步骤 203 : 将匹配程度超过预设门限的标准业务请求指令以及这些标准 业务请求指令对应的业务产品信息通知至所述用户。
其中, 业务管理平台所支持的各标准业务请求指令与所述业务请求指令 的匹配程度均小于预设门限时,所述业务管理平台将业务查询方法通知用户。 此业务查询方法一般包括业务咨询电话、 业务咨询网址等信息。
业务管理平台维护用来提供产品信息并提示用户确认业务请求指令的产 品提示模板, 并将匹配程度超过预设门限的标准业务请求指令以及对应的业 务产品信息添加到所述产品提示模板中发送至所述用户, 或者将匹配程度最 高的标准业务请求指令以及对应的业务产品信息添加到所述产品提示模板中 发送至所述用户。 业务管理平台还维护用来提供业务查询方法的业务查询模 板, 在所述业务管理平台所支持的各标准业务请求指令与所述业务请求指令 的匹配程度均小于预设门限时, 将此业务查询模板的内容通知至所述用户。
具体实施例
如图 3所示, 以用户进行业务订阅为例说明对增值业务指令处理的方法 包括:
步骤 301 , 用户发送订阅指令, 此点播指令经由短信中心到达短信网关; 步骤 302, 短信网关接收到订阅指令后, 向业务管理平台发起鉴权请求 消息, 在此鉴权请求消息中包含了此订阅指令。
步骤 303 , 指令分析模块判断此订阅指令不是业务管理平台所支持的标 准业务请求指令时, 计算业务管理平台所支持的各标准业务请求指令与此订 阅指令的匹配程度, 将匹配程度超过预设门限的标准业务请求指令发送至提 示信息下发模块。
例如, 用户想要订阅天气预报, 业务管理平台所支持的对应标准业务请 求指令为 DYTIANQI, 但用户因输入错误, 发出的订阅指令为 DYTIANQJ, 指令分析模块判断此订阅指令不是业务管理平台所支持的标准业务请求指令 后, 计算业务管理平台所支持的各标准业务请求指令与此订阅指令的匹配程 度, 最终确定标准业务请求指令 "DYTIANQI" 与此错误指令 "DYTIANQJ" 的匹配程度超过预设门限。 计算匹配程度的算法以及预设门限的设置方法可 参考已有技术中进行字符串匹配程度的算法, 此处不再赘述。
业务管理平台判断此点播指令正确时即是其支持的标准业务请求指令 时, 执行正常的鉴权流程, 此处不再赘述。
步骤 304, 提示信息下发模块收到标准业务请求指令后, 向提示模板管 理模块发送产品提示模板请求消息;
步骤 305, 提示模板管理模块返回产品提示模板;
例如, 产品提示模的内容为: 尊敬的用户, 您是希望点播 **产品吗? 该 产品的正确点播指令是: ***, 确认点播该产品请直接回复 Y。
步骤 306, 提示信息下发模块将此标准业务请求指令以及对应的业务产 品信息添加到所述产品提示模板中通过短信网关发送至所述用户。
例如,添加标准业务请求指令以及对应的业务产品信息的提示内容如下: 尊敬的用户, 您是希望点播天气预报产品吗? 该产品的正确点播指令是: DYTIANQI, 确认点播该产品请直接回复 Υ。
步骤 307 , 用户回复确认信息;
步骤 308, 短信网关收到用户确认消息, 向业务管理平台发起鉴权请求 消息, 该请求消息中包含了用户的回复内容。
步骤 309, 业务管理平台鉴权成功后向服务提供商(Service Provider, 简 称 SP )请求相关业务;
步骤 310, SP根据用户点播的产品, 下发相应的消息内容给短信网关; 步骤 311 , 短信网关通过向业务管理平台的进一步鉴权后向用户发送 SP 下发相应的消息内容。
本发明在用户发送错误业务请求指令时, 可以进行相关提示, 有效的引 导用户正确地点播或订购产品, 提高服务质量。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性 本发明对用户输入的不能识别的指令, 釆用智能判断的方式, 对指令进 行分析处理, 判断用户的真实意图, 给予用户友好而有效的提示, 引导用户 对增值业务产品的正确使用, 从而提高用户体验, 促进用户使用增值业务的 热情,使得增值业务产品能更好更多地被用户使用,相应的给 SP及运营商带 来更好的人气和效益, 因此具有极强的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种进行增值业务指令处理的方法, 该方法包括:
