  • an existing hydraulic line on the collection truck is usually activated by a lever that sends the oil to the platform through a feeder hose that is connected to the equipment through a hydraulic quick coupling .
  • the control module is located in a second pit right next to the concrete pit (9) where the platform and containers are buried. This second pit is covered with a lid that is leveled and surfaced in accordance with the surrounding street (cobblestone, paving, asphalt etc..) .

  • the bottom structure (2) By activating the hydraulic cylinder (6) , the bottom structure (2) ascends and pushes the lid (3) open to 90 degrees and the containers (1) are elevated until the street level. Once the containers (1) have been emptied, the closing of the lid (3) and the lowering of the bottom structure (2) is accomplished by allowing gravity to act on the platform which empties the hydraulic cylinders (6) .
  • the lid (3) is pushed by two or more structures (7) which contain wheels riding on a track which starts horizontally, curves and then drops vertically.
  • the lid (3) opens to a position with an angle of 90 degrees through wheels in its underside which ride over the curved portion of the rail.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système universel de stockage souterrain et de hissage de récipients de déchets solides comportant une plate-forme actionnée hydrauliquement à l'intérieur d'une fosse en béton, sur laquelle sont placés un ou plusieurs récipients, le système étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte : - un ou plusieurs récipients de déchets ; une structure inférieure ; un couvercle ; une surface extérieure ; un ou plusieurs bacs de dépôt de déchets ; au moins deux vérins hydrauliques ; au moins deux structures qui poussent et soutiennent le couvercle ; une structure de réglage de niveau constituée d'étais fixés à la surface extérieure et à la structure inférieure, qui est réglée de niveau et fixée à la fosse en béton ; - au moins deux vérins hydrauliques servant à soulever et à abaisser la structure inférieure, qui est réglée de niveau en fonction de la pente de la rue environnante en surface par l'intermédiaire des divers étais fixés à la surface réglable et à la structure porteuse ; - le couvercle s'ouvrant à un angle de 90 degrés par rapport à la surface telle que définie par la surface extérieure ; et pivotant sur plusieurs charnières dans la surface extérieure qui enveloppe le couvercle et qui doit être bâtie sur site au cours de la construction, la surface et le couvercle étant réglés de niveau en fonction de la pente de la rue environnante par l'intermédiaire de quatre étais réglables situés à chacun des quatre coins et fixés à la structure de réglage de niveau, qui est elle-même fixée à la structure inférieure ; - au moins un filtre (38) à air situé à l'arrière du bac supérieur, permettant un recyclage d'air à l'intérieur de la fosse.
