudes a coupling ring provided with a bottom forming a mug provided with a grooved segment and attaching ears provides with passing holes separate by an oblong coupling canal protruding a ramp provided with a rubber layer in the lower section which develops a spring effect on which a circular shape compressing jaw provided with several transverse grooves is positioned in the upper section of the movable stem which protrudes a stopper being the movable stem inserted into the coupling canal and fixed through a pin.

Description

"CONSTRUCTION DISPOSITION APPLIED TO LID OPENER CLOSED THROUGH THREAD".
This utility patent application refers to a "CONSTRUCTION DISPOSITION APPLIED TO LID OPENER CLOSED THROUGH THREAD" developed with the purpose of providing a threaded lid opener in PET or long neck bottles, that enables a perfect fitting of the lid to the nozzle provided with knurling that is compressed by a lever also provided with a knurled segment, allowing the lid turning easily breaking up the seal described in the previous section at the opening, and it can also be used in bottle closing.
The different types of bottle openers with engraved lids are widely known and used, and said bottle openers basically comprising a single part provided with a heart-shaped arch, incorporate a stem of manual grip serving as support to the lever effect, when opening by deformation of the lid thrusted in the bottle nozzle.
Those conventional openers specifically perform bottles opening with thrusted in lids, not allowing their use for opening any other lid type, for instance, bottles with thread lids.
The MU 7100517 patent is about an opener comprising a single body of small thickness and oblong shape, being said body provided with chamfered contournable rims, being provided with a circular extreme hole exceeding the external and internal flat faces, being the last provided with an extreme circular recess, opposite to the mentioned circular hole.
In the extreme circular hole a structure is internally moved, in a plated arch with the heart-shaped internal opening, defining the fitting area and opening by deformation of thrusted in bottle lids.
In the opposite extreme circular recess is assembled a resilient mordant displaceable by a button action, incorporate to the mordant and manually driven against the action of a spring or equivalent disposed before the mordant's disposing guide and the side rim opposite to the referred recess, so as with the size button pressing a radial disposition of the mordant takes place.
To main body is provided with a semi-elliptic recess before its part of chamfered side rim, where it is disposed and slightly protruded outside the mordant's driving side button.
Thus, this extreme circular recess, provided with sliding mordant, defines the fitting area and radial pressing that performs the involvement and the removal of the bottle thread.
But the MU 7602239-0 patent is about an opener made from any material with appropriate resistance, comprising basically a penguin-shape body supported on one piece on the substantially conic trunk base.
The opener stands out for presenting, on both sides diametrically opposite to the base, substantially rectangular openings with internal cuts intended to conventional beer, soft drinks or similar lid opening.
At the bottom of the base the model discloses, a hollow contrary to the lid in a substantially cylindrical shape, which has internal axial grooves.
Thus, in addition to the conventional bottle lid opening, through the openings, the model combines, through the hollow, means for long- neck type bottle opening, being enough, for such, fitting the hollow to the lid, manually rotating the opener.
Thus, aiming at solving this assembly and operational and manufacturing cost problem, the inventor after studies developed the "CONSTRUCTION DISPOSITION APPLIED TO LID OPENER CLOSED THROUGH THREAD" characterized by a main body (1) made from a movable stem (2) and a fixed support (3) the later formed by a sinuous cable (4), whose upper section (5) protrudes a coupling ring 6) provided with a bottom (7) forming a mug (8) provided with a grooved segment (9) and with attaching ears (10) provided with passing holes (11) separate by an oblong-shape coupling canal (12), protruding to the lower section 13) a ramp (14) provided with a rubber layer (15) providing a spring effect, on which a circular shape compressing jaw provided with several transverse (16) grooves is positioned, (17) disposed on the upper section (18) of the movable stem (2) that protrudes a stopper (19), being the movable stem (2) inserted into the coupling canal (12) and fastened through a pin (20).
In order to obtain a perfect understanding of what has been developed, illustrating drawings are attached which are numerically referred to together with a detailed description, where:
Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the compressed opener.
Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the opener in the resting position.
Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the fixed support. Figure 4 shows a perspective view of the movable stem.
As the drawings imply and in their details, we can observe that "CONSTRUCTION DISPOSITION APPLIED TO LID OPENER CLOSED THROUGH THREAD" comprising a main body made from a movable stem and a fixed support, the latter formed by a sinuous cable, whose upper section protrudes a coupling ring provided with a bottom forming a mug provided with a grooved segment and attaching ears provided with passing holes separate by an oblong-shape coupling canal protruding a ramp provided with a rubber layer on the lower section that develops a spring effect on which a circular shape compressing jaw provided with several traverse grooves is positioned disposed on the upper section of the movable stem which protrudes a stopper, being the movable stem inserted into the coupling canal and fastened through a pin.
Based on what's described and illustrated it's realized that the "CONSTRUCTION DISPOSITION APPLIED TO LID OPENER CLOSED THROUGH THREAD" offers enormous advantages to the users, because it enables the opener the opening of bottles provided with threaded lids without any effort, in an easy and fast way, where the user introduces the lid inside the coupling ring, disposes the movable stem against the sinuous cable moving the jaw on the ramp performing the lid axial compression, thus, in a counterclockwise turn of the opener the lid is unthreaded from the bottle mouth, and with a turn in the contrary direction the lid is threaded.
We should point out that the construction disposition applied to opener provides a more versatile product which enables the user to open any type of threaded lid without any physical effort, in a easy and quick way, mainly when used by children and elders. By complying with all requirements that define the utility patent, because it has matched and modified known elements, giving them a general innovating aspect and susceptible to industrialization, and the modifications can be made without departing from the scope of this patent, its claims are the following ones.
