Abstract

Provided is a piece of fitting type folded plate roofing wherein there are formed a plurality of crest sections that include crest sections not having seam joint fitting sections; wherein furthermore, mutual connecting strength due to inside seam joints and outside seam joints is improved; wherein thereby there is excellence in wind pressure withstanding strength with respect to wind blow-up pressure; wherein moreover, neither loosening nor disconnection occurs in seam joint fitting sections due to pressing force caused by a worker's treading-down or the like; and wherein thus high seam joint effect is achieved. Said fitting type folded plate roofing is such that seam-joined crest sections and one or more non- seam-joined crest sections are continuously provided, with bottom sections therebetween; that furthermore, either an inside seam joint fitting section or an outside seam joint fitting section is provided on top of each seam-joined crest section; that adjacent rectangular metal plates are connected to each other, with the inside and outside seam joint fitting sections therebetween; that the outside seam joint fitting section has an approximately mushroom-shaped cross section; and that the inside seam joint fitting section has an approximately umbrella-shaped cross section.

Description

Mating type folded roof material
The present invention is a metal fitting type folded plate roofing material, and in particular, it is possible to easily and quickly connect the ends of adjacent roofing materials with a goose joint to perform roofing construction. Further, the present invention relates to a fitting-type folded plate roofing material that has a smart appearance when roofed and has a good joint strength at the gouge-tightening fitting portion.
As a method of roofing to factories, warehouses, stores, etc., one side edge in the width direction is conventionally connected via a roof bracket (tight frame) fixed at a certain interval on the roof base (beam). One metal folded-plate roof material formed by providing an inner goby side fitting part (lower goby) formed in the part, and the outer gore side formed at the other side edge in the width direction of the roof material Connect the other roof materials adjacent to each other formed by providing the fitting part (upper seam), connect the metal folded plate roof materials in sequence, and connect the roof in the boltless state (fitting type). A construction method for carrying out lifting is known (Patent Documents 1 and 2).
As such conventional fitting type folded plate roofing materials, the inner / outer goby side fitting portion has an inverted L-shaped square goby (Patent Document 1), an approximately arc-shaped round goby (Patent Document 2), and an approximately Some are made of triangular goby.
However, in the roof material of Patent Document 1, when upward pressure is generated in the main plate portion due to wind blowing up, at least one of the inner goby side fitting portion (reverse L-shape) and the outer gouge side fitting portion is used. Rotational moment is caused by wind pressure. As a result, the gouge-tightening fitting part can be easily detached, and when the operator applies downward pressure when walking on the roof, the gouge-tightening fitting part loosens or comes off. was there.
Moreover, in the folded-plate roof material of patent document 2, the structure of the inner / outer goby side fitting part which is a junction part of roof materials consists of a fitting structure of a circular cross section, and after fitting, it is negative by wind blowing up. It has stable strength against pressure and pressing force caused by workers walking. However, it cannot be said that the seam tightening processability is good, the bending position of the top part of the outer gore side fitting part tends to be uneven during the gore fastening process, the tightening force is weak, and the straightness on the appearance of the top part of the fitting part There remains a problem to be solved that is easily lost.
That is, in the conventional folded-plate roof material of patent document 2, when the bending position of the outer goby side fitting part top part is not constant (For example, as shown in FIG. 13 (a)) or on the left side (in the case of FIG. 13 (b)), there is a problem that the goat fastening strength is lowered.
Furthermore, with respect to the conventional folded plate roof material of Patent Document 2, when the inner / outer goby side fitting portion is made of a triangle goby, the gouge fastening process is easy and tightly fitted, and after fitting, Has stable strength against wind pressure. However, the crease (folded line) at the top of the outer goby side fitting part has a sharp shape, making it difficult to cope with distortion of the existing roof base and tight frame, and straightness and shape accuracy on the appearance of the fitting part top There was a problem of being bad.