业务管理平台接收到用户发送的业务请求指令后确定所述业务请求指令 不是自身所支持的标准业务请求指令时, 计算自身所支持的各标准业务请求 指令与所述业务请求指令的匹配程度, 将匹配程度超过预设门限的标准业务 请求指令及其对应的业务产品信息通知至所述用户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括, 所述业务管理平台所支持 的各标准业务请求指令与所述业务请求指令的匹配程度均小于预设门限时, 所述业务管理平台将业务查询方法通知所述用户。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括, 所述业务管理平台计算自 身所支持的各标准业务请求指令与所述业务请求指令的匹配程度后, 将匹配 程度最高的标准业务请求指令及其对应的业务产品信息通知至所述用户。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括, 所述业务管理平台维护用 来提供产品信息并提示用户确认业务请求指令的产品提示模板, 并将匹配程 度超过预设门限的标准业务请求指令及其对应的业务产品信息添加到所述产 品提示模板中发送至所述用户。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 该方法还包括, 所述业务管理平台维护 用来提供产品信息并提示用户确认业务请求指令的产品提示模板, 并将匹配 程度最高的标准业务请求指令及其对应的业务产品信息添加到所述产品提示 模板中发送至所述用户。
6、 一种进行增值业务指令处理的业务管理平台设备, 所述业务管理平台 设备包括指令分析模块及提示信息下发模块;
所述指令分析模块设置成: 接收到用户发送的业务请求指令后确认其不 是所述业务管理平台设备所支持的标准业务请求指令时, 计算所述业务管理 平台设备所支持的各标准业务请求指令与所述业务请求指令的匹配程度, 检 测到匹配程度超过预设门限的标准业务请求指令时, 将匹配程度超过预设门 限的标准业务请求指令发送至所述提示信息下发模块; 所述提示信息下发模块设置成: 从所述指令分析模块收到标准业务请求 指令后, 将收到的标准业务请求指令及其对应的业务产品信息通知至所述用 户。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的业务管理平台设备, 其中,
所述指令分析模块还设置成: 计算所述业务管理平台设备所支持的各标 准业务请求指令与所述业务请求指令的匹配程度后, 将匹配程度最高的标准 业务请求指令发送至所述提示信息下发模块。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的业务管理平台设备, 所述业务管理平台设备 还包括提示模板管理模块, 其中:
所述提示信息下发模块还设置成: 从所述指令分析模块收到标准业务请 求指令后, 向所述提示模板管理模块发送产品提示模板请求消息, 在收到所 述提示模板管理模块返回的产品提示模板后, 将收到的标准业务请求指令以 及对应的业务产品信息添加到所述产品提示模板中发送至所述用户;
所述提示模板管理模块设置成: 维护用来提供产品信息并提示用户确认 业务请求指令的产品提示模板, 并在收到所述产品提示模板请求消息后, 向 所述提示信息下发所述产品提示模板。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的业务管理平台设备, 其中,
所述指令分析模块还设置成: 判断所述业务管理平台设备所支持的各标 准业务请求指令与所述业务请求指令的匹配程度均小于预设门限时, 向所述 提示信息下发模块发送匹配失败消息;
所述提示信息下发模块还设置成: 收到所述匹配失败消息后, 将业务查 询方法通知所述用户。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的业务管理平台设备, 所述业务管理平台设备还 包括提示模板管理模块, 其中:
所述提示信息下发模块还设置成: 收到所述匹配失败消息后, 向所述提 示模板管理模块发送业务查询模板请求消息, 并从所述提示模板管理模块收 到业务查询模板后, 将该业务查询模板的内容发送至所述用户;
所述提示模板管理模块设置成: 维护用来提供业务查询方法的业务查询 模板, 并在收到所述业务查询模板请求消息后, 向所述提示信息下发所述业 务查询模板。
