本发明涉及一种低碳卫生洁具, 具体地说是一种生活废水座便器自动 处理系统。 背景技术:
由于工业化的飞速发展造成水资源严重污染恶化,适应人类生存的净水 资源日益减少, 而世界性持续化城市发展加大了净水资源的需求, 为解决生 活净水危机, 世界各国都在提倡废水回用, 研究废水循环使用技术, 现有实 施的技术方案有: 分质供水, 即在居民集中区建站回收生活废水, 统一处理 后再分管供用非饮用水,例冲洗座便器。这一方法存在废水收集难、处理难、 回用难、 工程投入巨大与运行成本高, 并造成污泥集中成患处理难; 提倡居 民储存生活废水冲洗座便器, 费时费力费空间。 发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足, 利用座便器与化粪池上下管道落 差的自吸原理自动排泥, 达到生活废水通过座便器自动处理, 以达到回用要 求, 使人类日常生活中的耗水大件变成高效节水减排的目的, 而提供了一种 自动排污、 中水安全回用、 高效节水的生活废水座便器自动处理系统。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现: 一种生活废水座便器自动处理 系统, 包括座便器外壳, 在座便器外壳内部设有小三通, 小三通的两端管螺 紋接口连接在座便器外壳的下部两侧, 小三通的另一端连接有水处理系统,
水处理系统内部设有循环沉淀栅格, 循环沉淀栅格一端前端设有自动投剂 器, 自动投剂器主体盒内通过中心调节螺丝设有一组三片陶瓷阔片, 其中二 边陶瓷阀片为固定瓷片, 中间瓷片为旋转瓷片, 在其中的一片固定瓷片上方 有二个直角微孔, 分别为消毒剂孔和絮凝剂孔, 自动投剂器的上方设有储剂 箱, 储剂箱分有两格储剂室, 一格储剂室为消毒剂箱, 另一格储剂室为絮凝 剂箱, 絮凝剂箱通过第一输液管与所述絮凝剂孔相连通, 消毒剂箱通过第二 输液管与消毒剂孔相连通, 在旋转瓷片伸出的一端装有浮子, 当有废水进入 时, 水位漂升浮子, 带动旋转瓷片旋转, 使的一组三片陶瓷阔片上的二个直 角微型投剂孔对齐自动流出消毒剂和絮凝剂; 废水停则浮子回落, 旋转瓷片 回旋使两个流剂通孔变参差而止剂; 循环沉淀栅格另一端设有第一排泥器, 第一排泥器一侧连接大三通, 大三通上通集便器, 下通化粪池, 排泥器另一 侧设有过滤器,大三通的前方设有连接管,连接管的另一端设有第二排泥器。 第一排泥器和第二排泥器的内部设有两块第一竖栅格板和一块第二竖栅格 板, 第一竖栅格板为下端密封上通水, 第二竖栅格板为上端密封下通水, 第 二竖栅格板置于两块所述第一竖栅格板之间,第一排泥器和第二排泥器的一 侧下部位均设有进水口,在第一排泥器和第二排泥器另一侧的中上部位均设 有出水口, 并连接大三通, 由下通化粪池排污管落差产生的吸应力, 专门吸 取沉淀在下层的废水, 排入化粪池, 起到疏通管道的后续水作用, 通过水处 理剂作用的上层清水, 再经过滤器过滤, 清除有机物后流入座便器箱底储存 备用
发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
它应用座便器与化粪池上下落差的物理条件自动排泥, 无需机电动力, 可使人类日常生活中所产生的废水由座便器来实现处理,把耗水大件变成一
个微型生活废水处理器, 达到每个家庭自己处理生活废水, 用于除饮用水外 的其它用途, 并且在未来的建筑管道设计上, 省却了生活废水排污管道, 达 到中水回用的高效节水, 又杜绝相应生活废水而造成的环境污染源。 附图说明:

如图 1至图 3示出了本发明生活废水座便器自动处理系统的一种实施方 式, 包括座便器外壳 1, 座便器外壳 1内部设有小三通 2, 小三通 2的两端 连接在座便器外壳 1的下部两侧, 各有连接生活废水输入管螺紋接口, 小三 通 2的另一端连接有水处理系统 3,水处理系统 3内部设有循环沉淀栅格 4, 循环沉淀栅格 4前部设有自动投剂器 5, 自动投剂器 5内通过中心调节螺丝
