( Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service, 简称 MBMS ) 的统计方法及用户设 备。 背景技术 随着互联网的迅猛发展和大屏幕多功能手机的普及, 出现了大量移动数据 多媒体业务和各种高带宽多媒体业务, 例如: 视频会议、 电视广播、 视频点播、 视频广告、 网上教育、 互动游戏等, 不仅满足了移动用户不断上升的业务需求, 同时也为移动运营商带来新的业务增长点。 这些移动数据多媒体业务要求多个 用户能够同时接收相同数据, 与一般的数据业务相比, 具有数据量大、 持续时 间长、 时延敏感等特点。 为了有效地利用移动网络资源, 第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project, 简称为 3GPP )提出了 MBMS业务, 该业务是一种从一个 数据源向多个目标传送数据的技术, 实现了网络(包括核心网和接入网) 资源 的共享,提高了网络资源(尤其是空中接口资源)的利用率。3GPP定义的 MBMS 业务不仅能够实现纯文本低速率的消息类组播和广播, 还能够实现高速多媒体 业务的广播和组播, 提供多种丰富的视频、 音频和多媒体业务, 这无疑顺应了 未来移动数据发展的趋势, 为第三代数字通信 (3rd Generation, 简称为 3G ) 的发展提供了更好的业务前景。
MBMS业务是一种点到多点的广播类型的业务, 一般情况下 MBMS业务 都是在一定的地理位置范围内进行广播模式发送的, 具有 MBMS 能力的合法 UE均可以接收 MBMS业务。 如果网络侧想要对 MBMS业务进行统计, 获知 一些 MBMS业务的 UE接收情况, 那么, 网络侧可以发送统计消息用于针对某 些 MBMS业务, 要求正在接收的 UE进行反馈, 从而获知这些 MBMS业务正 在有 UE接收。 在相关技术中,正在接收的被统计的 MBMS业务的 UE需要把正在接收的 MBMS业务的业务标识 (Identification, 简称为 ID )反馈给网络侧。 通常, 一 个 MBMS业务的业务 ID为 3个字节, 24比特, 占用的空间较大, 从而引起的 网络流量的增量较大。 因此, 实际的 MBMS 业务的应用中, 网络侧不能一次 统计太多的 MBMS业务, 这是因为如果增加一次统计中被统计的 MBMS业务 的数量, 相应的参与反馈的 UE的数量也会成倍的增加, 这样, 会造成网络流 量的成倍增加, 从而造成网络临时性拥塞。 发明内容

UE可以仅仅向网络侧发送统计结果信息, 或 UE向网络侧发送统计结果 信息的同时, 还向网络侧发送下述信息的一个或者多个: UE 标识信息、 所述 一个或多个 MBMS业务所在的 MBSFN区 i或的标识信息。 优选地, 当 MBMS业务为一个或多个时, UE才艮据消息配置统计结果信息 包括: UE根据消息配置统计结果信息的比特位的数量; UE根据消息配置比特 位与多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的对应关系; UE才艮据比特位的数 量、 对应关系以及 UE 自身对多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS配置统计结果 信息。 本优选实施例中, 配置了统计结果信息中的比特位的数量, 以及配置了比 特位与 MBMS业务的对应关系, 然后, 由 UE配置统计结果信息, 这种实现方 式简单, 可以快捷、 准确地配置统计结果信息。 优选地, UE 根据消息配置统计结果信息的比特位的数量包括: 配置比特 位的数量为多个 MBMS业务的数量。 本优选实施例中, 才艮据待统计的 MBMS业务的数量, UE配置相应比特位 数量的统计结果信息, 可以通过占用最少的网络流量指示 MBMS 业务, 从而 避免了 MBMS的统计过程中一次统计 MBMS业务的数量限制, 并保证了网络 通信。 需要说明的是,下述将釆用"变比特 bitmap方式"的描述方式对本优选实施 例中的配置比特位的数量为多个 MBMS业务的数量进行描述。 优选地, UE才艮据消息配置比特位与多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业 务的对应关系包括以下之一: UE才艮据消息中多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS 业务的顺序, 从左至右对应统计结果信息中的比特位; UE 才艮据消息中多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的业务标识从大到小的顺序, 从左至右对应 统计结果信息中的比特位。 本优选实施例中, 分别釆用两种方式配置了每个 MBMS 业务与比特位的 对应关系, 下面对其进行详细描述。 方式一: UE才艮据消息中多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的顺序, 从左至右对应统计结果信息中的比特位。 如果该消息中的多个 MBMS 业务是网络侧按照某种顺序排列之后发送给 UE统计的, 则 UE仍按照这种顺序生成统计结果信息, 这样, 当网络侧接收 到该统计结果信息时, 可以很方便的对其中的结果进行汇总, 从而简化网络侧 的处理, 提高统计效率。 方式二: UE才艮据消息中多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的业务标 识从大到小的顺序, 从左至右对应统计结果信息中的比特位。 