수신 확인 전송 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 단말이 적어도 하나의 서빙 셀로부터 적어도 하나의 하향링크 전송 블록을 수신한다. 단말이 명시적 자원 및 암시적 자원 중 하나를 선택하고, 상기 선택된 자원을 이용하여 상기 적어도 하나의 하향링크 전송 블록에 대한 수신 확인을 전송한다.