20设有固定瓷片 16和旋转瓷片 19, 固定瓷片 16上方设有二个直角微孔, 分别为消毒剂孔 17和絮凝剂孔 18, 自动投剂器 5的上方有储剂箱 6, 储剂 箱 6分有两格储剂室,一格储剂室为消毒剂箱 12,另一格储剂室为絮凝剂箱 13, 絮凝剂箱 13通过第一输液管 14与所述絮凝剂孔 18相连通, 消毒剂箱 12通过第二输液管 15与消毒剂孔 17相连通, 旋转瓷片 19伸出的一端装有 浮子 21, 浮子 21上装有搅拌叶片 22, 循环沉淀栅格 4另一端设有第一排泥 器 7, 第一排泥器 7连接大三通 8, 大三通 8上通集便器, 下通化粪池排污 管; 第一排泥器一侧设有过滤器 9, 大三通 8的前方设有连接管 10, 连接管 10的另一端设有第二排泥器 11。 当有废水流进时, 浮子 21随水位升高, 带 动旋转瓷片 19旋转改变角度, 使固定瓷片 16上的二个直角微孔, 与消毒剂 孔 17和絮凝剂孔 18对齐而流剂, 废水停止浮子 21回位, 使二个流剂孔参 差而剂止。 浮子 21 上有搅拌叶片 22, 使废水和水处理剂通过搅拌叶片 22 达到中和,在循环沉淀栅格 4内瞬间产生上清下浊分层;瓷片的固定、密封、 配合松紧由中心调节螺丝 20调节;第一排泥器 7和第二排泥器 11的内部设 有三块竖栅格板, 分别为两块第一竖栅格板 23和一块第二竖栅格板 24, 第 一竖栅格板 23为下端密封上通水, 第二竖栅格板 24为上端密封下通水, 第 二竖栅格板 24置于两块所述第一竖栅格板 23之间,第一排泥器 7和第二排 泥器 11 的一侧下部位均设有进水口 25, 在第一排泥器 7和第二排泥器 11 另一侧的中上部位均设有出水口 26。 应用座便器与化粪池上下落差的吸应 力, 专吸处于底层的废水, 直接排入化粪池, 起到作为疏通排污管道的后续 水作用; 上层清水再经过滤器 9彻底清除有机物, 进入座便器整个箱底储存 备用。 排泥器 7和 11中的竖栅格板 23和栅格板 24起到储存密封水, 防止 异味外泄。
本发明应用座便器与化粪池上下落差的物理条件自动排泥, 无需机电设 施, 达到人类生活中产生的生活废水统经座便器处理, 回用下排化粪池, 把 耗水大件变成一个微型生活废水处理器; 在未来的建筑管道设计上, 省却了 生活废水的排污管道; 应用后在建筑管道设计上, 省却了生活废水的排污管 道 ·, 根本杜绝了生活废水造成的环境污染源, 省却了废水集中处理巨大的投 资和浩大的工程、 及长期高昂的运行、 维护成本。

1、 一种生活废水座便器自动处理系统, 其特征在于: 包括座便器外壳 ( 1 ), 所述座便器外壳(1 ) 内部设有小三通(2), 所述小三通(2) 的两端 管螺紋接口连接在座便器外壳(1 ) 的下部两侧, 所述小三通(2) 的另一端 连接有水处理系统(3), 所述水处理系统(3) 内部设有循环沉淀栅格(4), 所述循环沉淀栅格(4)一端前部设有自动投剂器(5), 所述自动投剂器(5) 内通过中心调节螺丝 (20) 设有固定瓷片 (16) 和旋转瓷片 (19), 所述固 定瓷片( 16)上方设有二个直角微孔,分别为消毒剂孔( 17 )和絮凝剂孔( 18), 所述自动投剂器 (5)的上方设有储剂箱 (6), 所述储剂箱 (6) 分有两格储剂 室, 一格储剂室为消毒剂箱(12), 另一格储剂室为絮凝剂箱(13), 所述絮 凝剂箱(13)通过第一输液管 (14)与所述絮凝剂孔 (18) 相连通, 所述消 毒剂箱(12)通过第二输液管(15)与消毒剂孔(17)相连通, 所述旋转瓷片 ( 19) 伸出的一端装有浮子 (21 ), 所述浮子 (21 ) 上装有搅拌叶片 (22), 所述循环沉淀栅格 (4) 另一端设有第一排泥器 (7), 所述第一排泥器 (7) 一侧连接有大三通 (8), 所述大三通 (8) 向上连接有集便器, 向下连通化 粪池排污管, 所述第一排泥器 (7)另一侧设有过滤器 (9), 所述大三通 (8) 的前方设有连接管(10), 所述连接管(10)的另一端设有第二排泥器(11 )。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述生活废水座便器自动处理系统, 其特征在于: 所述第一排泥器(7)和第二排泥器 (11)的内部设有两块第一竖栅格板(23) 和一块第二竖栅格板 (24), 所述第一竖栅格板 (23 ) 为下端密封上通水, 所述第二竖栅格板(24) 为上端密封下通水, 所述第二竖栅格板(24)置于 两块所述第一竖栅格板 (23 ) 之间, 所述第一排泥器 (7)和第二排泥器 (11) 的一侧下部位均设有进水口 (25), 在第一排泥器 (7)和第二排泥器(11)另一 侧的中上部位均设有出水口 (26)。
