- RRC Radio Resource Control
- the first part also includes 4 bits of reserved bits.

- the format of the MAC PHR CE of this embodiment in these two cases is as shown in FIG. 6.
- a further embodiment of the present invention is described below, which transmits PHR information for one or more component carriers of all configured component carriers. That is, in a MAC PHR CE, one component of a PCC and multiple SCCs is included. In this case, the user equipment needs to identify three issues in the MAC PHR CE:
- the user equipment provides a fourth control unit header, where the fourth header includes a fourth logical channel identifier, where the fourth identifier is used to indicate that the report includes power remaining corresponding to one or more component carriers of all component carriers. the amount.
- the user equipment provides a primary component carrier indication for indicating whether the report contains a power headroom corresponding to the primary component carrier.
- the user equipment uses a reserved bit in the fourth control unit header to indicate whether or not the PCC PHR is included. In the presence of PCC PHR, it can be set that the PCC PHR is always at the top of the PHR of all component carriers.
- the user equipment adds an additional F/L byte after the MAC PHR CE header to indicate how many component carriers are present in the MAC PHR CE.
- the F/L byte can be used as a second number of flags for indicating the number of auxiliary component carriers corresponding to the report.
- the user equipment also provides a fourth report content portion, the fourth portion containing the power headroom corresponding to one or more component carriers.
- the fourth part containing the PCC PHR includes:
- the PHR value of each power head occupies 6 bits in a byte occupied, and the byte also includes 2 bits of reserved bit R.
- the two PHRs of the PCC can be arranged in a predetermined order, which can be specified by the standard or predetermined by the user equipment and the base station, or by the reserved bits R in the PHR content.
- the 2 reserved bits R of the bytes occupied by each PHR information are used to indicate the sequence number of the SCC corresponding to the PHR, and the PHR value is 6 bits in the occupied one byte.
- the fourth header, the primary component carrier indication, the F/L byte and the fourth portion are as shown in FIG.
- the user equipment After generating the fourth header, the primary component carrier indication, the F/L byte and the fourth part, the user equipment sends the formed complete MAC PHR CE to the base station.
- the base station receives the fourth control unit header, the primary component carrier indication, the second quantity indicator, and the fourth report content part, and extracts each part from the fourth part according to the primary component carrier indication and the second quantity indication The power headroom corresponding to the component carrier.
- the user equipment uses the MAC PHR CE header (which is different from the primary component carrier indication bit) in the MAC PHR CE header.
- the second quantity is used to indicate whether the number of PHRs of the SCC contained in the MAC PHR CE is one or more. If there is only one SCC PHR in the report, and the second quantity flag can indicate such a situation, the F/L byte can be omitted, reducing the overhead. This embodiment is shown in Figure 9. If the number of PHRs of the SCC is multiple, it is necessary to introduce F/L bytes. In the case where the PCC PHR is included in the report, the bit as the second quantity marker should be ignored to avoid rushing.
