Description

一种具有消毒软化功能的即热式开水器 技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种电加热装置, 尤其涉及一种具有消毒软化功能的即热式开水器。
背景技术 现有的即热式开水器的水源一般为自来水, 由于目前城市水体污染比较严重, 而自来水厂的 处理能力有限, 自来水中的病原体微生物可能超标; 同时, 由于自来水输送管道的保养不佳, 高楼储水箱 的清洗不及时, 往往造成自来水在输送过程中的二次污染。
另一方面, 我国大部分地区水源的硬度高, 自来水厂在规模化处理水体时, 很难做好对水体的软化。 长期饮用硬度大的水,对人体会产生负面印象; 同时, 即热式开水器长期对硬水进行加热会产生结垢现象, 使得热传导及压力的不稳定, 影响使用的稳定性和安全性。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种能对进入的水体预先进行软化和消毒的即热式开水器。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型的即热式开水器包括进水管、 出水管、 加热内胆、 加热棒, 所述的进水 管的一端连接于加热内胆的下侧或底端, 出水管连接于加热内胆的顶端, 加热内胆内部设有加热水流的加 热棒, 其中, 所述的进水管的另一端设有软水器、 过滤器和紫外线杀菌器, 水流经软水器、 过滤器和紫外 线杀菌器, 再进入进水管。
采用以上结构, 所述的软水器中可以使用对人体无害的化学软化剂(如明矾,高分子聚丙烯酸钠等)对 进入的自来水进行软化, 从而降低自来水的硬度值。 所述的过滤网能够过滤掉自来水中的杂质和软水器形 成的微量沉淀,保护其后连接的设备, 防止阻塞。所述的紫外线杀菌器能够对自来水进行快速的照射杀菌。 经过以上设备的处理, 自来水在被加热前经过了软化和杀菌的预处理, 有效地保证了饮用者的身体健康和 即热式开水器的使用安全。
本实用新型的进水管内设有进水温度感应器和水流量开关, 出水管内设有出水温度感应器; 进水温度 感应器、 出水温度感应器、 水流量开关分别与恒温控制板电连接, 所述的恒温控制板与可控硅板电连接, 该可控硅板和加热棒电连接, 调节加热棒的输出功率。
恒温控制板可以从进水温度感应器、 出水温度感应器以及水流量开关中得到进水温度、 出水温度和水 流量的参数, 恒温控制板将综合考虑这些参数, 进而通过可控硅板来调节加热棒的输出功率, 实现对出水 温度的控制。 由于改变加热棒输出功率只需要改变加热棒的输入电压, 加热棒的电阻丝的发热量就可以快 速改变, 因此对出水温度的控制更加快速、 精确。 电阻丝的结构简单, 反复改变其电压也不会影响其使用 寿命。 整个结构无需与外界空气相连通, 保证了水质。
本实用新型的进水管内水流量开关前端设有控制水压和进水流量的限制水压装置。 由于使用地点和场 合的不同, 进水管中接入的水压也不同。 过大的水压可能造成即热式开水器中的部件损坏, 并导致水加热 不充分而影响饮用水质。 因此, 可以通过限制水压装置来调节进入加热内胆的水压和进水流量, 避免元件 损坏和保证饮用水质。 本实用新型的加热内胆的顶端设有高温自动复位温度控制器。 由于使用自动复位温度控制器可以进一 步控制加热内胆内的水温, 防止其过度沸腾或过度冷却。 可以为自动复位温度控制器设一个上限和下限, 如上限温度为 95°C, 下限温度为 85°C,, 当加热内胆顶端的温度超过 95°C时, 自动复位温度控制器就会自 动使加热棒停止工作降低水温, 当加热内胆顶端的温度降到 85°C时, 自动复位温度控制器又会自动使加热 棒开始工作升高水温。
本实用新型的加热内胆上设有高温手动复位断路器。采用这种结构可以防止由于短路或其它原因造成 即热式开水器失控而产生的安全隐患, 当加热内胆上半部侧面的温度超过一定温度, 如 110°C时, 高温手 动复位热断路器就会自动开, 切断整机的电源使机子停止工作。 排除故障后, 可以手动复位该热断路器。
综上所述, 本实用新型与现有技术相比, 本实用新型在自来水进入发热杯进行加热之前对自来水进行 了软化、 除杂质和杀菌的处理, 使得加热处理后的水硬度小, 致病菌少, 从而有效地保证了饮用者的饮用 安全和即热式开水器的使用稳定性。

具体实施方式 如图 1所示, 本实用新型的即热式开水器包括进水管 1、 出水管 2、 加热内胆 3、 加热棒 31, 所述的进水管 1的一端连接于加热内胆 3的下侧或底端, 出水管 2连接于加热内胆 3的顶端, 加热内 胆 3内部设有加热水流的加热棒 31, 其中, 所述的进水管 1的另一端设有软水器 7、 过滤器 8和紫外线杀 菌器 6, 水依次经过软水器 7、 过滤器 8和紫外线杀菌器 6, 再进入进水管 1。
本实用新型的进水管 1内设有进水温度感应器 11和水流量开关 12, 出水管 2内设有出水温度感应器 21; 进水温度感应器 11、 出水温度感应器 21、 水流量开关 12分别与恒温控制板 4电连接, 所述的恒温控 制板 4与可控硅板 5电连接, 该可控硅板 5和加热棒 31电连接, 调节加热棒 31的输出功率。 本实用新型 的进水管 1内水流量开关 12前端设有控制水压和进水流量的限制水压装置 13。
本实用新型的加热内胆 3的顶端设有高温自动复位温度控制器 32,加热内胆 3上还设有高温手动复位 断路器 33。
所述的软化器 7 可以采用化学软化, 其主要是利用各种螯合 /络合剂将水中碳酸盐络合成无害的络合 物, 以降低水的硬度。 常用软水剂如纯碱、 磷酸三钠、 六偏磷酸钠、硫酸铝、 明矾、 高分子聚丙烯酸钠等。

2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种具有消毒软化功能的即热式开水器, 其特征在于: 所述的进水管内设 有进水温度感应器和水流量开关, 出水管内设有出水温度感应器; 进水温度感应器、 出水温度感应器、 水 流量开关分别与恒温控制板电连接, 所述的恒温控制板与可控硅板电连接, 该可控硅板和加热棒电连接, 调节加热棒的输出功率。
