Abstract

Zur Herstellung eines Frontkontaktes einer Solarzelle wird in einem ersten Schritt eine Silber-Metallisierung (14) in Linienform auf die Oberfläche der Solarzelle aufgebracht. In einem anschließenden Schritt wird galvanisch Zinn als Aufbau - Schicht auf die Metallisierung und in Überlappungsbereichen (19) auch auf die Oberfläche der Solarzelle aufgebracht. In einem anschließenden Schritt wird die Aufbau - Schicht zuerst aufgeschmolzen und anschließend abgekühlt, wodurch sich die Aufbau - Schicht beim Aufschmelzen aufgrund der Kohäsionskräfte im geschmolzenen Material zusammenzieht von einer breiten und flachen Schicht zu einer relativ schmalen und dicken gewölbten Schicht, die dann in abgekühlter Form den Kontakt bildet.