如果该消息中包含较多的 MBMS业务需要统计,则网络侧可以和 UE协商 按照每个 MBMS 业务的业务标识从大到小的顺序配置统计结果信息, 这样, 当网络侧接收到该统计结果信息时, 可以 艮方便的对其中某一个 MBMS 业务 的结果进行定位、 汇总, 从而简化网络侧的处理, 提高统计效率。 需要说明的是, 上述从大到小的顺序通常是 UE和网络侧事先协商的, 实 际应用中, 还可以按照从小到大的顺序配置统计结果信息, 或者按照其它参数 的顺序配置统计结果信息。 优选地, UE 根据消息配置统计结果信息的比特位的数量包括: 配置比特 位的数量为消息中可携带 MBMS业务的数量的最大值。 本优选实施例中, 该消息中可携带的待统计的 MBMS 业务的数量最大值 通常是一个固定值, 可以预先使得 UE获知该最大值, 也可以在该消息中携带 该最大值。 然后, UE 根据该最大值配置相应比特位数量的统计结果信息, 可 以在不增加过多网络流量的同时, 简化 UE配置统计结果信息的比特位的数量 的操作, 即简化 UE的处理, 提高统计效率。 需要说明的是,下述将釆用"固定比特 bitmap方式"的描述方式对本优选实 施例中的配置比特位的数量为消息中 MBMS业务的数量的最大值进行描述。 优选地, UE才艮据消息配置比特位与多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业 务的对应关系包括: UE才艮据消息中多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的 顺序, 从左至右对应统计结果信息中的比特位, 在多个 MBMS 业务的数量小 于最大值时, 将统计结果信息中的没有用于对应 MBMS 业务的比特位保留; UE根据消息中多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的业务标识从大到小的 顺序, 从左至右对应统计结果信息中的比特位, 在多个 MBMS 业务的数量小 于最大值时, 将统计结果信息中的没有用于对应 MBMS 业务的比特位清零保 留。 其中, 保留该比特位可以为对该比特位置零。 本优选实施例中, 分别釆用两种方式配置了每个 MBMS 业务与比特位的 对应关系, 下面对其进行详细描述。 方式一: UE才艮据消息中多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的顺序, 从左至右对应统计结果信息中的比特位。 如果该消息中的多个 MBMS 业务是网络侧按照某种顺序排列之后发送给 UE统计的, 则 UE仍按照这种顺序生成统计结果信息, 这样, 当网络侧接收 到该统计结果信息时, 可以很方便的对其中的结果进行汇总, 从而简化网络侧 的处理, 提高统计效率。 同时, 由于统计结果消息的比特位是按照上述最大值配置的, 因此除了用 于对应 MBMS 业务记录其统计结果的比特位, 通常还可能存在没有用于对应 MBMS业务的比特位, 将其置零, 从而可以保证统计结果消息的准确性。 方式二: UE才艮据消息中多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的业务标 识从大到小的顺序, 从左至右对应统计结果信息中的比特位。 如果该消息中包含较多的 MBMS业务需要统计,则网络侧可以和 UE协商 按照每个 MBMS 业务的业务标识从大到小的顺序配置统计结果信息, 这样, 当网络侧接收到该统计结果信息时, 可以 艮方便的对其中某一个 MBMS 业务 的结果进行定位、 汇总, 从而简化网络侧的处理, 提高统计效率。 需要说明的是, 上述从大到小的顺序通常是 UE和网络侧事先协商的, 实 际应用中, 还可以按照从小到大的顺序配置统计结果信息, 或者按照其它参数 的顺序配置统计结果信息。 同时, 由于统计结果消息的比特位是按照上述最大值配置的, 因此除了用 于对应 MBMS 业务记录其统计结果的比特位, 通常还可能存在没有用于对应 MBMS业务的比特位, 将其置零, 从而可以保证统计结果消息的准确性。 优选地, UE根据比特位的数量、 对应关系以及 UE 自身的接收情况对多 个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务配置统计结果信息包括: 对 UE正在接收 MBMS业务或者感兴趣接收 MBMS业务, UE对 MBMS业务对应的比特位置 一;对 UE没有接收 MBMS业务或者不感兴趣接收 MBMS业务, UE对 MBMS 业务对应的比特位置零。 本优选实施例, 通过对不同的 MBMS业务置一或置零, 实现方式简单。 需要说明的是, 上述置一和置零的操作通常是 UE和网络侧事先协商的, 实际应用中, 也可以釆取其它位操作方式指示 MBMS业务。 优选地, 在 UE配置统计结果信息之后, 还包括: UE向网络侧发送统计 结果信息。 UE还向网络侧发送包括以下至少之一的信息: UE的标识信息、 一个或多个 MBMS业务所在的 MBSFN区 i或的标识信息。 需要说明的是, 本优选实施例向网络侧反馈统计结果信息, 可以便于网络 侧进行统计、 汇总。 优选地, 网络侧包括以下之一: 小区协作实体(MCE, Multi-cell/multicast Coordination Entity ),基站( eNB ), 中继站( relay ),广播组播业务中心( BMSC, Broadcast Multicast Service Centre ) , MBMS 网关 ( MBMS GW , MBMS Gate Way )。 为了帮助理解上述实施例, 下面进一步描述本发明的其他多个优选实施 例。 