In addition, the metal plate used for the folded plate roofing material generally has a tolerance in the original plate width (maximum extra width 7 mm), and the error is compensated for by the internal goby side fitting portion formed on both side edges of the metal plate and It is to be absorbed by the outer goby side fitting part. For this reason, the shape of the fitting portion changes for each metal plate, and there is also a problem that the inner goby side fitting portion and the outer gouge side fitting portion cannot be securely fitted.
In addition, in construction work of such a fitting type roofing material, it is difficult to determine whether the gouge tightening fit state is good or bad from the outside at the time of construction. It is extremely important to determine the shape of the.

In the case of the above-described prior art, the roof material is lifted, that is, the roof material is likely to be lifted due to wind pressure, as seen in the case of the boltless construction type roof which is the object of the present invention, or the gouge is fastened. There is room for improvement with respect to the ease of loosening and disengagement of joints (Patent Document 1), goat fastening (electric seam processing), straightness of the ridgeline (fitting part top), that is, the finish of the roofing appearance. It is pointed out that there is a certain (Patent Document 2), and that the shape accuracy of the inner / outer goby side fitting part is poor, the bending rigidity is small, especially the coupling force at the place where there is no bracket (tight frame), etc. It had been.
Therefore, the present invention forms a plurality of (three or more) ridges including a ridge that does not have a goat joint fitting portion, and the mutual coupling force by the inner gobe side fitting portion and the outer goze side fitting portion. In addition to being excellent in wind pressure resistance against wind blowing pressure, it is possible to eliminate loosening and disengagement in the gouge-tightening fitting part due to pressing by the operator's stepping on etc. Moreover, it aims at providing the fitting type folded-plate roof material which has a high goat fastening effect.
In addition, the present invention is not affected by the error in the width of the original plate of the metal plate, is excellent in the shape accuracy of the inner / outer goby side fitting portion and is excellent in the workability of the gouge fastening process, and the appearance after the gouge fastening The object is to provide a fitting type folded plate roofing material that has a beautiful shape and can be easily and quickly constructed.
As a result of diligent research to overcome the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and realize the above object, the inventors have developed the present invention according to the following summary configuration.
That is, according to the present invention, a goby joint formed at each end in the width direction of a rectangular metal plate and one or more non-goat joints formed between the goat joints are substantially flat. Each of the seam joint portion and the non-haze seam portion are inclined side plate portions that are erected obliquely upward from both ends in the width direction of each bottom portion, and Each of the top portions of the inclined side plate portions extends in a substantially horizontal direction, and each of the top portions of the seam joint portions includes either an inner side fitting portion or an outer side fitting portion. In the fitting type folded plate roofing material formed so as to connect adjacent rectangular metal plates to each other via the inner / outer goby side fitting portion, any of the goose joint portions The outer goby side fitting portion provided at one end of the horizontal portion; A bottom leg that rises from the edge; a dome-shaped head connected to the upper end of the bottom-side leg; and a side end that is caulked in a gouge-tightened state at a position extending from the dome-shaped head The inner gob side fitting portion provided at the other end portion of the goat joint portion; and a leg portion rising from an edge of the horizontal portion; A fitting type folded-plate roofing material is proposed, which has a substantially umbrella-shaped cross section composed of a mountain-shaped head that is connected to the upper end of the leg.

In the case of the present invention employing the above-described configuration, the following effects can be expected.
(1) Since the non-haze seam portion is formed in addition to the seam seam portion, it is basically possible to reduce the mountain spacing (interval of the metal fittings) with the same working width as much as the number of mountains increases. it can. As a result, the wind pressure strength per unit area of the roof panel is relatively increased, and the safety against strong wind is increased.
(2) In the case of the same original plate width (762 mm, 914 mm, etc.), if the number of peaks increases, the peak height can be kept low overall. Therefore, since it can be used even when the construction object is a roof such as a hut or a garage, it is possible to economically produce and construct various designs according to the demand and scale of the roof.
