1、 壳体: 即饮水机外壳、 卜观形状的表现。 它与传统饮水机在使用上有个很 大的区别就是在前面开了一 ,个门。其作用是使手进入, 可以拆开出水嘴和进水管 与不锈钢内胆之间的连接管。;其两侧有散热片, 在后面也设有门以方便取出不锈 钢内胆进行清洗, 维修电路等工作。
2、 进水部分: 此部分是将水桶里的水引入饮水机, 并和不锈钢内胆相连接。 连接管和不锈钢内胆采用丝扣密封圈连接,将此丝扣拧幵从门前处将手伸进即可 拧幵, 进水部分便可从饮水机上端取出, 进行清洗消毒杀菌等工作。
3、 不锈钢内胆部分: 此部分是饮水机的中心, 也是改革的重点。 不锈钢内胆 可分为热胆、 冰胆、 常温胆。
(1) "冰胆": 它由盛水用的不锈钢内胆、 保温套、 制冷片、 散冷片、 散热 器、 散热风扇组成。 作用是 ¾过半导体制冷片把温度降低并通过散冷片传导给 "内胆"的不锈钢壳体, 从而达到给水降温的作用。 使饮用水从常温降到需 要温度, 可根据需要选用半导体制冷片的型号和片数。 散冷片在保温套的里测 和不锈钢 "水胆"外壳紧紧接触, 以达到传导作用。 打开保温套的后盖, 便可 将不锈钢 "水胆"取出进行清洗消毒。

4、 出水部分: 出水嘴直接与不锈钢内胆的出水管丝扣连接。 清洗时只需要将出 水嘴拧下, 不锈钢内胆便可取出进行清洗。
5、 电路控制部分: 它分为制冷、 加热、 温控及指示灯显示等。 制冷系统需要将 常用电压变为 12V直流电, 加热系统可用常用电压。 温控可根据需要选用在不 同水温时段停机、 开机的温控探头与电路连接, 以达自动开机、 停机的目的。
6、 饮水机可根据需要采用不同的冷热常温的内胆组合方式, 产生单冷, 单热, 冷热, 冷常, 热常, 冷热常等饮水机。

如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5、 图 6、 图 7、 图 8所示, 其中不锈钢内胆部分 (18) 可由以下三种冰胆 (19)、 热胆 (20)、 常温胆 (21) 每种可以单独使用 或者任意两种组合使用也可以三个组合使用。 图 2所示为热胆的饮水槽部分, 饮水槽 (3) 与后盖 (10) 拧扣结合组成, 其中后盖 (10) 与不锈钢材质的加热 管 (11) 为一体, 后盖 (10) 的另一面为一加热装置 (12), 盖上有电源插头。 打开电源开关, 加热管工作给水加热。 进而使饮水槽 (3) 中的水达到所需的温 度。 后盖拧幵后, 加热管与后盖一起取出, 便可清洗。 在饮水槽 (3) 上有进水 嘴 (9), 进水嘴与水桶 (1) 的出水口位置相连, 热胆的饮水槽部分外面被一层 保温套 (8) 包裹, 使之温度可以保持在一定时间内没有太大变化。 冰胆由盛水 用的不锈钢饮水槽(3)、保温套(8)、制冷片(13)、散冷片(14)、散热片(15)、 散热风扇 (16) 组成。 作 是通过半导体制冷片把温度降低并通过散冷片传导 给不锈钢内胆 (18) 的不锈钢壳体, 从而达到给水降温的作用, 使饮用水从常 温降到需要温度, 可根据需要选用半导体制冷片的型号和片数。 散冷片 (14) 在保温套 (8 ) 的里侧和饮水槽 (3 ) 外壳紧紧接触, 以达到传导作用。 打开保 温套的后盖, 便可将不锈钢饮水槽(3 ) 取出进行清洗消毒。 常温胆只是不锈钢 内胆 (18) 即可, 也不用保温, 清洗时将其取出, 打开后盖即可清洗。 根据常 温内胆, 热胆, 冰胆的不同组合, 可作出不同功能的饮水机。 先分别举出单机 芯饮水机, 双机芯饮水机以及三机芯饮水机。 图 6为单制冷饮水机, 内胆由双 侧制冷机芯的冰胆 (19 ) 组^, 单机芯饮水机亦可以常温内胆或热胆分别制造 成常温饮水机, 单加热饮水机。 图 7为常热饮水机, 内胆为热胆 (20 ) 与常温 胆 (21 ) 的组合。 双机芯饮水机亦可由常温内胆与冰胆组合成常冷饮水机或者 由冰胆与热胆组合成冷热饮水机。 图 8为三机芯饮水机, 由冰胆(19), 常温胆 ( 21 ) 和热胆 ( 20) 共同组成。
