According to the present invention, by using an intervening member different from the support base, by providing irregularities on the intervening member and the root portion, the concave and convex portions are engaged and the root portion is locked to the intervening member during use. When necessary, the tooth root is removed from the insertion hole by removing the interposed member from the support base. Therefore, the tooth root can be appropriately inserted and removed.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.
FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of the dental model 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. The dental model 10 includes a model tooth 20 having a shape that approximates the shape of an actual tooth and a support member 40 that supports the model tooth 20, and the support member 40 in this embodiment is held on the tray 30. .
The model tooth 20 includes an anterior tooth 21 and a molar tooth 23 in this embodiment. Each model tooth 20 includes a crown portion and a root portion, and the anterior teeth 21 and the molar teeth 23 are typically different in shape. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the front tooth 21 has a crown portion 211 and tooth root portions 215 a and 215 b narrowing downward with the tooth neck portions 213 a and 213 b as a boundary, while the molar tooth 23 has a root portion. It has a structure that spreads downward from the tooth neck. The dental model according to the present invention may include at least a model tooth having a structure similar to that of the front tooth 21 and a support member that supports the model tooth. The cross section taken along the line II-II in FIG. 1 indicates a surface (buccal tongue cross section) including a line related to the direction connecting the jaw and the tongue (buccal tongue direction) and a line substantially parallel to the tooth axis of the model tooth 20. .
A tooth cavity 218 similar to an actual tooth is formed inside the front tooth 21. Although not shown, a thin thread corresponding to a nerve may be disposed in the dental cavity 218 as necessary.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing how to use the dental model of FIG. The support member 40 includes a support base 41 having an insertion hole 411 into which the root of the model tooth 20 is inserted. Here, since the insertion hole 411 has a size that allows the root 215 of the front tooth 21 to be inserted, the root 215 can be easily detached from the support member. However, the support member 40 includes an interposition member 43 that fills the gap between the tooth neck portion 213a and the insertion hole portion 411. The interposition member 43 and the tooth root portion 215 are provided with unevenness, and the tooth root is engaged by engaging the unevenness. The portion is locked to the interposition member 43. Thereby, it is suppressed that the tooth root part 215 detach | leaves from a supporting member, and the quality of training training can be improved. Further, when necessary, the tooth root 215 is detached from the insertion hole 411 by removing the interposition member 43 from the support base 41. In this way, the root portion 215 can be appropriately inserted and removed.
In the present embodiment, the convex portion 216 is provided on the tooth root portion 215, and the concave portion 434 is provided on the interposition member 43. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the concave portion 217 is provided on the tooth root portion 215A as shown in FIG. In addition, the convex portion 438 may be provided on the interposition member 43A. In these embodiments, one concave portion and one convex portion are provided. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of concave portions and convex portions may be provided.
Referring back to FIG. 2, in the insertion hole 411 of the present embodiment, the tongue side surface 417 extends along at least a part of the root portion 215b from the tooth neck portion 213b and the cheek side surface 416 is separated from the tooth neck portion 213a in the cheek tongue cross section. For this reason, when the tooth root portion of the front tooth 21 is inserted into the insertion hole 411 and at least a part of the tooth root portion 215b is brought into contact with the tongue side surface 417 from the tooth neck portion 213b on the tongue side, the tooth neck portion 213a on the cheek side and the cheek side surface A gap is generated between the terminal 416 and the terminal 416.
Here, the interposition member 43 of this embodiment fills the gap between the tooth neck 213a and the cheek side 416 of the insertion hole 411. Thereby, since the clearance gap between the tooth neck part 213a and the cheek side 416 is filled, the quality of training training can be improved. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the buccal side surface of the insertion hole 411 may be along the at least part of the root portion from the tooth neck portion, and the tongue side surface may be separated from the tooth neck portion. In the present embodiment, since it is not necessary to provide the interposition member 43 on both sides of the root of the cheek tongue cross section, the interposition member 43 can be integrally formed, reducing the manufacturing cost, and assembling and disassembling during use. It is preferable from the viewpoint of avoidance.