(3) By providing the non-haze seam portion, the construction is facilitated by the amount that the gore-fastening process is unnecessary. In addition, since the wind pressure resistance per unit area at the time of temporary fixing before the tightening (usually after the roofing material is temporarily fixed and then collectively tightened with a gore fastening machine) is increased, Safety is improved.
(4) Since a pseudo-haze-shaped stepping ridge is provided at the top of the non-haze joint, the opening action by stepping on the ridge makes it easy to fit into the bracket, making installation simple and efficient. Goes up. Moreover, the addition of these ridges gives a unified design to the folded-plate roof. On the other hand, if this is omitted, the appearance is changed. Therefore, in any case, the design is improved.
(5) By adopting a gouge-tightened fitting structure with the outer gobe side fitting part as a bowl and the inner goat side fitting part as an umbrella shape, Even if pressure is applied, the inner goby side fitting portion and the outer gobe side fitting portion collide with each other at the overhang portions provided on the left and right side portions, and the rotation of the roof plate is restricted. Therefore, in the case of this roofing material, even if a negative pressure due to wind blowing or a pressing force due to an operator stepping on is applied, the roofing material rotates and the gouge tightening fitting state is easily loosened or detached. There is nothing wrong. This effectively prevents rain from entering.
(6) Since a fold line consisting of a ridge is provided in advance on the top of the dome-shaped head of the outer goby side fitting part, goat fastening (seaming) is easy, and straightness of the ridge (ridge) (street) The core) is high, and the misalignment of the core along the ridge line caused by the distortion of the roof base and tight frame can be made difficult to see on the appearance, and the roofing appearance shape is finished beautifully.
(7) Since the inner / outer side fitting part has a strong coupling force in the gouge tightening fitting state, and the inner goat side fitting part is provided with a folded overlap part, the shape accuracy of the inner goat side fitting part is high. Excellent shape stability and bonding strength after gouge fastening.
(8) By tilting the side plate rising from the bottom and providing one or more small steps, it is possible to improve the bending rigidity of the side plate and to generate a sound due to the roof plate undulation phenomenon caused by solar heat etc. Can be suppressed.
(9) By providing a large step recessed on the bottom side at the bending start position of the lower end of the side plate adjacent to the bottom, the compressive strength of the bottom is improved, and the wind pressure resistance of the roof plate against the wind blowing pressure is improved. be able to.
(10) Since the overhanging recess recessed to the bottom side is locked to the claw piece of the receiving metal fitting (tight frame) at the upper end of the side plate adjacent to the horizontal portion, the roof plate and the receiving metal fitting (tide frame) against the wind blowing pressure ) Can be improved.

First, the basic configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to typical embodiments. Moreover, in this specification, description of the shape and structure of the roof board of this embodiment is mainly described based on the longitudinal cross-sectional shape seen from the front of the roof material. The actual roof plate has a strip shape extending in the vertical direction (the rafter direction).
FIG. 1 shows a typical embodiment of a fitting type folded plate roof material according to the present invention. In this example, the rectangular metal plate is formed by bending the width direction (beam direction) into a substantially square waveform, and the seam joints M1 and M1 ′ are bent at both ends in the width direction. Between these goat joints M1 and M1 ′, one or more (however, in the illustrated example, one) non-haze joints M2 are substantially flat bottom 1 Are continuously arranged by bending. These ridges M1 and M2 are connected with inclined side plate portions 2 that stand up diagonally upward from both sides of the bottom portion 1, that is, both side ends of the bottom portion 1. Further, the inclined side plate portions 2 From each upper end portion, horizontal portions 3 and 3 'projecting in the horizontal direction or in a substantially horizontal direction inclined slightly upward are connected to form a top portion, and a trapezoidal chevron is formed as a whole.