需要进行反馈统计的 UE利用 bitmap的方式形成反馈信息, 来实现其正在 接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务的反馈。 即为每一个需要反馈统计的 MBMS 业务分配一个比特来形成 UE的反馈信息用来描述 UE正在接收或感兴趣接收 被统计的 MBMS业务。 具体的, bitmap方式使用的总的比特数有两种确定方式, 第一种是 bitmap 的比特数等于网络侧发送的统计消息中包含的被统计的 MBMS 业务个数。 这 种方式 UE 反馈信息的比特数随着相应的统计消息中的被要求统计的 MBMS 业务个数的变化而变化, 本发明称为变比特 bitmap; 第二种是 bitmap的比特数 等于网络侧发送的统计消息中能够一次包含的被统计的 MBMS 业务的最大个 数。 一般, 考虑到网络侧的负载能力, 都需要固定统计消息一次最多包含的被 统计的 MBMS业务个数。 所以第二种方式下 UE反馈信息的比特数是固定的, 本发明称为固定比特 bitmap。 进一步, 统计消息中的被统计的每个 MBMS 业务与反馈信息中的每个比 特如何对应呢? MBMS业务。 那么此时, UE不参与反馈统计, 或者反馈 UE没有接收被统计 的任何一个 MBMS业务。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行 指令的计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是在某 些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步 4聚。 才艮据本发明的实施例,还提供了一种 UE,该 UE可以用于实现上述 MBMS 业务的统计方法。 图 3是才艮据本发明实施例的 UE的结构框图, 该 UE包括配 置模块 32 , 下面对其结构进行详细描述。 配置模块 32 , 设置为才艮据网络侧发送的用于统计一个或多个 MBMS业务 接收状况的消息配置统计结果信息, 其中, 一个 MBMS 业务对应于统计结果 信息中的一个比特位, 多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务对应于统计结果 信息中的一个比特位。 相关技术中, MBMS 业务的统计过程中, UE 向网络侧反馈的是 MBMS 业务的业务 ID, 该业务 ID占用的网络流量较大。 本发明实施例中, 统计结果 信息中的比特位可以通过占用尽可能少的网络流量指示 MBMS 业务, 从而避 免了 MBMS的统计过程中一次统计 MBMS业务的数量限制, 并保证了网络通 信。 优选地, 配置模块 32包括第一配置子模块 322 , 第二配置子模块 324和第 三配置子模块 326 , 下面对其结构进行详细描述。 第一配置子模块 322 ,设置为根据消息配置统计结果信息的比特位的数量; 第二配置子模块 324,设置为才艮据消息配置比特位与多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的对应关系; 第三配置子模块 326 , 连接至第一配置子模块 322和 第二配置子模块 324 , 设置为根据第一配置子模块 322配置的比特位的数量、 第二配置子模块 324配置的对应关系以及 UE 自身的接收情况, 对多个 MBMS 业务中的每个 MBMS业务配置统计结果信息。 本优选实施例中, 第一配置子模块 322配置了统计结果信息中的比特位的 数量, 以及第二配置子模块 324配置了比特位与 MBMS业务的对应关系, 然 后, 由第三配置子模块 326配置统计结果信息, 这种实现方式实现简单, 可以 快捷、 准确地配置统计结果信息。 优选地, 上述 UE还包括发送模块 34, 连接至配置模块 32, 设置为向网络 侧发送配置模块 32配置的统计结果信息。 需要说明的是, 本优选实施例向网络侧反馈统计结果信息, 可以便于网络 侧进行统计、 汇总。 需要说明的是, 装置实施例中描述的 UE对应于上述的方法实施例, 其具 体的实现过程在方法实施例中已经进行过详细说明, 在此不再赞述。 综上所述, 才艮据本发明的上述实施例, 提供了一种 MBMS 业务的统计方 法及 UE, 该方法为每一个需要反馈统计的 MBMS 业务分配一个比特来形成 UE的反馈信息用来描述 UE正在接收或感兴趣接收被统计的 MBMS业务。 本 发明通过 UE配置统计结果信息,并且每个 MBMS业务对应于该统计结果信息 中的一个比特位, 解决了 MBMS 业务的统计过程中, UE 向网络侧反馈的是 MBMS业务的业务 ID, 从而限制了该统计过程中一次统计 MBMS业务的数量 的问题, 进而减少了 UE反馈的信息, 保证了网络通信。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以 用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多 个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码 来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们 分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集 成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种多媒体广播组播业务 MBMS业务的统计方法, 包括:
网络侧给用户设备 UE发送用于统计一个或多个 MBMS业务接收状 况的消息;
UE 居所述消息配置统计结果信息, 其中, 所述一个 MBMS业务 对应于所述统计结果信息中的一个比特位,所述多个 MBMS业务中的每 个 MBMS业务对应于所述统计结果信息中的一个比特位。
2. 才艮据权利要求 1所述的方法,其中,当所述 MBMS业务为一个或多个时, 所述 UE才艮据所述消息配置所述统计结果信息包括:
所述 UE才艮据所述消息配置所述统计结果信息的比特位的数量; 所述 UE 居所述消息配置所述比特位与所述一个或多个 MBMS业 务中的每个 MBMS业务的对应关系;
所述 UE根据所述比特位的数量、 所述对应关系以及所述 UE 自身 的接收情况对所述一个或多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务配置所 述统计结果信息。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE根据所述消息配置所述统 计结果信息的比特位的数量包括: 配置所述比特位的数量为所述多个 MBMS业务的数量。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE根据所述消息配置所述比 特位与所述一个或多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的对应关系包 括以下之一:
所述 UE才艮据所述消息中所述多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业 务的顺序, 从左至右对应所述统计结果信息中的所述比特位;
所述 UE才艮据所述消息中所述多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业 务的业务标识从大到小的顺序, 从左至右对应所述统计结果信息中的所 述比特位。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE根据所述消息配置所述统 计结果信息的比特位的数量包括: 配置所述比特位的数量为所述消息可 携带 MBMS业务的数量的最大值。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE根据所述消息配置所述比 特位与所述一个或多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的对应关系包 括:
所述 UE 才艮据所述消息中所述一个或多个 MBMS 业务中的每个 MBMS业务的顺序, 从左至右对应所述统计结果信息中的所述比特位, 在所述一个或多个 MBMS业务的数量小于所述最大值时,将所述统 计结果信息中的没有用于对应 MBMS业务的比特位保留;
所述 UE 才艮据所述消息中所述一个或多个 MBMS 业务中的每个 MBMS业务的业务标识从大到小的顺序, 从左至右对应所述统计结果信 息中的所述比特位,
在所述多个 MBMS业务的数量小于所述最大值时,将所述统计结果 信息中的没有用于对应 MBMS业务的比特位保留。
7. 根据权利要求 2中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE根据所述比特位 的数量、 所述对应关系以及所述 UE 自身的接收情况对所述一个或多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务对应的比特位配置所述统计结果信息 包括:
对所述 UE正在接收的或者感兴趣接收的所述 MBMS业务对应的比 特位置一;
对所述 UE没有接收的或者不感兴趣接收的所述 MBMS业务对应的 比特位置零。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 在所述 UE配置统计 结果信息之后, 还包括: 所述 UE向网络侧发送所述统计结果信息; 或 者
所述 UE向所述网络侧发送所述统计结果信息的同时, 还向网络侧 发送包括以下至少之一的信息: 所述 UE的标识信息、 所述一个或多个 MBMS业务所在的 MBSFN区 i或的标识信息。
9. 根据权利要求 8中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述网络侧包括以下之一: 小区协作实体、 基站、 中继站、 广播组播业务中心、 多媒体广播组播业 务网关。
10. —种用户设备 UE, 包括:
配置模块, 设置为才艮据所述网络侧发送的用于统计一个或多个 MBMS业务接收状况的消息配置统计结果信息, 其中, 所述一个 MBMS 业务对应于所述统计结果信息中的一个比特位,所述多个 MBMS业务中 的每个 MBMS业务对应于所述统计结果信息中的一个比特位。
11. 才艮据权利要求 10所述的 UE, 其中, 所述配置模块包括:
第一配置子模块, 设置为根据所述消息配置所述统计结果信息的比 特位的数量;
第二配置子模块, 设置为根据所述消息配置所述比特位与所述多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务的对应关系;
第三配置模块, 设置为才艮据所述比特位的数量、 所述对应关系以及 所述 UE 自身的接收情况对所述多个 MBMS业务中的每个 MBMS业务 配置所述统计结果信息。 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的 UE, 还包括: 发送模块, 设置为向网络侧 发送所述统计结果信息。