However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. FIG. 7 is a sectional view of a dental model according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The interposed member in the present embodiment is composed of two or more divided members 43a and 43b that can be divided by the dividing surface 436 and each fills a gap. Each of the divided members 43a and 43b can be independently arranged around the tooth neck portions 213a and 213b and can be engaged with each other by unevenness. In this aspect, since the insertion hole does not need to have a characteristic shape as in the first embodiment, the conventional support base 41 can be used. The dividing surface 436 must be formed such that each of the dividing members 43a and 43b fills the gap between the tooth neck portions 213a and 213b and the insertion hole portion 411 (that is, divided into right and left in FIG. 7). , It should not be formed so as not to fill the gap (for example, divided vertically in FIG. 7).
The cheek side 416 and the side wall 437 are not particularly limited, but are preferably inclined outward from the vertical direction. Thereby, since the opening diameter of the insertion hole part 411 spreads, as shown in below-mentioned FIG. 3, operation which inserts the front tooth 21 and the interposed member 43 in the insertion hole part 411 becomes easy.
The interposed member 43 of the present embodiment extends to the side wall 437 shaped along the cheek side surface 416 and the bottom surface 418 of the insertion hole 411 in addition to the bridging portion 431 that fills the space between the tooth neck portion 213a and the cheek side surface 416. Part 433. The posture of the front teeth 21 in the insertion hole 411 is stabilized by having the side wall 437 along the cheek side 416 and the extending part 433 along the bottom surface 418 of the insertion hole 411.
It is preferable that the interposition member 43 extends along at least a part of the tooth root portion 215a from the tooth neck portion 213a. Thereby, the attitude | position of the tooth root parts 215a and 215b in the insertion hole part 411 is stabilized more. The range along which the interposition member 43 is not particularly limited, and may be set as appropriate from the viewpoint of further stabilizing the postures of the tooth root portions 215a and 215b.
In the present invention, the extension part and the surrounding hole part are not essential, and at least the bridging part 431 may be provided. However, in such an embodiment, the fixing member 50 described later must be positioned on the side of the tooth root portions 215a and 215b. In this case, the fixing member 50 is used in an X-ray irradiation test on the tooth root portions 215a and 215b in the training training. Can be an obstacle.
The material of the interposed member 43 is not particularly limited, and may be a known material used as a gum in a dental model. However, it is preferable that the interposition member 43 is made of an elastic material and fills the gap between the tooth neck 213a and the cheek side 416 in a state where the intervention member 43 is elastically contracted by the tooth neck 213a and the insertion hole 411. Thereby, the attitude | position of the front tooth 21 in the insertion hole part 411 can be stabilized more. The elastic material is not particularly limited as long as it is elastically deformable, and may be a conventionally known material such as silicon rubber. Further, in order to fill the gap with the interposed member 43 elastically contracted, the size of the interposed member 43 in the natural state may be appropriately larger than the gap.
In addition, since the part which comprises the gingiva around the tooth neck parts 213a and 213b is comprised by the gingival part 413 of the support base 41, and the bridge | bridging part 431, from a viewpoint of improving realistic feeling, such as a tactile sense, the bridge | crosslinking part 431. It is also preferable to form a material similar to that of the gingival part 413.
By the way, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, the concave portion and the convex portion are preferably provided at locations where the root portions 215 come into contact with each other when the tooth root portion 215 is installed at a desired position in the insertion hole portion 411. . Further, from the viewpoint of making the posture of the tooth root portion more stable, the concave portion and the convex portion are preferably in surface contact, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, it is more preferable that the contact surfaces have symmetrical shapes with each other. preferable.
The height of the unevenness may be set as appropriate so as to suppress the detachment of the root portion from the interposition member 43, but if it is excessive, in the X-ray irradiation test on the tooth root portions 215a and 215b in the practical training, etc. The transmittance is easily affected by the uneven part. Therefore, in the present invention, the unevenness is 10% or less with respect to the width of the tooth root at the position where the unevenness is provided (excluding the height of the unevenness and the width of the cavity in the tooth root). Is preferred. Thereby, unevenness | corrugation can become an obstacle in the X-ray irradiation test etc. to the tooth root parts 215a and 215b in training training.
AB間の距離≦×(AE間の距離-AB間の距離-CD間の距離)×0.10 Referring to FIG. 4, the height of the convex portion corresponds to the distance between AB, and the width of the cavity in the root portion corresponds to the distance between CDs, which is the width of thetooth cavity 218. Moreover, in the aspect of FIG. 6, the height of a recessed part corresponds to the distance between AB. Therefore, the unevenness may satisfy the following expression. In addition, A is a part which protruded most from the center of a tooth axis among convex parts or a recessed part, and the straight line which connects AE is a line orthogonal to a tooth axis. B is an intersection of a straight line connecting the upper and lower portions of the convex part or the concave part and a straight line connecting AE.