And about the goby joint part M1 and M1 'in which the horizontal part 3 is provided, the outer end side fitting part 4 or the inner goat side fitting part 5 which will be described in detail later is provided at the free end part thereof. Are connected to each other. On the other hand, as for the non-haze seam portion M2, a pseudo-haze-like stepping ridge 8 as shown in FIG. The step ridge 8 is not used for the seam joint and has another purpose.
In addition, the roofing material of the present embodiment is fitted to the inner goby side fitting portion 5 of one roof plate by covering the outer gobe side fitting portion 4 of the other roof plate from above via a metal fitting described later. By joining together, the adjacent roofing materials are roofed by the boltless construction method in the width direction.
In the present invention, a pair of goby joints M1 and M1 ′ are provided at both ends in the width direction of the metal plate as described above, and a non-goat joint is provided between the two via a substantially flat bottom. Since one or more M2s (however, these are provided to correspond to the later described receiving metal peaks 6a and claws 7, 7 '), not only the wind pressure strength is improved but also the height of the peaks is suppressed. Thus, the application range can be expanded, and furthermore, part of the seam joining work can be omitted, so that the workability of construction is improved.
In particular, the non-haze joint portion M2 as shown in FIG. 2 is different from the goose joint portions M1 and M1 ′ that can be attached to the fitting 6 at the time of joining, so there is no gouge joint portion. 6 can be attached only by stepping on the top 6a of the foot 6 with a foot and pressing it. This means that it is necessary to press the gob joint portion M2 more strongly from above when engaging with the claw pieces 7 and 7 ′ of the metal fitting 6 shown in FIG. Labor load increases. In this regard, as shown in FIGS. 2, 8, and 9, the pseudo goby stepping protrusion 8 is formed on the horizontal portion 3 ′. By simply stepping on the ridge 8 with a foot from above, the provision of the inclined side plate portion 2 helps the mouth opening action of expanding the non-haze seam portion M2 downward. Thus, the fitting is further facilitated, and the roofing construction can be achieved easily and reliably.
One of the characteristic structures in the roofing material of the present embodiment is the cross-sectional shape of the outer goby side fitting portion 4 and the inner gobe side fitting portion 5, and the fitting structure after these gouge fastening processes. First, the structure of the outer goby side fitting portion 4 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the structure of the outer goby side fitting portion 4 is located at the free end portion of the horizontal portion (including a substantially horizontal one) 3 protruding from the inclined side plate portion 2 of the roof. On the right leg 4a as the bottom side leg that rises substantially vertically before processing, the dome-shaped head 4b connected to the upper end of the right leg 4a, and the extension of the head 4b, It is formed by connecting a left leg portion 4c as a side end portion side leg portion extending along the leg portion 5a of the inner goat side fitting portion 5 after the gouge fastening process. The cross-sectional shape of the outer goby side fitting portion 4 is substantially bowl-shaped, and is used after being covered so as to surround the entire inner goze side fitting portion 5 and then being gouge-tightened. Here, at the top of the dome-shaped head 4b, as shown in FIG. 4, there are portions 4d that have different curvatures (small curvature radii) from the other portions, which should be the starting points of bending, on both sides in the width direction. It is formed so as to be smoothly connected to other parts (having a large radius of curvature).
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner goby side fitting portion 5 is located at the free end portion of the horizontal portion 3 protruding from the inclined side plate portion 2, and a leg portion 5 a that rises substantially vertically, It is formed from a mountain-shaped head 5b formed continuously with the upper end of the leg 5a, and the entire cross-sectional shape has a substantially umbrella shape.
According to the roofing material of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer leg side fitting portion 4 is placed on the inner goby side fitting portion 5, and then the left leg portion of the outer goby side fitting portion 4. 4c is pushed down from the position indicated by the dotted line to the position indicated by the solid line, and the leg portion 5a of the inner goby side fitting portion 5 located on the inner side is tightened by the left leg portion 4c, thereby performing a strong gouge fastening process. it can.
