Abstract

정전 용량 변화 감지 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따르면, 측정 대상 커패시터(capacitor)에서의 정전 용량의 변화를 감지하는 방법에 있어서, 레퍼런스 커패시터(reference capacitor)에 전원을 인가하여, 상기 레퍼런스 커패시터를 충전하고, 상기 레퍼런스 커패시터 상의 전압이 상위 경계 전압을 초과하면, 상기 레퍼런스 커패시터의 충전을 중단하고-상기 상위 경계 전압은 상기 전원 보다 낮은 전압임, 상기 측정 대상 커패시터에 상기 레퍼런스 커패시터의 전하의 일부를 공유시키고, 상기 측정 대상 커패시터에 공유된 전하의 적어도 일부를 방전시키고, 상기 측정 대상 커패시터에 상기 레퍼런스 커패시터의 전하의 일부의 공유 및 상기 측정 대상 커패시터에 공유된 전하의 적어도 일부의 방전 중 적어도 하나를 반복하고, 상기 레퍼런스 커패시터가 하위 경계 전압 미만이 되면, 상기 공유 및 방전을 중단하고, 상기 공유 및 방전 횟수 중 적어도 하나를 사용하여, 상기 측정 대상 커패시터에서의 정전 용량의 변화를 감지할 수 있다.