Distance between AB ≦ × (Distance between AE−Distance between AB−Distance between CD) × 0.10
AB間の距離≦×(AE間の距離-AB間の距離-CD間の距離)×0.10 Referring to FIG. 4, the height of the convex portion corresponds to the distance between AB, and the width of the cavity in the root portion corresponds to the distance between CDs, which is the width of the
Distance between AB ≦ × (Distance between AE−Distance between AB−Distance between CD) × 0.10
The location where the unevenness is provided is not particularly limited, but the width of the root portion is sufficiently large from the viewpoint of ensuring a height that can sufficiently suppress the separation of the root portion while avoiding obstacles in an X-ray irradiation test or the like. Specifically, it is preferably provided at a location away from the tooth neck by 50% or less of the maximum length of the tooth root. In the embodiment of FIG. 4, h is preferably 50% or less of L. More preferably, they are 40% or less, 30% or less, 20% or less, 15% or less, 10% or less, 5% or less. In addition, the location where the projections and depressions are provided is the location of the portion of the convex or concave portion that protrudes or indents the most from the center of the tooth shaft, and the distance and length from the tooth neck is the distance from the tooth shaft of the front tooth. It relates to parallel directions.
Note that the shape of the unevenness is not limited to the triangular shape as in the present embodiment, and may be any shape. Moreover, the range in which unevenness | corrugation is provided regarding the circumferential direction of a tooth root part is not specifically limited as long as the cheek side or tongue side in a cheek tongue cross section is included.
Returning to FIG. 2, the support member 40 further includes a fixing member 50 that fixes the interposition member 43 and the support base 41 from the viewpoint of more reliably preventing the tooth root portions 215 a and 215 b from coming out of the insertion hole portion 411. It is preferable.
Specifically, the fixing member 50 includes an insertion hole 435 provided in the extending portion 433, a through hole 415 provided in the bottom surface 418 at a position corresponding to the insertion hole 435, and penetrating from the bottom surface 418 to the outside. Thus, the interposition member 43 and the support base 41 are fixed. Since the fixing member 50 is located below the root portions 215a and 215b, it is preferable in that it does not become an obstacle to practical training. The fixing method is not particularly limited as long as it can be easily detached, and may be a conventionally known one such as bolt-nut fixing.
An example of how to use the dental model 10 will be described with reference to FIG. First, the convex portion 216 of the tooth root portion 215a is engaged with the concave portion 434 of the interposition member 43, and the front teeth 21 and the interposition member 43 are combined (A to B). Next, the combined body is inserted into the insertion hole 411 until the front teeth 21 are installed at a desired position (C), and then the fixing member 50 is installed in the through hole 415 and the insertion hole 435, The dental model 10 for training training is assembled by fixing the support base 41 and the interposition member 43. In this embodiment, the front teeth 21 and the interposition member 43 are combined and then inserted into the insertion hole 411. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and after inserting the model teeth into the insertion hole, the interposition member is inserted. It may be inserted into the gap between the tooth neck and the insertion hole to fill the gap.
The present invention also provides a kit used for a dental model. Such a kit includes an anterior tooth 21 which is at least one model tooth having a crown portion 211, tooth root portions 215a and 215b narrowing downward from the tooth neck portions 213a and 213b in the buccal tongue section, and a part or all of the tooth neck portion. The tooth root portion 215 and the interposition member 43 are provided with irregularities, and the tooth root portion 215 is locked to the interposition member 43 by engaging the irregularities. The intervening member 43 in the preferred embodiment surrounds one side of the cheek side or the lingual side (the tooth neck part 213a in the present embodiment) of the tooth neck parts 213a and 213b in the cheek tongue cross section and the other side (the tooth in the present embodiment). The neck 213b) is exposed. However, the interposed member may be composed of two or more divided members 43a and 43b that can be divided by the dividing surface 436 and each fills a gap. In the kit, the unevenness is preferably 10% or less with respect to the width of the tooth root portion (excluding the height of the unevenness and the width of the cavity in the tooth root portion) at the position where the unevenness is provided. Moreover, it is preferable that the unevenness is provided at a location away from the tooth neck by 50% or less of the maximum length of the tooth root.