That is, in this embodiment, whether the negative pressure due to wind blowing or the like is applied to the left or right of the roof plate in the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure, or the pressing force due to the operator's stepping or the like is applied to the roof plate. The right and left overhanging portions 4e and 4e 'at the lower end of the dome-shaped head portion 4b of the outer goat side fitting portion 4 and the left and right overhanging portion at the lower end of the angle head portion 5b of the inner goat side fitting portion 5 5d and 5d ′ collide with each other, and the rotation of the roof plate is restricted, so that the fitting state can be prevented from loosening or coming off.
The inner goat side fitting portion 5 is formed with a folded overlap portion 5c in which the non-leg portion side, that is, the free end portion side is folded back and overlapped. Thereby, the chevron head 5b can be reinforced, the deformation at the time of the gouge tightening process is suppressed, the accuracy of the shape is improved, and the tolerance (error) of the original plate width is absorbed by the folded overlap portion 5c. Can do. Therefore, the inner goby side fitting part 5 can always be kept long in the same shape. That is, the inner goby side fitting part 5 and the outer gobe side fitting part 4 can be firmly fitted. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the folded overlap portion 5 c may be folded back to the upper surface side of the inner goat side fitting portion 5 in addition to being folded back to the lower surface side of the inner goby side fitting portion 5.
Further, it is preferable that the horizontal portion 3 is inclined slightly downward toward the bottom portion 1 side. Thereby, the effect which prevents water permeating into the gourd fastening fitting part of the inner goby side fitting part 5 and the outer goby side fitting part 4 is improved.
Next, FIG. 4 shows a modified example of the outer goby side fitting part 4 and the inner goat side fitting part 5 in the above embodiment. In this modified example, the outer leg side fitting part 4 has both the right leg part 4a ′ and the left leg part 4c ′ rising obliquely from the horizontal part 3, and the inner leg side fitting part 5 with the horizontal part 3 There is a feature in that the leg portion 5a 'provided in a row stands up diagonally. Thereby, the board width required as the outer goby side fitting part 4 and the inner goat side fitting part 5 can be reduced as compared with the roof material of FIG. 3 formed so that the legs rise substantially vertically, Accordingly, the mountain height from the bottom 1 of the roofing material to the top of the fitting portions 4 and 5 can be increased. Therefore, the rigidity and strength against bending of the entire roofing material can be improved.
Further, the dome-shaped head portion 4b of the outer gore-side fitting portion 4 is composed of a portion having a curvature different from that of the other portion (small radius of curvature), that is, a ridge portion, which should be a starting point of bending at the top. A fold line 4d is formed. By providing the folding line 4d, the outer goat side fitting portion 4 is more clearly identified at the start of bending at the time of the gouge tightening process, can be easily formed, and at the same time, there is no variation in the ridgeline (ridge). Further, even if the roof base (beam material) and tight frame are not uniform and a slight positional shift occurs, it is possible to make the shift of the core as shown in FIG. Can be finished beautifully.
Next, as in the case of FIG. 3, the outer goby side fitting portion 4 and the inner gobe side fitting portion 5 are covered with the outer gobe side fitting portion 4 on the inner gouge side fitting portion 5, The left leg portion 4c ′ of the outer goby side fitting portion 4 is pushed down from the position indicated by the dotted line to the position indicated by the solid line in the drawing, and the leg of the inner goat side fitting portion 5 located inside by the left leg portion 4c ′. By tightening the portion 5a, the gouge can be firmly tightened.
FIG. 5 shows a state in which the roof material of the present embodiment is mounted on a receiving metal fitting (tight frame) 6 fixed to the roof base. As is apparent from this figure, the roof material is attached to the tight frame 6 via claw pieces 7 and 7 ′ protruding in the vicinity of the top portions 6 a on both sides of the tight frame 6. At this time, the bottom part 1 of the roof material is dropped into the bottom part 6b of the tight frame 6, and at the same time, the claw pieces 7 and 7 'are engaged with the protruding concave part 2c provided on the upper end of the inclined side plate part 2 adjacent to the horizontal part 3. Stop.
Then, as described above, the inner roof side fitting part 5 of the roof material on the side previously attached is fitted so as to cover the outer floor side fitting part 4 of the roof material to be constructed next from above. Combine. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, the right leg portion 4a and the left leg portion 4c of the outer goat side fitting portion 4 are subjected to gouge fastening processing by an electric seam processing machine (seamer) (not shown). The side fitting portion 4 and the inner goat side fitting portion 5 are in a state of being firmly fitted to each other as shown by a solid line in FIG. 3 or FIG.
In the modification shown in FIG. 4, the right leg portion 4 a ′ and the left leg portion 4 c ′ of the outer goby side fitting portion 4 and the leg portion 5 a ′ of the inner goat side fitting portion 5 are formed so as to rise obliquely. is doing. Therefore, when using a metal plate having a constant original plate width (for example, 762 mm), the number of leg members can be reduced as compared with a roofing material in which the legs of the fitting portion are raised substantially vertically. Therefore, the peak height to the top of the fitting portion can be relatively increased, and the rigidity and strength against bending of the entire roofing material can be improved.
In the above-described roof material of the present embodiment, the inclined side plate portion 2 that substantially supports the outer gouge side fitting portion 4 and the inner gouge side fitting portion 5 is basically shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. As described above, one to a plurality of small steps are formed. In addition, overhanging recesses 2 c and 2 c ′ called “ago” that are recessed toward the bottom 1 are formed in the upper end portion adjacent to the horizontal portion 3. These overhanging recesses 2c and 2c 'are provided to be engaged with the claw pieces 7 and 7' cut and raised from the side plate of the support fitting (tight frame) 6 as described below.
In addition, in the present invention, embodiments shown in FIGS. 7 to 11 are conceivable for the combination of the outer goby side fitting portion 4, the inner gobe side fitting portion 5, and the inclined side plate portion 2. FIG. 8 (a) shows a large, generally saddle-shaped stepped protrusion 8 having a size substantially the same as that of the fitting portion 5, and the shape of the inclined side plate portion 2 is horizontal with one small step 2a. In this example, an overhanging concave portion 2 c that is recessed toward the bottom portion 1 is provided in the upper portion adjacent to the portion 3, and a large step 2 b that is greatly recessed toward the bottom portion 1 is provided at the bending start position of the lower end adjacent to the bottom portion 1. This example is effective for improving the rigidity of the entire roof. FIG. 5B shows an example of a slightly smaller saddle-shaped stepping ridge 8 ′, and FIG. 6C shows an example in which a small simple ridge 8 ″ is provided.
Next, in FIG. 9A, the leg portion 4a ′ of the outer goat side fitting portion and the leg portion 5a ′ of the inner goat side fitting portion are formed so as to rise obliquely from the edge of each horizontal portion. In addition, the shape of the inclined side plate 2 is an example in which a large step 2 b that is greatly recessed toward the bottom 1 side is provided at the bending start position of the lower end adjacent to the bottom 1. Moreover, the same figure (b), (c) is the example which provided the mountain-shaped top part 3a in the non-haze joint mountain part.
Next, what is shown in FIG. 10 is a modification of the example shown in FIG. 2, and shows an example of a structure in which two non-seize seam portions M2 and M3 are provided between the seam seam portions M1 and M1 ′. It is. What is shown in this figure shows an example in which pseudo goby-like step ridges 8 are respectively provided on the tops of the non-haze joints M2 and M3.
Next, in FIG. 11A, the leg portion 4a ′ of the outer goat side fitting portion and the leg portion 5a ′ of the inner goat side fitting portion are formed so as to rise obliquely from the edge of each horizontal portion. Furthermore, the shape of the inclined side plate 2 is an example in which a large step 2 b that is greatly recessed toward the bottom 1 side is provided at the bending start position of the lower end adjacent to the bottom 1.
